A very bad place to hang out unless you are a teenager. Very disturbing and bad behaviour of staff. Let me share my story- so me and my gf's went there this week as ladies night out was going on. Before entry they just said that before 10 pm you can't leave, so we were like okay because we were there for party so till 10 pm is normal for us. After going in... OH MY GOSH... what a terrible place, loud music from the beginning itself, unhygenic washroom, smell from the glasses they were using. Meanwhile, an emergency came from my home and we obviously had to leave. While coming out, they stopped us at the exit and asked us not to leave before 10. I explained everything to them, they were literally like i don't care if you have any emergency or accident you can't leave or either pay the bill. Now, see we didn't had any issue with the payment but we didn't consumed anything except a glass of water, more over it was ladies night, also they didn't mentioned the payment part as t&c. They literally behaved as if they owe to us. After a massive fight we somehow managed to leave. One thing i would like to say how can any club bound people? Pathetic behaviour... go at your own risk.

Hello I am Md Akmal from kolkata and i am extremely sorry to bring you this about the undergoing activities inside the club. I am not only the one who has this observation and bring a complain against the Manager of Underground #Diya and Rahul. They never respect any person who doesn't open bottle or spend lots of money inside the club which according to me is in justice because they always took charges from us to let us go inside the Club though we buy some drinks and stuff inside according to our expense. * I experience Diya who is currently manager and rahul too is taking bridge in the name of entry. When we went fot the first they asked us to pay 2000 than latter they asked us to pay 1500 and so on..... They asked us to come before 8 so that they can take only 500 but day before yesterday diya asked me to pay 1500 and asked me to leave if I dont have money. People who are running call center scammer are coming and p Spending lots of money and the pathetic thing is that one who has lots of money can hit anyone in the floor and no one never ever took action because they are throwing money in the club. This is totally discrimination and disrespect from the UG manager #DIYA AND Rahul. Please take some action or improvised this things, even I have something to show that diya and Rahul knew about the persona professional and source of income hope u people understand. I am no one to make a norms and rules for Ug but they should treat equally to evey one no matter who one giving money just to go inside. I know Managers are hiding my comments on Facebook and insta but i will continue posting and will wait for justice for the people who is going through this issues. THANK Md Akmal Kolkata

Most third class place. Staffs are very very bad and showing attitude, rough, roude. They don't know how to treat. Doesn't want to take any order politely. Though we are ready to pay for orders but, they completely denied to take orders, while serving other customers on that same time. Worst experience ever. Suggest all of you to don't go and waste your money. Horrible and ridiculous experience for us. Big zero 0 👎

It's really a good club but there are many things that they need to change so that they can run this club for long time like there entry charges they take 1500 in weekends and 1000 in weekdays this charges are not redeemable atleast they should give 500 or as much they can to redeem and second thing the crowd many people likes crowded place but atleast they should maintain their standards as it comes under The HHI Hotel and everyone knows what a great place it is. If they can or they are reading this then please do something for your own good not for me or anyone but for your own reputation Thank you.

We’ll really disappointed as I had high hopes. An entry fee of 1000 rs and then you go to the bar for a 30 ml Jack Daniel’s, a pint of Corona ( because only premium corona is available) and a lime soda……that will set you back by 2500 rs. Wow if I had to spend such a lot of money that too in a club in Kolkata I would have preferred the more premium ones like Roxy, Tantra, etc. The less said about the DJ, the better. For someone from Mumbai who wanted an experience of Kolkata’s night life, I guess I made the wrong choice under poor guidance. If you want to truly enjoy the night life of Kolkata true to the money, please go to the ones aforementioned and give this a definite pass. However for all the ladies out there who belong to the middle class and really are addicted to clubbing, best place on planet earth.

This pub is among the costlier pub in kolkata with a less space compared to others. Dj was good and people can enjoy there till 4 am. The worst part is they charge huge amount of money ( 1000-1500)/ person for stags on weekends. Not all recommended for family and someone special. The food item quality was good but also they charge too much for that.

Absolutely not worth! A pint of beer costs 800 which is way higher. Beer even in very upscale restaurants like taj it costs not more than 500. There is entry fee of 1000 which has zero cover. Ended up spending 2800 just for 2 pints of beer. Also there is no seperate smoking zone. Imagine a situation of non smoker who is cramped in a closed room full of smoke.

Great place guys it's really a huge fun place to be at you can't imagine that how great it can be the ambiance, the crowd, and the place itself is of the highest quality.

Went there on 1st Jan 2023. Too much chapri crowded place. Lady bouncer was too much rude also the other bouncers were rude as well. Stayed there for 30 mins probably. Foods are too much expensive like you can get 4-5 pieces of dry chillichicken for 600 rupees lol.

The behavior of the staff was very bad, did not know how to talk to the girls properly, the washroom was unclean. Free admission and free drinks for the girls, all the nibbies were crowded, the dance floor was very small. No service was good, very bad experience.

Pretty rundown and sad crowd . Lovely music though and can be a great party place if they do up the decor and work on a quality crowd.

Worst place I have ever seen in my life.... Full of cheap crowd.... The crowd don't have any standard.... Girls go their to have free drinks because the entry for the girls are free maximum time.... Definitely a happening club and mainly for young crowed. Sound and light of the club is very good. A bit expensive. Bike and car parking available inside the hotel

Behaviour of some pr manager and bouncer are not at all good they judge people by faces and money is what they are hungry for .. they are supporting scams inside the club and i am active cyber cell activist if i wanted i could have reported it and take legal actions but i used to promote Ug and give good reviews till date but yestarday 25th december they did something which was not expected i send more than 10 friends of mine to ug yestarday they charged 2k per person thats not a issue but the manager had some personal issues with me they said something to one of my friend about me which was really unexpected ... if i start exposing UG CLUB in social media openly then it may cause heavy impact on their club image as i never show off that i have an 100k youtube channel and 11k instagram account so as a influencer i really Felt pain that the club which i used to come regularly had betrayed me and i am not exposing the club till now as for one manager i wont blame the full club but if this repeats again then i have to expose it socially not only in whatsapp but in yt and insta and other social platforms . 🫵🏻

It was the worst club in kolkata that i visited on saturday ! There is a scam going on in this club ...they took the entry fees 4k for the 4 person and amount was not reedemable inside nd that is okk for saturday fun ! Then we orderd 4pint of corona without asking the price n watching the menu we orderd that ... after 15mins we asked staff for the menu for some food literally our brain got flushed that corona pint was 800rs each 😂😂 Behenchod That menu was looking damn fake i think they know how to bring scam infront of outsiders they literally will catch u by your face that u r not from kolkata ..That day we drunk most expensive beer or wo b corona 😂 Never ever going to recommend this club to anyone in my life ..literally they r scammers !

Good Disco. Most Beverages are available per menu, the price is on the higher side. DJ's are good. Music is good. Wednesdays are Ladies Night. Weekends are buzzing. Weekdays no crowd. You may give it a try.

Pathetic experience.. The rates of drinks are damn high for no reasons! I asked for Black & white and they served me Royal stag 🤬 They don't have food menu and waiters think that they can easily fool the customers. Also, the pub is too small.. idk why the hell did I chose ug for my Friday night. PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS PLACE

Space issue does look in the video I have just seen the videos and pic and planned this new year plan in the club but it was not up too mark disappointed.....

This place offers free entry for girls many times. But remember if you go there in the afternoon. That is the best choice (for girls)

UG is one of the most happening pubs in Calcutta. It is one of those few pubs, that is open till 4 AM in the morning. If you are looking forward to some good music to groove, then UG is lit.
