Unacceptable behaviour from the so called manager 'Gautam Chakraborty'. Avoid this place.

The Manager of the store today "Gautam Chakraborty" is a corrupt, inefficient, and an extremely untrained obnoxious waiter. Had the audacity to pick up served food from the customer's table without customer's approval - saying we won't serve for this much bill. Worst experience in a group of 7 ppl. Avoid this place especially on back of bad behaviour

Situated at a walking distance from city center, it has 3 sections. One is an open section (hookah served) and the other two are inside of which one is for hookah. I used my coupon from "little " app in which i got a hookah and a snack(loaded fries) at 179. Apart from that i ordered a moctail- apple mint. Loaded fries were okay, would have tasted better had they cooked it better. The hookah was really bad. Mocktail was bland. A foot note though - if you do decide to sit in open make sure that you have applied mosquito repellent all over your hands. Ambience-3/5 Hookah-1/5 Food-2.5/5 Drink-1.5/5

Dealt with an obnoxious mentality manager of Aqua Java ( On 3rd Nov 2020 9pm) . Our beautiful evening has been destroyed with filthy behaviour of this manager who can not change a 500 rs note when the bill amount was Rs 475 and humiliate us in front of other customers. Set an example of an immemorable service. Folks who wants to step in here for the first time don't disgrace yourself just by looking at the external feature of the restaurant. Never going back to this brunch at least.

Old and best joint for seesa lovers

Located just opposite to city centre so its little away from the crowd of mall. This place is very big with sit out area outside as well as inside and the inside area are divided into multiple rooms so you wont feel that you are seating with many people because only 3-4 tables are present in each room. Food , coffee is good nothing special and service is also good .I would say because of the ambieance which they provide it makes a best place to hangout and chit chat with a friend or have your coffee all alone by yourself with a book.

Rates are a bit high but so are the wide range of options. Best suited for weekend eves. Their premium hookahs are a must try, otherwise you can always dwelve yourself into their exotic Truffle Shake, Blended Mint Mocha, Ceasar Salad and their wide varities of entrées. Pro tip : They do provide coupon deals from the Little App. Do give it a try.

I love the atmosphere and ambience, the drinks, salads and cakes. I used to visit the place pretty often with friends or mum before I moved to Germany. They also have outdoor sitting availabilities which makes a perfect spot to chill in winters or during festivities. Besides, I love their decorations (inside and outside) too 😋🥰

Have been visiting this place for more than 4 years, things were good before but today i had the horrible experience. Firstly the service was extremely slow, un trained staff, the place was dirty. I had asked the staff to get the place cleaned but nothing happened , the hookah that i order dis not come even after 35-44 minutes.

Moderate coffee quality. If you are hukka lover, you may try. The setup for hukka room is out of sync with Sofas... instead, chowpai, gadda etc could make it feel real.

Place is lively as it was earlier.. Thin crust pizza is good. But after lockdown place had shrinked.. So seating arrangement has hampered. Otherwise staff were excellent.

Apart from the good behavior of the manager, nothing works. It is not written anywhere that it's a veg cafe, so we had to take a greasy, oily, poor looking crispy corn. To make it worse, we suffered severe stomach upset after having it. We ordered Darjeeling tea and was served a tea bag from Typhoo that we have everyday at home and charged 125+ for a single cup. The crowd is quintessentially hookah smoking, hindi speaking (not cosmopolitan at all) chat eating one. Oh, and the music, ear deafening, bollywood neo punjabi numbers, worst of the lot. There is something about the place, which doesn't want us to go back ever.

Poor choice of music and that too at a very high volume. Coffee quality has degraded. Food is reasonable. Hookah quality has also suffered with recent staff change. New staff seem flustered and rude. Service charges are added to the bill.

Ambience good for chilling with friends....but they took time to serve food and please don't try hot chocolate and French fries with masala....it's awful....but their special item which you can try i.e. crunchy java cappuccino is good...but the hot chocolate 🤮

Cool place to hangout with with friends with hookah and food. There is small open area which makes this place different but in the evening mosquitoes can be irritating . Good food and avg service so 3/5 !

Very nice place to chill out with friends, specially at night time. Humble behaviour of the staffs. Wide range of coffee, snacks and hookah. The best part is you don't need to pay service charge anymore, which was really annoying.

Cozy cafe with a small conference room available. The food was very good except for the pasta whose sauce smelt a little wierd.

Good food. Hookah parlour near City Center 1. Staff is nice polite but time of serving may be delayed. Some food in menu may be out of stock or don’t know or if it is just to fill the menu card but whatever food the offer are good in taste. DO TRY FONDUE. The place has become a bit old (16.8.2021) and needs renovation wooden flooring has cracked. Still recommended and popular among young people.
