Worthless location. The mall is extremely conjusted. There is no little bit place for roaming. Stuff behaviours are extremely bad, they don't know how to behave with a customer. Apart from that all store of this mall contains very old collection of cloth. Those old clothes are already old fashioned. If you are habituate in kolkata shopping mall then you'll feel disgusting after visiting here.

Best hangout please The friends group started making noise from dawn. Many years without a friend. One person at work, one in one place. The friends group was created to keep in touch, but to a friend.

It's a good mall near the Railway Station and Barasat Hospital. The Reliance store is providing various electronic things including Mobile phones, Trimmer, Hair Dryer etc. The Big Bazaar is on the same floor, opposite of the Reliance store, offers groceries/daily commodities at a very reasonable price, combo offers, coupons and all also can be claimed. Strongly recommended for those who are willing to get above services indeed.

If you want a all in one mall which is close to barasat this is the place you will get every basic requirement for your daily as well as professional use. All in one it's a 4 star only because CCD is removed from Sun City mall. Rest all is great I would definitely recommend you to visit it once. Thank you.

Fine place. As a shopping mall it's overall good. You can buy clothing, electronics like mobile, TV, speaker etc etc. You can also buy toys for children here. There are bedding here and also a grocery store. And from my point of view the most important thing about a shopping mall is the cinema hall. And fortunately it has one. That's the best of here.

Cant call this a MALL !! this is more like a shopping complex ..thats it. Not at all vibrant and ,the crowd is average and there are hardly any sitting area outside. If you are in barasat and want to avoid the traffic to go to star Mall then you can go to suncity pantaloons, trends, reliance etc.

Movie tickets are reasonable price. Sound quality also good. Parking charges for bike @ ₹10/hr & for 4 wheeler @ ₹20/hr. Foods and beverages are little bit costly. I suggest to purchase tickets from Book My Show app. It's authentic. No chance to miss your favourite movie watching.

It has so many facilities, and the theatre has too good , I mean unexpected , fantabulous. And the all over mall has so much clean and tidy. There is tidiness around, so many people are gathered in one place. No rush, no too much mopped but approximately it has a great charming around there. And I have wished to, you must go and visit there, just explore by yourself.

Why the counter is always close and only few only were open,even in Sunday market when there is huge rush only 3 counter were open Whenever I visited for shopping there must be huge line due to billing counter.

The food court has very limited options, even the food court on the top floor of the mall, beside the theatre has just popcorn and few items on the menu, and no coffee :(. Screen is not bad, considering the price of the tickets.

Extremely rude and uncooperative staff. Located in a highly congested area, had a very bad experience with their car parking facility. They had kept a mini truck standing diagonally at the exit gate and kept asking us to take out the car even when there was not enough space. We kept requesting to move the truck a bit so that our car can go safely but they were not ready to budge and kept us waiting for more than 30 mins. We asked for help from security but that was of no help and it seems they are running this place like their personal property. They need training on customer service. Never going back to this place.

Previously the mall the great but now it's no more like before . I think establishing more food shops / counters and other food brands / stores can help and make it great like before apart from the food court More shops can actually make this mall more attractive . Parking lot is spacious . It's a clean and tidy place ❤️ Lastly , the aarti cinema hall is good a factor in there .

The food, from Boho house is always amazing with the perfect blend of meat and spices. The sizzling brownie got a little burnt at the bottom but the staff and management team were helpful enough to replace it with another one. A great experience overall. One who loves rooftop cafes must visit this place .

Amazing place for shopping and hanging out. However, there is no wash basin at the cafeteria floor except at the washroom which I found a bit inappropriate. There shall be a separate wash basin at the cafeteria floor so that a person will not have to visit the washroom for washing hands before having food.
