The stuffs are so arrogant that any buyer can think “stuffs are owner”. One rainy day a lady stuff told me to keep my wet umbrella outside their shop when I asked thar there is no security so I can’t, she remains silent with arrogance.Even they don’t provide any tub to keep the wet umbrella.They don’t even care about their customer.They only concern about sell the goods which are overpriced with cheap quality.

In a way it's pride of Bengal to be a able to have one of the most contemporary and we'll managed state run craft store ... The collection is outstanding and showcases Bengals rich and diverse cultural heritage ... I am just blown away by the quality of things they produce and have to say it's best in class when I look at the other state run stores

A unique collection of premium handloom products. 15 minutes here was more effective than hours or days or travelling across Kolkata. Naturally you are paying for the time saved. While here - don't forget to stop by at the sweets corner and grab a bite (or a bagful) of exquisite delicacies!

It is an open air market, you will enjoy if you have time to spare. It is not as costly as other Malls of the city, and at the same time it does not have costly, airconditioned food courts etc.

Unreasonably expensive - same price like airport outlet - you get same stuff locally at a better price appreciation

I just went a few days to back to shop for Durga Puja , here was a male staff wearing blue shirt who was very gracefully attending a very decorated female customer. I was in my casual homely outfit nothing expensive, but this might have made him feel that I can't afford the sarees here hence when I asked about the material of 1 of their sarees, he simply ignored but gave a ridiculous expression at me. Claps !!!

If you have a lot of money to spare and you don't mind spending it on below par quality products for the sake of aesthetics, this is the place for you. This is a tourist specific shop, avoid if you want authentic handicraft of Bengal. Literally everything they offer, from jamdani saree to dokra jewellery to santinikatoni leather bags and other accessories, to various art pieces can be found in Gariahat for much less price and much higher quality and variety.

Very nicely done. Products are well curated and packaged well. They showcase many unique regional skills and resources of Bengal. I love shopping here because I feel I am helping the local artisans and supporting further development of this channel.

I visited first time. Place was nice. They are selling hand made products.

Some items may seem a bit overpriced, but a good place to pick up some bengal staples before leaving the city.

No qualms about about the products, those are great. The staff are the worst. How can a brand like this hire such people with horrible behaviour i don't know. They don't know how to talk with customers, behaves like they are the ones doing some favour. Worst customer service.

Excellent! Just called and asked for real forest honey and got it after reaching there . Nice packaging and logos ….attractive product! Tasted after coming back to home…ummm….great!!!

This shop is located inside Dakshinapan in Gol Park, Kolkata. This shop sells authentic Bengali handicrafts, artifacts and handloom.

The best thing about this place other than their stock is the authenticity and the "no forcing to buy" environment. They don't treat you differently just because you might not buy something. Also, the things they have look truly unique and behaviour wise it was one of the best stores I have visited in kolkata so far.
