A very good place to spend worthy time over coffee

This CCD has a nice location. From the highway just take a turn and there it is located in a peaceful locality at the corner. Small but peaceful and nice ambience. Especially a savior in this humidity. Ordered a Devil's own, enjoyed it with music. Nice peaceful time spent. No noise inside or outside.

Well quite nicely maintained . Staffs are polite . They serve as per ur specific demands . You can get ur demands customized a little bit. As it's CCD u need to have bucks obviously. A nice place to hangout with ur buddies . Being less crowded, u can have urself a nice taste for buds.

The place is at a corner of a street in a residential area. So although the place is nice and quiet throughout the day, there are not enough people in the shop. The hospitality of the staff was noteworthy. The price is quite high, 350 for a cup of coffee... Well... The coffee was wondering...

Wherever Cafe Coffee Day has an outlet you can be sure of the quality of coffee, eatables and service. However, it is the ambience that differentiate between any two outlets. In this case it is the ideal hang out ambience of this outlet which makes it different. I love it.

Decent ambience as is there in almost every CCD outlet. Hazelnut latte is my go to coffee and absolutely didn't disappoint.

The food is good, but compared to the price, its pretty expensive as to the amount, nice place to sit and chat but the pocket should be a bit heavy.

It was short visit , with a very busy schedule, had too much discussion with an off mood but as usual no doubt wow coffee.

We went to the new Alipore CCD after a long time. Though slightly costly the ambience is great and the coffee specially the cappuccino and iced tea is great. I want to thank the management for employing a person who cannot speak as they also have the right to live like other people and at least one of them can afford a better living.

The staff denied taking order for 2 people on a table consisting of 5. Rules and regulations like these are just ridiculous. When asked for written guidelines there was no reply.

Will appreciate if thy serve hot coffee, location is very nice n easy to get parking space

Its a nice place to hangout with friends. Staffs are familiar as I visit 3-4 times a week. They stopped serving my favourite Filter Coffee don't know why :( From tomorrow they will be serving Friendship Frappe to mark the celebrations of Friendship Day. That looks great. I usually spend an hour or so on my each visit and you can sit for as long you want they won't disturb you. Wifi seems to not work most of the time in case someone looking for a data hotspot. Seats are comfortable and it's always my go to place for some good coffee. Must try cafe frappe, classic chicken burger, inverted cappuccino.

The ambience was nice they were maintaining hygiene santitizer as well... We ordered for belgium hot chocolate we asked for hot chocolate aside but they said they don't have it that disappointed me a bit but other breads were fresh but I didn't even liked the taste of paneer tikka pizza sandwich as because I ordered for sandwich and they served me burger 😂

It was very disappointing today. I ordered for a regular cappuccino worth Rs.129, the staff was trying to be oversmart and made a bill of RS. 155. Particularly this outlet the staffs have a tendency to overdo on the respective bills without even asking the customer. The staff literally told me that they don't serve the basic Rs.129 cappuccino anymore, according to her they only serve Rs.148 cappuccino. I am a regular customer of CCD, I exactly know the standard price of a Regular Cappuccino is Rs.129. It was extremely disappointing and obviously am not gonna visit them again. It's sad how CCD's losing customers. God Bless!

Although, one of the most popular coffee chain in India, I find their coffee to be ordinary served with more ordinary food. They are very expensive for the quality they provide. Could be good for hangouts for younger generation. However, do avoid the place if you're looking for quality.

Cafe Coffee Day, the brand and the outlets are like "first love" for youngsters and coffee lovers. But lately, the food quality has collapsed drastically, and the constant insisting tendency of the counter boys and girls for the "add ons" is irritating. This brand has unfortunately lost its charm. Needs a total makeover.
