Visited this store today. I was insulted and humiliated. There was only one person who said sorry to me, and that is a lady who was present in the cash counter. But the main person in the cash counter with beard and specs was the one who should have said sorry to me, moved aside. Anyone who visit this store must keep some points in mind, that in spite of asking for some details for something more than 2/3 times you will not get proper answer. And be ready to face humiliation at the cash counter. Now, this part of the review I am dedicating to the manager of this store, keep people like the lady that was present at the cash counter today, and remove that guy with specs from cash counter. So that people do not get humiliated by him. And please improve communication skill of your staff. And lastly Never Ever I am going to visit this shop again, neither will let any of my family members to visit this shop.

Collection is not too much. Chiodren section collection is choicable men and women collection not upto the level. Price ia as standard as other trends. Crowd is not there most of the time. Two wheeler parking space is there but not plenty. Behavior of the staff is good.

This store keeps a good variety of clothes. Staff members are well behaved and always ready to help you in your selection. Product is always updated and their price is of a great range. They always gives different promotional offers. They are opening a new store near Dhobi Ghat, Serampore has two stores now.

Nice place to shop but the offers are not understandable as the staffs don't say the same thing. And you can trial before buying.

I liked it because they keep brands like Go Colours which have a lot of size variations on the clothes. So that's a plus point, but also a bit disappointed with the western wear collection and would prefer shopping from the Chinsurah branch. Really helpful staff and overall pretty atmosphere.

The New Trends, clothing store near Ferry Ghat. I have recently visited this place and bought beautiful dress and jeans for myself. Many new collection of dresses are now available at reasonable price rate . So without wasting any time surely have a visit to this place and buy beautiful dresses for yourself. Good place for casuals indian ethenic and western. You can also buy inner wear and makeup products.

Sales persons are reluctant to show suitable collections for a customer's needs. And they are hell bent trying to sell the expensive products always regardless of what customers want.

Well I visited this place twice. First time, it was about three years ago. And second time, it was about a month ago. During my first visit, I was greatly satisfied with the collections of shirts, Tshirts, jeans but during my second visit, it was not upto the mark.

Good collection of ethnic wears, proper hygiene and order is maintained in pandemic time. Easy return policies and proper trial rooms are available.
