Still one of the best Fish fry and Fish roll in the area. They have been there for ages and cannot hold a candle to the new outlets in terms of decor and ambience. But Food wise they are definitely up there. They are primarily caterers and this small outlet has limited seating. Their traditional Bengali dishes are quality stuff. Basanti Pulao and Kosha Mangsho is strongly recommended. Have liked their Chinese as well. The Fried Rice and Chilli Chicken combo is worth trying. Doesn't score points on ambience. Very basic.

It is the oldest bijoli grill restaurant...basanti polao and mutton are too good. If u r a mutton lover this is the place .most importantly the price vs qwantity of food is very good. 200 rs basanti polao 2 people can eat for DNR . Fish fry or a combination of vetki n prawn fry is too tasty .u might not have great ambiance but quality of food and price is just great.

I can rate hotel much more than this every time but the hotel is just a mess small place I haven't known it so therefore I got into it otherwise I should have not and if you ask really how was the food I can say you can not ask for much more low standard food for and what you get is annoyed by your taste buds

Service is very very slow. And compared to the price the food is not up to the mark. No doubt the quality is good and also tastes very good. But it's not worth the price you are going to pay.

Located just beside bijoli cinema hall, this is a small eatery, however, the unassuming frontal hides a prompt service. The snacks here tastes brilliant with fish orley being the highlight. The mutton chop and the kobiraji items too sell much here. It's a must visit for all.

Fish roll is my favourite from this place. Must try! This place is old school, does not have AC or fancy atmosphere but who cares? The food is delicious which surpasses all. Value for money.

Will never go there. Worst quality food,delivered after 45 mins waiting. Chilli chicken was very bad in taste and only 6 pieces ,chicken chowmien was bad too.Mixed rice was so so. Total cost 740/-Looting people now. Past glory and integrity gone.

I once attended a wedding ceremony... The caterer was bijoli grill. They reay don't know how to cook food. The fish fry were cold. The paneer gravy was watery types. No taste. The attendants lack skill.

Bijali grill is the well known fast food centre in South kolkata, they are good catering service. Chinese and Continental is there Prime dish. This is not visible from SP Mukherjee Road but the lane beside Bhawanipur Thana will lead you to the small fast food restaurant. Number of accommodation is very less, Maximum 15 heads can accommodate. The price is on higher side.

I ordered through Swiggy bu restaurant called me. said items not available,changed the items but that is also not available. Worst case scenario. I have to cancel the order. I paid through bank card &my gone.

worst food ....I have ordered for fried rice and chili chicken combo as per their menu card which they are serving during this puja...the quality of food is below average and not up to mark as per their food service is concerned....fried rice is not sumptuous and too poor in taste ....this is not expected from concern like bijoli grill. ...they are charging 270 for this combo pack and it's too meagre for one and so cheap in taste .....it's really mean from their part they are doing these kind of stuffs with their customers. ....it's really not trustworthy and feeling cheated from a renowned concerned like bijoligrll....

I have been visiting this restaurant for more than 20 years. My experience was quite positive in earlier days. But in current crime I observed ,their food quality has drastically detotiated and not justified as compared to the prices. Except good services and cleanliness nothing is good interns of tasts and satisfaction. I ordered biriyani where I was actually struggling to feel the bijoli grills actual taste,but unfortunately the rice and mutton was half cooked, spices were not mixed properly. I observed they started cheese fish fry and some more items. Fish fry standards are not maintained. So overall not satisfied

Used to adore this place for fish fries. Had one today. The fish was stale. The coating was full of oil dripping. Just couldn't eat it as it was so pathetic. Spoilt the image of Bijoli Grill.

A pretty descent place. Neither so big, nor so luxurious. But food quality was pretty good. Price was on higher side compared to other restaurants like Aminia, Arsalan etc. If you want to spend some time for evening snacks or so, you can consider this place. However you should not expect much.

We ordered Fish Fry. It was very well packed. Like I'll give 10/10 for packing. But the taste wasn't upto the mark. I've had better fish fries which isn't this expensive

No system of first come first served basis. Crispy chicken is like drenched in oil. Waste of money . They are good for catering services in party bcoz they know if there services on the table will be slow people will eat less 😉 bcoz they assume that they are feeding the GUEST FOR FREE . BUT IN DINE-IN THIS FORMULA DOESN'T WORK.

If you want to have the best fish fry and cutlets in Kolkata then this is the place..... Father of all fish fry.... Excellent quality .... Please note this is the oldest branch in kolkata .... The Waiter of this restaurant is very much well behaved and jolly.... I visit this joint very frequently and very much recommended from my end. Price is little high that's the only disadvantage.

Uncomfortable seating. Overpriced. Avg taste. It only has brand value for us who grew up visiting this place with parents as kids. No parking space.

Place is too small but still their fish items brings water in mouth but i personally didnt like their chicken pakora as it look or taste like pakora.

The reputation of this previous famous chain has been dissipated. The standards are not maintained at all wrt all the other restaurants.

One of my friend's father went to Bijoli Grill head office to book their catering for a family function. The behaviour of the management was very bad. They made him wait for hours and made him feel that he was at their mercy. Coming to food quality and taste, they used to be top class at one point of them but nowadays quality has deteriorated.

The food is awesome, but the price is a bit high according to quality and quantity..
