The main dine in restaurant of The Park, Kolkata. Good food, good service. Tried their Beef Medallions, it was great. The ambience and atmosphere was pretty good too.

Nice ambience. Friendly staff. I wanted to try some different mocktail without any soda content, no ice but no shakes. They were all ears and tried understanding my requirement and came up with a perfect mocktail , just the way I was looking for. Very courteous and welcoming.

A very good place situated at the heart of Park street, to spend some quality time with your loved ones either enjoying the food inside the restaurant or just chilling outside in the open, which is much more appealing(of course if it's not raining!) BUT the behavior of the staffs were very rude, they were quite ignorant and did not serve the food well. They also closed the buffet even when we were still finishing our food and craved for some more. they fresh lime soda was very bad, it was not at all refreshing, the coke was out of fizz and I felt like it was opened couple of days back. They don't serve live grill so we had to ask for starters every time and it took ages for them to serve it because of which we lost a lot of time. Overall very bad service and should get 1 mark for that.

The Bridge, Park hotel has you covered when it come to Sunday brunching at a beautiful property in town. You would get grills ,pizza, starters ,Mexican counter and chaat counter to satisfy your taste buds. The desserts counter is also something you shouldn’t miss out on. Recently tried it and absolutely loved it. The staffs are very cordial. I believe the time to visit in order to avail the order is between half past twelve to half past three.

It's the Park Hotel buffet Restaurant. And seriously, if you wish to visit for that reason only, go ahead. We went just after the Pujas. Price after taxes for 2, 2399. We did not take bottled water which was extra, so had a taste of Park Street tap water. 😆 The menu was in starter: Aloo tikki, fuchka, dahi bada, Salads: nothing non-veg. Non-veg starters were being served "once" and that too on request. Main dish: lachha nan, matar pulao, palak mushroom, paneer kofta, aloo dum, fish tawa fry, mutton kosha Dessert: rasmalai, strawberry mousse, mihidana, pineapple pastry, sweet dahi What we did not like? The servers were not prompt, not smart, confused lot. They were taking their sweet time to take away the dirty utensils even when asked, although the place was not busy. And almost had to shout to get the bill. In the dessert option when the pastry and rasmalai trays were empty, it did not have a fresh batch. When asked, the server again gave confused stare. The items taste is not mentioning. Okay-okay. Should you visit? If you think eating at this place looks good in ur IG handle, go ahead. I'll pass next time.

I would have given a higher rating, if the place was not this dingy. The Park is supposed to be an upscale hotel. Which made the state of this restaurant all the more disappointing. Backs of the chairs soiled, soiled napkins with visible fingerprint smudges, overhead lighting not working. The food is pricey - maybe not as much as the Oberoi Grand - but definitely in the $$$ range. Don't order cocktails; seems to be a general trend in Kolkata - cocktails are more watery and much sweeter compared to what you get in a good restaurant in the US.

Restaurant was horrendously overpriced. We ordered two local fish dishes with plain rice, one side of bread, 2 beers and one cocktail, - cost over 6,000 Rupees?!! We are staying in a nearby 5 star hotel and the food is excellent and far far cheaper than this. We ordered in good faith without asking prices of each item and I felt they totally took advantage of that fact.

The Bridge is a very pleasant eatery. Generally, in 5 Star hotels the food is served bland, keeping in mind foreign nationals. But in The Bridge the food was Indianized and appetizing. The desserts were very nice. I wished the Main course was as happening as the Starters and Desserts. The attendant Riya was very elegant and helped us a lot with food. The parking was easy. Now, that the Park Hotel has attended the legacy status - the chairs can be made to look more regal. I found Zen's ambience more attractive, however The Bridge is more open and lit. Overall nice experience. Expand buffet to other days as well.

Title: A Memorable Stay at The Bridge: A True Gem Among Hotels Rating: ★★★★★ I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Bridge, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. Upon entering The Bridge, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made me feel instantly welcomed. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and the staff provided all the necessary information about the hotel's facilities and services. The dining options at The Bridge are exceptional. The on-site restaurant serves a delectable variety of dishes, prepared with the finest ingredients, and the attentive staff ensured a delightful dining experience. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a wide selection of both local and international cuisines to suit every palate. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's prime location. Situated in the heart of the city, The Bridge provided convenient access to popular tourist attractions, shopping districts, and vibrant nightlife. The hotel's concierge was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation, making it easy to explore the city's hidden gems. Overall, my experience at The Bridge was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's commitment to excellence, combined with its luxurious facilities and prime location, made it a standout choice for accommodation. I highly recommend The Bridge to anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious stay. I can't wait to return to this true gem among hotels.

    1. Service was too late! 2. Asked for fried papadams as snacks but got roasted. 3. Take away means disposable cutlery, had to ask and wait. 4. Change took time again! 5.quantity of the food was pathetic ordered for two plates of sarso ka maach got 3 in each which cost us 2250 total😡😡😡, chicken biryani even more pathetic the leg piece seemed to be of a sickly chicken 6. No signs of entrance and exit(building management) 7. Baigan bharta the cheapest veg in the market(duhhh) ordered for two plates but when opened thought i had ordered for ten people!

The place is amazing the food taste really nice the the staff everything is perfect and to be honest it's not that expensive as well just like any other buffet the food is actually nice and there are so many varieties all good things to say. There are chats, phucka, dahi bada which is usually not found at a buffet.

Doesn't live up to the hype.... We were served chicken butter masala instead of paneer tikka butter masala, even after asking for the change paneer butter masala was served 😞 there is a lot of delay in service too... I do not recommend this place for tourists mainly, complete waste of time. Phirni was the worst of all, not a tinge of sweet in it. The billing was messed up too, we were initially billed for murgh tikka masala and then had to bring it to their notice. Utter waste of time and money at this place....Indeed a bridge but broken

The atmosphere was really good. They are maintaining the social distance between each of the tables. Serving the foods on a separate folding table for zero contact. Selected items available from the menu. QR code menu was on the table for zero contact during the pandemic. Chicken fried rice, tangra style chilli chicken, butter naan were very tasty. Chicken curry was not upto the mark. Jilabi in dessert was really good. NO BUFFET AVAILABLE DURING PANDEMIC. ONLY A LA CARTE

Went there for lunch with husband. Had chosen a very simple menu of steamed rice, murgh tikka, mutton kosha and sorshe mach. All the food items were delicious as well as light. It was a sumptuous lunch and this place is worth it! Would love to visit again cz the way the food is prepared is worth mentioning!!

We went to The Bridge for a Christmas Eve dinner this year again. We were extremely disappointed both with the service as well as the buffet spread. The person carving the turkey seemed completely novice and was literally scratching the bird with carving knife for about three minutes before he could extract a tiny slice for me. He attempted to make up the rest with the stuffing. It was hilarious. There was no mussels, no squids nothing. (We were expecting those from our past experience there on 2016 / 2017). As far as the western selection goes, it was no way a Christmas Eve dinner. On the Indian side, Mutton Biriyani was good and Chicken in Rosemary Jus was excellent. Coming to the service, it felt like that The Park has laid off their trained staffs and are managing the show with a bunch of inexperienced trainee who lacked proper training. Let me just end this by saying that not a single used dish was removed from the table while we were at the table. We kept stacking them at one side of the table.

👍👍 Recently visited this place and trust me, it was worth every penny. The ambiance was great. We had Mutton Chello Kebab. The kebabs were very juicy and tender, I couldn't stop drooling! 😐 Simply come here for the atmosphere and history. Nothing should be eaten here. Cold coffee was a letdown. It was cold water that had been sweetened with a pinch of coffee.
