If
"The
Galleria"
management
is
seeing
this,
I
want
to
tell
them
about
an
incident
from
my
recent
visit
last
Saturday
morning.
I
do
not
like
parking
in
the
road
unless
it
is
absolutely
necessary
and
norm.
So,
like
I
did
earlier
as
well
here,
I
went
inside
and
started
to
park
in
front
of
the
Cafe
Coffee
Day.
I
had
parked
in
the
same
area
before.
A
security
guard
in
the
exit
gate
started
to
waive
me
and
showed
me
to
go
out
through
the
exit
gate.
Asked
him
about
the
problem.
He
told
me
all
those
areas
are
now
reserved.
So,
I
asked
him
then
where
should
the
visitors
park
their
car.
To
this,
he
became
quite
rude
and
told
me
to
find
out
parking
lots
that
were
not
marked
as
reserved
OR
go
outside
and
mall
and
park
at
the
roadside.
I
did
not
know
if
the
mall
provides
any
basement
parking.
He
did
not
mention
anything
about
it
as
well.
So,
to
the
management
-
1.
If
you
want
visitors
in
your
mall,
you
should
provide
adequate
parking
space.
Not
the
few
blank
spaces
dotted
among
90%
reserved
places.
2.
If
you
have
basement
parking
available
for
visitors,
educate
your
security
guards
to
inform
that
to
the
visitors
while
entering.
Security
guards
were
gossiping
at
the
entry
gate
and
did
not
do
any
security
checks
as
well.
3.
Provide
the
security
guards
with
learning
sessions
on
how
to
improve
communication
and
manners.
