Good cafe and great place to hangout with friends and family. It is on main road so easy to access. Connection is good. Quality of food is good. Price is high. Food is served quickly. The staffs are courteous and well behaved. Loved the ambience.

Have been to this particular Shakespeare Sarani location CCD quite a number of times. The ambience is good, place is clean with cool wallpapers and graffitis and music in the background tops-it-off. But sadly the quality of food and standard of service is not upto the mark. I went in for a quick bite the other day and ordered a garlic bread and a frappe. The bread was stale, smelling awful and frappe was not frappe at all. When your'l are charging so highly for the food atleast raise the standard of the food quality!

Cool place to hang out with. And the location is great too. Overall a good experience but the ice tea is not available I don't know why?

Good for spent time,coffee is quite good..I think price is quite high.....But better place for collage student's time spent..

Avoid it’s a trap! So I got a sandwich and a fruitylicius drink and I was not given the discount because the drink has coffe even if they are putting it on the fruitylicius menu...after a while I was giving a free drink, but I rather have had the discount promised on the misleading posters! My advice to you, it to avoid this place!

Good flavored coffee. Food price is little bit higher. Very good place to hangouts with family and friends. Road facing shop. Small shop. Very good customer service. Clean and cool atmosphere. The ambience is good. I visited once and enjoyed a lot.

The typical CCD experience. Great as always. I did enjoy their inverted coffee. Was a nice touch.

Told me to leave after an hour since I only bought one coffee. Place only had 3 other guest inside. Told me i have to purchase something so I told them I'll buy a water bottle. Said it wasn't enough so I told them okay I'll just go. I can understand if the place was busy and I'm taking away seats from customers but it was practically empty. Won't come again

I went CCD and avail the offer of milkshake (any choice) buy1 get1 free. Nd it was nice👍

I went here twice today. The ambience is good. Thanks to the waiter who served us coffee fifteen minutes before closing time and waited on is till we booked our taxi. Such gestures are appreciated.
