Very bad staff behaviour. Very un-co-operative. For just an exchange of footwear after store opening they had kept me waiting for no reason for full half an hour. Will never ever visit store again. And online they have given store opens at 10 but store opens only at 11. When mall opens at 10:30. Moreover even after 11 they kept me waiting. And manager Prasenjit Ghosh is the worst person ever met in sales.

Very bad response for a product exchange! The electronic system of billing causes immense amount of delay. I have been visiting the shop for multiple days, waiting to get an item exchanged for more than two hours. Each time their system of billing causing further delay. They took the item meant for exchange with only a credit note and have not returned back to me with the new product even after a week. They have no customer care number available and neither the manager seems to have a solution for their own system error which keeps repeating on multiple days. The inconvenience caused for customers who need to buy things in a rush or do not live in the city is huge. Because of this experience, I will not be choosing footprints to buy shoes now, although I was a regular customer before.

Behaviour of salesmans are really worst. They said " ap jo dund rahe ho vho footpath pe milega " never came across so disgusting employees.

Footwear is worst, they provide years of warrenty but shoes not long last even 3 months. Don't visit the outlet of any reliance outlet, Over price product quality like roadside.

If I could I would give -ve Rating to them as being a part of such prestigious organisation the employees of that particular store has made it one of the worst place to buy any footwear!! They are so much confused about the rules and policies of reliance that they r unable to answer properly to any of your query. I bought 3 pairs of sandals from that store and on the very next day the sole was torn, and for exchanging that we had to visit the store 3-4 days that too after complaining on the customer service we were called to visit. Even my 2nd sandal was spoilt and again for that I had to visit 3 days and after a huge amount of argument I could get it done. The employees speak of the bogus rules and policies which they don’t even know what it interprets. Worst experience ever!! Visiting trends footwear is now a nightmare 🙏🏻 Never seen such ill behaved salesman.

Total waste of time if you step inside this shop, the behaviour of the staff is too lowly and they treat customers like beggers, very rough behaviour and poor communication skill.... Disappointed

The salesman were extremely disrespectful and gutter mouthed. According to them, once you have stepped in the shop, you will have to buy something or else they have all rights to treat you in the most worst way possible. The collection was however good but what is the use of that If more than half of your customers never return back to the store again ..?

Good value for money and very courteous staff

In the women's section there were no collection and the staff behaviour was rude he was not willing to find any size of the desired shoe.Specially the fat guy was doing absolutely no work there and that's the reason it is one of the most vacant stores in the mall.Nobody goes there to buy because of the staff behaviour.They should be polite and humble as they are working there.They should keep an eye on good sales and not just there salaries.I would highly recommend the owner to change the staff over there

The staff and the guard are very arrogant and ill behaved. They do not know how to treat customers. No one will feel like going back to that store.

My first visit. Not very impressive to me. There is a Big Bazar and Reliance Digital Store inside the mall. Rest is so so. Not sprawling. Quite congested

They cheated me. Misbehavior and rough too.There is a offer of "buy 1 and get 1 Free.But at the time of billing they confused me for another and forced me to buy that,but I was not agreed and I leave the shope after paying the bill.I just left the free one there.But on the next day when I went to the shope and asked for the free one but they refused and misbehave with me.

Products variety and quality good, bit salespersons are not so cooperative. Sales manager and counter men's behavior is not customer friendly. I chose different size shoes, and supplied different size and exchange could not be made even if requested several times.

Plenty product stock at the store. But very poor customer service. The sales persons use to confuse customers with reliance offers. They are not at all trained to deal customers. They are not at all cooperative to the customers. They both handle sweeping and customer handling work at a time. Reliance footprint authority should look into the issues at the earliest.
