Visited this place today for lunch with a friend and ordered a non platter and pizza. This place is quite easy to locate in cc2 and can accommodate around 20 people. There isn't much to the ambiance as such, extremely okayish. Coming to the food, the platter was amazing and is good enough of an appetizer for 2-3 people. Absolutely loved the variety and presentation. The pizza was extremely chewy, my jaw still hurts. The cheese was falling off base. Definitely needs a lot of improvement.

Been there with my husband to enjoy a quick snack after a shopping spree. But ended up spending a quality time and tried a few items from the menu. Although earlier I had some cakes and pastries and mocktails from Afraa Deli, this is the first time when I tried their food. And the experience was pretty good. Both the sandwich and pasta we tried were light, delectable, and fresh. Service was quick, so we didn't have to wait a long after ordering. Overall had a good experience.

Severely overpriced. These are some brands who thinks they can just sell anything based on brand value. It was kind of soda water that you can get at 20-30 rs in a soda store, and they charge RS:200+ on that. Pathetic. Not recommended. Not value for money at all.

So went in the afraa deli on 25th December and had two soft drinks . - kolkata style mojito - Oreo chocolate shake Both of the drinks were too good and the staff was very cooperative... they were very fluent with the order and didn’t took much time to serve which was pleasing ❤️.

Its overwhelming to have a wonderful Lunch at Afraa Deli... The ambience gave a much good impact in relaxing mood... Then the attentive service... Their politeness and professional behaviour gained my trust. I tried cappuccino... Then a pasta with pesto sauce...the spaghetti cooked to perfect and sauce was delicious.... My additional requirement was taken care... I love the chefs artistry work.... I would recommend this place for guaranteed good food... 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

They have a comparatively small space but food quality is extremely good. You will get continental, English food here. Recommendation - sausage platter. Pizzas are good too. Service is nice. The snacks section which is outside of the restaurant is also good. Photos are of signature platter which contains almost everything.

Wanted to visit the place for a long time but achieved it currently. We went there around 11 am and ordered a pizza to my surprise that day BOGO offer was on the pizza itself. So having 2 pizzas was a big task but as we love to eat, the challenge was not that tough 🫣. Anyway coming to the ambiance it is just a simple neat and clean place. Well-behaved staffs. Not too costly not too cheap menus. Overall a fine dining experience. The pizza was just amazing, toppings evenly placed. Definitely, a must-visit awaiting.

Best healthy food options, in the area. Peri peri chicken is amazing. Fish has good proportions. Pizza is thin crust crispy and relatively healthy :) Prompt and professional service.

Decent restaurant .. I order specific food here which is mostly very certain... I like their pizzas.. it is very minimal and tastes good.. and chicken wings.. I lately ordered fish and chips there with a different mindset and to explore more.. but honestly it was not even close to what I expected... It was purely a Bengali recipe with an European name.. the fish was as it is not so good and along with that the sauce they served was even worse... It was basically just a mix of mayo and kasundi ( mustered sauce of bangal) very pungent.. and the fries were half burnt..

My husband and I went there last saturday. We ordered one cottage cheese pizza and two Corona beers. We loved the flatbread pizza it was delicious and loaded with cottage cheese. It's a nice place to hangout with friends, family and colleagues and pricing is also decent.

More than 70% of the menu card are not available. Poor experience. Whatever we asked, NOT AVAILABLE. They have suggested what to be ordered. Not expected at all.

Good for pocket friendly cafe dates. We ordered Cappuccino, peach ice tea and non veg Caesar salad. Caesar salad was best whereas other items were okayish.

We tried food here thinking it will be somewhere close to real Afraa but the good quality was bad.we didn't like the taste much except one item, we ordered in total 5 items and 3 drinks. All three of us got sick after the food. Disappointed

My experience was good. We have ordered one grilled chicken and one devils food cake. I'm not a very big fan of grilled chicken or fish so it wasn't my type.. But my friend liked it. Loved the devils food cake.. Had it before too... It's was hot n lovely!

It's almost known to everyone that Afraa is one of the best places for breakfast. We happen to visit it on the Valentine's day morning and we were happy about it. The English breakfast with the Assam tea was a perfect morning one could ever ask for. Plus the attendant there is really a nice and helpful guy. Food-5/5 Staff-5/5 They even had a special Valentine's menu on that time in the morning! Really happy about the place .

We had ordered a variant of red pasta, fish n chips and a berry cooler. The pasta was good. Fish n chips had utterly disappointed us. It seems that they had no idea about how fish n chips are prepared. The fish was not prepared well, and a big junk was served to us. It was also not fresh. Not going to this restaurant anytime soon. Would recommend not to order fish n chips.

Went here for a dinner place is inside cc2 with both indoor & outdoor seating available. Ordered Moroccan Chicken shaslik there was hair in it, after complaining they removed it from final bill. Fish & chips was ok they serve Basa fish however price is like bhetki fish. Pizza we tried Chicken & shrimp version both were useless crust is semi thin which is very dry, cheese is very less & pizza sauce is tasteless. Only good thing here is coffee but they add sugar in it from before so people who like less sugar might get disappointed

Afraa has always been symbol of quality. There ain't any doubt about their quality, that's always top notch. But quality comes at a price - premium tag. While bakery products are too yum, the internal cafe style ambience isn't that enticing (well, not for me at least). Service could be improved - both on speed and customer delights. But overall a good place, particularly better for take out.

Today I ordered classic egg salad brown bread sandwich from afraa deli cc-2.. It is too much tasty and quantity also much better my family also loved it too healthy and fresh sandwich. It's packaging also nice served hot specially with crispy French fries . It is my first time experience in afraa deli hopefully others item must be good unless and until I experience 😊😊

Food quality is good. All the staff are polite and friendly. The ambience is very good. They accept both cash and card. I recommend their fish and chips.

My experience was not satisfing.I have ordered roasted pimento pizza where the cheese and topping was very less and parmesan paste ,the wrong ingredients make it became bitter and also portion is very less .The price they asked for this food is high.Service was good as well as staff behaviour.

Food quality and hospitality was awesome. The more I think of it the more I want to eat. The dipping sauce was delicious. The grilled chicken was so nice and juicy in the inside and tender and moist in the outside. Nicely flavoured. Talking about the toasts they goes well with the chicken and dipping sauce. Sorry for not posting the desserts, in desserts everyone must try out butterscotch cheesecake, chocolate eclairs.

Situated on the ground floor level of City Center Newtown, this Afraa has about 20-25 seats. We went for a brunch meet and ordered an English Breakfast and Barbeque Chicken Thin crust Pizza. The thin crust Pizza is excellent and easily shared between 2 people. The breakfast could be slightly heartier.

Quality detorated a lot after lockdown. Ordered pizza n coffee. Very bad taste and quality. They need to work on it.

Cozy little place with both indoor and outdoor seating. Their coffee is really good. I really like how strong their macchiato is. The café caramel is also great. Also, I had a killer cocktail salad with chicken, ham and prawns. The breakfast options and patisserie menu is also good. P.S. - They do sell alcohol, but it isn't on the menu, so you need to ask for your poison.

So, being a regular customer at the Afraa deli CC1. Did find a lot of difference in the taste and quantity of the dishes. Though there was a variety in the menu. I’m still bias about the CC1 outlet.

Have been going there since the day it opened..the service, the food, the music is so laid back and easygoing that hours just pass you by..great vibes, good food and great service..May be the menu needs a bit of tweaking..finger food variety could be a lot more..otherwise great place!!

It is situated at the ground floor of city cente 2 just beside The Orient Restaurant. It has inside sitting arrangements along with a very small arrangements outside beside the walking zones. About the food items available, mostly snacks and starters with average taste and more or less average pricing.
