The main USP of this restaurant is its food. Other things are not upto the mark. There was cockroach in the table and the dishes was not not clean properly I had to change the dish twice. Lastluly if you want best Bangladeshi food you may go and try this out.

Good restaurant for authentic Bengali food. The only problem is quantity. Some items are very less in quantity. Sunday is quite crowded.

The only good thing about this place was the interior decor. The prices were on the higher side and the taste of food was just okay, which didn't justify the price at all. Moreover, only few items of the menu were available. Service was just lousy. We had to pick up the plates kept at the far side of the table ourselves. Even after observing my disability, the stewart or whatever he was, dumped the ordered food on our table and left. Didn't bother to serve. Not a worthy place to have lunch or dinner. Waste of money

This is the best Vetki Pantua I have ever eaten. Their mutton kosha was also very tasty. Vetki Pantua 5 on 5 Mutton kosha 5 on 5 Chicken curry 4 on 5 Mixed vegetables 5 on 5

I don't know what happened to this place.. I visited in 2020 before corona their serving was so perfect and staffs are so well behaved along with good food..But this time I went in October 2021 and totally disappointed..Half of the foods were not available even water also..We got fish fry only..☹️

Whenever I visit New Market, The Bhoj is a compulsory place for my lunch/dinner. I visited last year and the quality of the food really tasted soo good. There were many customers to attend but still the waiters were attending to each and everyone they can within minimal time. But last week to my surprise I found the taste was not that up to the mark and the quality decreased to some extent. Infact I found a bowl which was cracked all over!! The rice they provided was not basmati rice which they used to provide. Also, three women sitting just opposite to us have also complained about the rice as they were provided the rice which might have cooked in the afternoon.The waiters were soo busy that they made us wait for a plate of rice upto 15 mins and then we moved to another waiter for it. I would like to request the manager of the restaurant to take a look into this such as quality, utensils provided to the customers, waiter attending the customers.

Kashmiri Alur Dum,in red gravy. 3. Basanti Pulau, bright yellow coloured aromatic rice, flavoured with whole spices. 4. Kochu Patay chingri, authentic dhakai prawn cooked in taro leaves with spicy mustard sauce and grated coconut. 5. Mutton Dak bunglow Mutton cooked in rich gravy, with a perfect amalgamation of egg. 6. Rasamalai, the 'bhoj 'would have never been clean without this dessert. For a great 'Feast/Bhoj' tick this place on your wishlist.

First of all these guys should shut down the restaurant. Now coming to the point,their service is pathetic, a single person cleaning tables,taking orders and serving food. Then these guys will serve the dessert first and starters at last. After that during payment,please guys check the bill properly,they charges extra for money for the dish you did not order. So beware of these cheaters. And last but not least pathetic food quality.

WORST SERVICE, WORST FOOD. This is the worst restaurant I came to Kolkata. Firstly half the menu they do not have because they do not have the capacity they claim for. One person is taking all the orders and arranging. Utterly disappointed. Added the photo of worst the Bhoj Company.

My recent visit to this restaurant was truly outstanding. From the warm and welcoming ambiance to the delectable dishes, every aspect of the dining experience exceeded my expectations. The only reason to rate this place 3 stars is their fish fry. Which was very good. Otherwise 95 % items were not available. What was available they served in small quantities.

In our first visit we are disappointed, as they have limited menu, they will tell you what they have then u choose.. no need to see the menu card. But the best fish fry i have in bhoj company.. And atlast they didn't accept card though they giving ad of taken all types of card. We are forced to give money, and we didn't carry so much money, though we managed somehow.. it could be better for us if they clearly mentioned it before taken our order that they didn't accept card... Anyway the taste is good and feel like home made food.. I will not say must visit but can visit once🙏🙂

Recently we have visited THE BHOJ COMPANY. We have ordered their special Dum Pulao, Dhakai Murg Pulao, Fish Fry, Mutton Kasha, Chicken Kasha and Chingri Malaikari. Each and every dish was tasty and quality was upto the mark. Their Mutton Kasa was fingerlicking good and mutton was soft and juicy. Chicken Kasa and Chingri Malaikari was also delicious. And Fish Fry was too good served with mustard and french fries. Price was also reasonable.

If you are looking for Bangladeshi food with lots of flavors then this is your stop. They add masala to their food unlike most west Bengal foods. It's not a cheap place but sort of reasonable.

It is a small restaurant with limited sitting area. The ambience and sitting arrangement is pretty basic. They specialise in authentic bengali food. And trust me, you won't be disappointed!! For a non-bengali, try taking suggestions from the waiter as you might not understand what a dish is made of just by reading the name in the menu. Would have be even better if the serving size was a bit larger for the price they charge.

To get the food you may need to wait till an hour or so. Really annoying service even they don't care about what you are asking. They don't follow the que as well. Food definitely good but service is definitely not. Not recommended!

Today went for lunch with parents and wife to have Poila Baisakh feast , really disappointed,with menu very less choice and on top of that the katla Kalia that dad took was having smell and I told them too, they didn't say anything I was expecting that they might will reduce the bill amount and apology..Also chitol macher miutha was not available , but never said when they took order ,the drinks mentioned was not available except soft drinks and prepration was just ordinary ..but pricewise not worthy ..also none of them asked that whether we will serve ourselves or they will , still that is considerable..and while billing 2 waiters came 4 times taking my card and coming again rectifying and asking again..

Good food quality but lacks varietion

Visited this branch for the first time.. Actually we went there to 'treat' one of our friend before his marriage, what we bengalis called "Aiburovaat".. We didn't find any thalis in their menu, so we went for Ala Carte.. We had, *Plain Rice ₹50 *Vetki Paturi ₹280 *Jinga Alu Posto ₹140 *Jhuri Alu Bhaja ₹50 *Chicken Curry ₹130 *Bhteki Fish Fry ₹180 *Chatney ₹70 *Misti Doi ₹40 *Rasagolla ₹40 Quality and taste of the food were good.. But as we visited late afternoon (around 5pm), we couldn't find few items like Daal, Papad, Mutton and Morog Polao.. Overall experience was good..👍🏻

Great ambiance. Polite staff. Most of the dishes are really good, except a few. Desserts, chutney and prawn items aren't really upto the mark. Overall, good experience.

Great Experience... Pure homemade food feel

Worst service! Heard very nice about them, but, their service made me very upset. The following image is our table that we reserved and called them for more than half an hour to clean the trashes of the previous guest.

Authentic bengali cuisine, excellent interior decoration, food taste is good to delicious depending upon items, limited options and few of the items written in menu chart are available, price is justifiable with quality, quality-quantity balanced, service is poor to average, number of staffs are less in number, they are neither efficient nor accomodating, you have to call them repeatedly everytime for your purpose, payment process is peculiar, payment of water and deserts must be done in cash separately from all other food items.
