This is a great place for dining it. To have lunch just below the sky and basking in the winter sun. It was a great experience. The ambience is impeccable and the food was great too. The price is reasonable. 1000 was 2 max. The staff and their behaviour was good too. A very good initiative by the De Sovrani group. It is a 2 minutes walk from City centre 1.

This place has a great ambience. View from this top is wonderful and soothing. Food served here is delicious and the drinks are so refreshing. The only reason why I didn't gave another star is because pizza is not available right now because of the oven malfunction. One can order pizza but it will take a lot of time to prepare and I don't think it will be upto the mark because of the non-working oven. I advise one to avoid this place during summer noon time because this place is open sky cafe and it becomes really hot during daytime. The staff is very good and courteous. Mood uplifting music is played here and at evening the ambience is too good and enjoyable.

It's a Rooftop Cafe with a pool and live music to add to it's ambience. A perfect date place to take your special one. They also have indoor seating but I'd prefer outdoor seating as the view from 7th Floor is something to cherish. The food is fresh and hygienic and tastes average, however the service is slow and late and in the evening it turns too dark if you get a corner seat. They offer Hookah and alcohol too. Cheap and pocket friendly.

Sky View Cafe, one of prettiest rooftops with a gorgeous and happening swimming pool is located on the top floor of Hotel De Sovrani. Location- just beside city center 1. Recently Sky View Cafe had organized Pool A Palooza where live DJ, unlimited starters and 2 beer bottles on the house were offered to customers. Tasty food, beautiful city view, soothing pool, live DJ- everything was perfect for Saturday party mood.

Beautiful ambience. The ambiance is soothing and the view is amazing. The food is also good and are pocket friendly too.

Had an amazing experience. This rooftop cafe has an amazing view, delicious food and the drinks were top notch. (Hard and soft drinks, mocktails and cocktails, available) The staff is very attentive and cordial. The ambience is very soothing, specially during the evening. It's an open rooftop Cafe, so avoid any times like hot or rainy afternoons and days. Other than that, I absolutely enjoyed my time in here, and hence recommend this cafe.

One of the best rooftop bar cum restaurant in Kolkata. I have arranged our team party here and starting from food to service everything was just awesome. We have had North Indian snacks items such as tandoori and kebabs which were absolutely delicious. Also, we have ordered Chinese snacks such as Crispy chicken and garlic chicken. The Chinese snacks were outstanding. We had our dinner their as well which includes biryani, tandoori roti, chicken bharta and paneer tikka masala. All the items were fabulous. The staffs were very cooperative and flexible. Overall a very nice experience. Highly recommended.

So we visited skyview cafe and it is on the 9th floor of the hotel and they really provide you the best sunset in the town ❤️ So let's jump into the food review . Everything was good and they serve you the fresh foods. We had a starter , white sauce pasta , I bowl of lemon fried rice and a preparation of chicken. We also had two refreshing drinks .the behaviour of the staffs were so good ❤️

This was hands down one the best rooftop cafe . There was Live music. Vibe was really great. Food was AMAZING.

It's located near City Center 1, Saltlake . I didn't like the food and service that much. But the atmosphere was so good. Live music was there. This cafe is well decorated and well maintained. You can visit once if you're looking for a rooftop cafe in Saltlake.

It was a wonderful experience there. There was live music and the soothing retro songs they played just added to the beautiful ambience on the rooftop. We had ordered 3 starters of prawn and chicken and each had impeccable taste. The staff were also extremely hospitable. It was a perfect evening.

Located at 9th floor of the De Sovrani hotel this cafe has amazing view and ambience. The place is a must visit during good windy weather. However on a Saturday evening even when the place was not fully packed the service was extremely disappointing. The waiters would not come in spite of calling many times as they were shortage of staff. Hookah was good and food was just about okay. But a must visit for the ambience and DJ and to unwind.

The food is average but if you want to explore cafes for a beautiful ambience then it is really amazing.The cafe provides amazing sitting with a great view. The pool beside your table gives an experience of a perfect day or night out. I'm a bit disappointed with the food though.

Excellent ambience and set up on the 9th floor. Very courteous staffs. Food here was very tasty. We took chicken pizza, cheese toast, human fish, mixed fried rice, mojito etc. All were to our satisfaction.

Very good ambience, it's a rooftop cafe with some music and a swimming pool. The view from there in the evening is quite beautiful. We had overloaded nachos, cosmopolitan (mocktail) and cheesecake. The food was good but it's a bit on the expensive side. Over-all a very beautiful and good place to hangout with friends and family

The place has a good vibe. Food also tastes good but is a bit costly. The ambience of the place is nice but there is not a great view from here. Also they have closed the pool. In short it's a good place for a date but you can find better places in a pocket pinch.

Location: 9th floor of the hotel building. Near to city centre, salt lake. Ambience: Beautiful. Good for romantic dates. They played nice music and also change the song if you demand so. Service: Average. You need to call staffs again and again even though there was not enough crowd. However the behaviour of staffs are good and they are courteous. Food: Average. We ordered pasta which we felt was below average however BBQ chicken wings were good. Honey chilli potato was bit on a sweeter side. Beverages were good. Overall: One may go once and explore the place because of the ambience.

Located on the rooftop of DeSovrani, has a poolside view and the view of Salt Lake below. Cosy seating. Great staff. Offering basic cocktails. Don't be fooled by the word Cafe though, they are not serving tea or coffee.

The place was quite disappointing. Apart from the view and ambience, I dint like anything neither the food taste nor the service. The service was quite sluggish.

It was raining outside, so we had to order it inside. We were the only persons at it, ambiance was wonderful. But the pool is covered(dont know why) & the staff behavior as well as the quality of the food was good.
