FSM is the first sports museum in Kolkata.Establised on January 2017.It is an initiative by Prof Boria Majumdar.Well and awesome place to understand all line of Sports.A Complete knowledge field for all international sports..Must visit for all ages of sports lover.

The collection is very nice. The maintenance is ofcourse very good. All credit goes to Boriya Majumdar, there is something related to every sport. A must watch for every sports lover. You can also get some stuff which can be bought while exiting the museum.

It's a must visit for all sports lovers. There's an unique collection of sports items around the world. A polished premium sports museum with historical entities used in the game of cricket, football and in the Olympics such as Athletics, Gymnastics, Badminton etc. maintained by Boria Majumder himself.

It's a thrilling place for sports lovers. A Paradise of sorts. Mr Boria Majumdar, famed journalist, historian and writer, in conjunction with Ambuja Neotia group, has done a terrific job in displaying his personal collection to the general public. An invitational entry fee of just rupees 10 is all what we paid to enter the place. The items in itself are thrilling to watch. Starting from cricketing legends Shri Ranjit Singh Ji, Sachin Tendulkar to Sourav Ganguly to the current champion Virat Kohli, they have it all. They also have a cricket bat signed by the Indian and Australian Cricket team. My favourite piece was Sachin's 100th 100 batting gloves. It seems you are pretty near to your legends. They even have score cards of age old matches. Other sports including the local football league ISL, team signed jerseys, flags etc. Abhinav bindra's lanyard and shooting gloves were also present. The had a small football signed by Pele himself. My favourite was Usain Bolt's signed shoe and jersey. Incredibly designed, built and maintained place.

A splendid concept and idea executed by renowned sports journalist and historian Mr Boria Majumder. This institution is an ode and a shrine to the modern day sports and its heroes. Not out of the place is the fact that this museum largely focuses on Indian Cricket as this is the favourite sports of present day Indians. However visitors can also see exhibits pertaining to football, hockey, chess, badminton, tennis, boxing and rifle shooting. Mr Majumder uses his vast treasure trove of sports memorabilia signed by all time greats such as Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, Sanath Jayasuriya, Clark Maxwell, Roger Federer, Sania Mirza, Vishwanathan Anand amongst galaxy of super stars hailing from modern day sports. One is also enthralled by the memoribilias from yesteryear legend and all time greats - Pele. The friendly game between Mohun Bagan and Cosmos can be seen in the exhibit. All in all, this is a commendable idea and execution which is in sync with taste and aspiration of a sports loving race such as ours. This is a must visit for anybody who cares about sports and the spirit of sportsmanship.

Wonderful and a must visit place...it is a great initiative by Prof Boria Majumder with his own collection...the museum consists of sports related artefacts of various famous personalities like Pele, Sachin, Usain Bolt, Maradona etc...it is located in Ecospace business park, new town, Kolkata. It is dedicated to all sports featured in Olympic like badminton, athletics..best part is you can take pictures inside...on top of it the entry fee is only 10rs. Everyone must visit this place.

Not sure why this museum stands for. This is a store house of all the memorabilia that Boria Mazumder got over a long period of time.

Absolutely amazing and definitely worth a visit. West Bengal's first sports museum, dedicated to all sports, specially in the field of Cricket. A must visit place for every cricket fans. Seeing awesome match photos, collection of memorabilia from Indian and international athletes, signed albums of Sachin, Sourav, Harsha Bhogle, David Shepherd's was memorable experience for me. I would recommend anyone wanting to see so much history of Cricket in one place.
