I have been to this place thrice now. And I loved it everytime! We have tried dark frappe and devil's own. I love the devil's own. It is so perfectly made. Though I find the place costly, I feel a outing there is worth the try.

I personally love cafe coffee day for their cold coffee with the extremely nice whipped cream over it and the balance of sugar and coffee is really well maintained in this almost every outlets I have tried so I don't have any complain about this coffee shop than its price, it's a little bit pricy.

I'm forced to write a negative feedback this time. I have been here in the past and it was much better then. The service is slow. Especially when you have pre-made ingredients all you have is to assemble and heat the sandwich. Filter coffee was cold. Iced mocha was icy- full of ice that melted so quickly that the drink turned watery. Asked for a smoked chicken sandwich and got a tandoori chicken sandwich. It was changed afterwards. Air conditioning was not working. Upon hearing another customers complaint found the AC has not been cooking for 2 weeks now. The bill printout was blurry. Could not read the print. This franchisee is doing a terrible job at maintaining this place. Finally if all seats are occupied for hours for just random public meetings, what will occasional cafe hoppers do? This meeting culture at coffee shops where there are space constraints, must be time- restricted.

Awesome place. Just the perfect ambience to chill and hangout with friends. The staff and authorities are well behaved and cordial. Price range is fine if quality is taken into consideration. Comfortable seating space and spaciousness makes it even better. I've been there twice and I loved it both times. Banana frappé with cheese burgers are the best.

One of the better Franchise of CCD, this one has very friendly staff and a wide range of snacks and beverages. Enough seating space for big groups as well as outdoor seating available.

Staff was polite and very nice. Coffee was reasonable and they had a good offer. Two cold coffees worth Rs 476, bought together at Rs. 300 via card, no extras and incl. taxes. Place was a little empty but seating was nice and they are vaccinated and most people are maintaining distance and mask. Bathroom was big and mostly dry, but not super clean. I used to walk there, but now had to take my expecting wife for some coffee via uber. Needs a little work but recommended.

Awesome hangout place. I visit there way too often and always a warm and welcoming place. Here you can spend some quality time sipping some nice coffee. They have changed their menu not sure why and these days they don't have much option in flavours of coffee but good options in snacks. I believe not lot of people prefer varieties in the coffee and sticks to basics.
