The ambiance was nice and the coffee and food was also affordable and good but the coffee served was not so warm as required due to which the taste was not understanding. The staff was also polite and had positive attitude towards the customers. Need to improve the service better like it was before.

Unlike other cafe coffee day this place is very spacious. Located near RDB boulevard this place is conveniently accessible from all sector 5 offices. I was there with a friend. I ordered a classic lemonade and he ordered kaapi nirvana with ice cream. Both were good. I also ordered a sandwich which was excellent. Staff is friendly and the ambient is superb. Very good experience.

Polite and friendly staff it seems.. have tried to keep the ambience cosy.. however aquaguard wasnt working so no house water, meaning, I have to buy sealed water. Filter coffee was not available with a strange excuse "machine not working due to heavy load pressure on 24th Dec". On seeking a reason for Cappuccino not being served hot, a very polite staff Pinky stated "Sir Cappuccino is served warm! u shud hv ordered Latte! Latte is served hot! People who drink coffee regularly they know!". She enlightened me today that I am a 39yr old coffee novice. I suggest a menu card change stating hot, warm and cold beverages separately. Had a very sad experience with my family at cafe coffe day lounge on Dec 25th eve. Should say a Thank you to Cafe Coffee day Lounge, Sec 5. Have shared my word of mouth at zomato and ccd helpdesk too.. but the question is.. is ccd management really bothered about customer experience?

This cafe chain is in the recovery phase but yet to catch up on the services provided by the upmarket cafeteria in the city today. Very pricey too nowadays.

Costly affairs for okay food

Good location and nice interiors but there is an annoying damp smell in the café. Had a cold coffee which was okay. Could have had a sandwich had there not been the stink.

Disappointed! Closed early at 9;40pm 😞
