Food was good but the Service was pathetic They are rude. They are liar. They are extremely unprofessional. It happened twice with us. Both the time i saw that they neglect the customers. Most of the dishes were unavailable. We celebrated 2 occasions there. 1st they didn’t provide us the proper place to seat. And mostly they said they don’t take table booking before hand. Whereas we were 11 people. Later-on we found out that they take prior reservations and they lied to us. Moreover we were having food and the waiters were constantly telling us to finish our food fast as they have others customers to serve. They didn’t serve us. We carried our own hot bowl and we self served. I would recommend not to go there ever

The ambience is cozy with decorated lights, fancy furniture and wall arts. Plenty of staffs are there to serve the guests. The restaurant also serves grill and sizzler items. But the food quality is very average compare to price. We have visited multiple times as it is close to our place. Post Lockdown many staff got changed and I must say the taste of food degraded drastically. In various occurrence we have ordered soups, kebabs, mughlai and chinese cuisine here. The biriyani is too bland , kebabs are not fresh/ juicy. Rather Indian and mughlai section is good. Chinese section is also good and the quantity is large. It's worth trying for a family dinner or cozy group eatings.

They have a variety of kebab items also. Ambiance of the restaurant is good. It is well decorated and there are good spaces between tables so it is comfortable for seating. Also, the restaurant is very neat and clean. Prices of foods are reasonable and quantity is standard. But we didn't like their service at all. One less star is for that reason only. Apart from that everything was awesome.

It's located near Belepole, 2nd Hooghly Bridge so quite an easy access. It had an ambient atmosphere. The interior decoration was pretty good with different paintings adding a diversity to it. We ordered Crispy Baby Corn for starter and the amount was okayish for two people. The main course is also the same but the taste was good as well as the presentation. There are some other add ons as everyday menu.

We were invited by our closed ones for a party, overall it was a nice place with really nice atmosphere. But there was some flaws, as we had a party, there was 62 of us and Ac's were not sufficient, some sort of arrangement for fans would have been saviour. Although food was served hot and specially the chicken was too good Lemonade was must try !

We ordered pan fried chilli fish, chicken sweet corn soup, golden fried prawns and tandoori chicken. To start with, the serving portion of all the dishes were good. The chicken sweet corn soup was thick and justified it's texture. The pan fried fish was proper in taste but the coating could have been on a thinner side. The golden fried prawns was not at all good as it was neither crispy outside nor there was taste inside the prawns. And last but not the least the Chicken Tandoori was a disaster. It is bland in taste, there was no flavor and also the shape was not of tandoori. In short it was a real bad experience in terms of food but the decor and ambience was really good.

We went here recently on 19th August, 2020, we ordered for chicken lollypop which smelled like raw sea food, just like rotten flesh and also chicken tikka kebab also chicken just spoiled, could enjoy nothing. One thing we ordered chicken 65 which consists loads of musterd and curry pata which made this dish a bitter one.The pepper chicken also very small quantity and very hot due to excess use of pepper. We went here previously more than one time, quality was good at first visit and then consistantly detoriating and this time this is just intolerable. I never recommend. Better go in any nearby restaurants.
