Miserable. Had a coffee which was good. Ordered a sizzling fudge brownie with ice-cream. They literally burnt the whole thing. The brownie was too chewy to have. It was all burnt. They charged it around 200/250. And i had to leave the whole thing in the plate as it wasn't edible. Such negligence isn't acceptable from such a place

Among the worst among CCD both in terms of service and quality of f&b. Worst part is they promote lot of promotional campaigns but usually nothing works either due to system failure or otherwise... avoidable unless u r badly stuck due to lack of choices. :-)

I ordered a cold coffee and specifically said "NORMAL" like 5 times. And they gave me the most expensive cold coffee at 225 without even letting me know. Such thieves. Why can't I give zero stars?!
