Good vegetarian food available. You can get North Indian, South Indian and Chinese. Chole bature is a must try. You can also get Dosa, idli, Chowmein, thali. Sweets, lassi, milk shakes, ice cream and other delicacies are available as well. You can get Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Weekends get very crowded. Difficult to get a place to sit. Luckily we didn't get much of a crowd this time. It was Saturday lunch time.

It opens at 8 am in the morning and closes at 10 pm. So from breakfast till dinner you have all the options to hangout. Big and spacious so the kids can stroll along ,good place for family,friends and others to stop and grab some quality food and quality time.

Quality of food was not as expected. As the name space is huge but quality of food was not good they kept the food made from before and just serve it I dont think this is the right way to serve the food as the name haldiram they should improve there quality and quantity both i will not recommend this place to anyone instead you can go to any other outlet of haldiram you will get good food for sure! I personally didn't liked the service and yeah first floor doesn't have air conditioner too so not a good experience!😐

We took special and Shahi thali, it was good. I just didn't like the paneer masala. Dahi vada was a bit stiff, but good. Overall it was good.

The food was good decent for a simple outings. We had idlis, puri bhaji, and sandesh They had limited breakfast options. Their speciality was kesar chai. It was a decent outing. Won't mind coming back again.

The food was very tasty and worth the price. They have really nice ambience though they could work on their AC services. They have enough place to sit and variety of food items. Totally loved the place.

Biggest outlet of Haldiram. This place has self service system. Their chaat items were nice specially rajkachori. But they all tastes the same. And this place serves only veg.

Haldiram is famous for its South Indian dishes and Chole Bhature. But their other items are comparatively good too. We had order Dhokla , coffee and Raj Kacouri. Both were quite good. Coffee was quite bland and quantity was quite less. On Weekends the place is quite crowded. Service is smooth.

Went in, August 28, 2021 evening for late lunch. Got, 1 Chinese Lunch Thali 1 Chole Bhature Chole Bhature (5/10): The potato on the side was ice cold, it looks tasty, but it's bland. The bhature were decent, chole was cold and no relevant taste to it. Chinese Thali( 1/10): The salad, the best thing in the thali (doesn't mean you'd buy the thali just for this. Fried Rice was just plain rice, zero taste. Noodles were okay. Manchurian was balls of dough, no veggies. Chilli potato had good amount of potatoes but, taste was lame. I can cook a better tasting thali than this. Many of you can. Ambience (2/10): Looks clean and beautiful, but it's pretty hot in there, especially the top floor, seating area. The ACs are either not well regulated or not working or purposely kept off to save money, sacrificing customer's comfort. Service(3/10): Thali was served instantly and bhature took 5 mins. But if service counts, serving us cold and bland food with no proper air conditioning, then you'd hate it. If you have multiple orders, get your 2nd food only after finishing the first. Else by the time you get both your items one will be out cold. Also, drinking water is not easily available

Yesterday was so nice experience with this delicious food over here yesterday. We have ordered papri chat and it's amazed us. Food quality is very good. Ambience is so cool, we really loved this place. Hope again we visit for another.

I am always an Veg over Non-veg kind of person. So I headed at the Haldiram today at the Ballygunj Phari Outlet. I had tried Chola Bhautra there and it was very good. Have tried few sweets as well, except the Soan Papri, I liked everything.

So guys this is one of the positive vegetable food restaurant for the veg lovers. This is totally pure veg and you do not need to get scared that they can put any non-veg in it. This place is very hygiene and very big. It’s a very old place of Haldiram. And it’s been years and years that me and my family went there in every Durga Puja and also other times. Food service is very fast even though is too much crowded. And the system of getting your food is really amazing and interesting. It’s self service restaurant but that’s actually really good. They have 10 or 12 counters named as a A,b,c,d… etc , from these counters you have to get your food. And all the food test so great that you would love to go there again and again. Payment service is also amazing they are not so lazy or late. Before getting your food you have to pay for your foods and then you have to take all the tokens to those counters. And then you can enjoy your foods in any table you choose there. And without the food court you have a ground floor where you can get a lot of sweets and chocolates and many more foods from Haldiram. And in Diwali you must visit this place because they Decorate it very well and you can enjoy taking selfies also or you can give treat to your friends or your family also. Because the price is also very less and the food is amazing that’s why i suggest you guys to go there and enjoy the whole ambience and the foods of Haldiram.

The Atmosphere is just awesome, I would suggest you to order something unique snacks items. The combo pack is good, more then enough portion of food for one person. But the taste of the food is average. But the sweets are just awesome ❤️

Nice place for family persons,items available are all Vegetarian..., though most of the platters lake chinese combo and indian thalis were not available ... So we have to choose other options like chhola bhatura, dahi dada, etc... Please try falooda Coolfi... Its a must item to have when ever we were at Haldiram... During navaratri foodie people like us can depend on such eateries .... Please taste chinese combo, its awesome to have. Haldiram at exide more has better options than Ballygunge one. ... Though both the places have good sitting capacity.... At first glance the prices seems to be on higher side, but the quality of food they provide at that price is good matched. Try phuchka, try Raj kachouri, try dahi vada, try masala dhosa... All the items tastes are at par.... It is the best vegetarian restaurant chain in town.

The best places for Chats and Sweets all across India and this outlet is not less. Do try the Dhokla, Puchka, Papdi Chat, Kachori Chat, Batata Chat. The place is divided into 2 sections ground floor has sweets and drinks. Top floor for savouries.

Haldiram Food City is the largest outlet of Haldirams. The environment, location, staff and service is absolutely great. But, the lassi we had was quite thin and sourish. The Raj kachori was okay but the kachori chaat was too less of a quantity for the price. Parking is available inside their premises for Rs. 30/hour. On a personal note, I would greatly recommend you to have the same items at Gupta Brothers. The quality is a lot better over there.

One of the best places for casual snacks. Location, ambience... everything is a plus. Taste is good. Choices are very limited but that's not a surprise. For quick bite? Good. Heavy meal? No.

Haldiram is considered as one of the best sweet sellers, besides Karodia, Royal, Gupta Brothers, etc., They introduced their first restaurant type set up at Exide in Kolkata long ago. That served as our only stop to binge eating sweets in a decent ambience, and then this one was opened near Birla Museum and Ice Skating Rink. This is of course bigger than the latter one and has better ambience too. It's a proper 2 storey set up with Dine-in facility at both the floors. The ground floor is exclusive for Sweets, Baked Stuffs, Chocolates, etc., whereas the 2nd floor is Self Service Dine-in counter for all the Fast-food Snacks and Beverages. Very nice Set-up for Kids to enjoy. From the Pricing standpoint, it's not pocket friendly which is evident from the Menu posted so, you can have a look before you plan to visit. Recommended to visit and savour on their quick-serve Marwari and South Indian Snacks and or main course.

It's such an awesome place. I went to have some yummiest food here and took my sister with me and she was not expecting haldiram store to be this huge. And the food was really yummiest and the best ever. I ate chole bhature, dhokla, pani puri, rumali roti thali and so much more. I literally don't like to eat street food at roadside but in haldiram you get street food menu but in clean and very hygiene setup. Yes and the sitting area was really spacious and good enough to handle a huge crowd. A sure recommendation for all the food lovers.

Court is good for sitting with your friends & family ✌ 📌This place serves only veg !! But enormous varieties of veg items are there ✨ You've to pay & get the token to get the food... Affordable Food and a really friendly atmosphere. Here mainly the Chats and Snacks are really tasty. The Chola Batura is awesome.But don't order Chinese or even Sweets. They are not so Good. Overall the place is very good to go with friends and families. You can also celebrate birthday party here.

Worst food quality.2 instance. I ordered a special thali with tandoori roti. The roti served was of stale and fermented flour. The paneer curry served in thali was also stale and was smelling sour. When asked about it they said they will replace with some other item but roti is not available. No body is bothered about the quality. The staff is demeaning the name of the joint. Really pathetic.

After ages I visited this place. We tried pav bhaji, raj kachori and lassi. The pav bhaji was good though the pav was only a bun not original pav that we used to have in Mumbai. The raj kachori was good. Taste wise all the dishes were good but they are over priced. A small glass of lassi priced at 62 is way too much.

I have eaten before at Haldiram VIP Road and more outlets in Kolkata but this Outlet is perfect food , seating, ambience . I ordered a Chinese meal for me 140 rs which is attached below and it was Too tasty 😁. I'll visit again if i am in this area . A must Visit Cheap price and Good quality with quantity food .

I visited with my family. Had chats. All very tasty. We all loved the food. I was keen to know if there is any parking in the premises and none of the reviews mentioned that. Also there were no photos of the parking space. Since the location is right on the main road , I wondered where to park. Well, they do have parking inside the building premises along the rear wall and along the side of the building as you exit. Here is a photo.

Ground floor we get all the take aways, i.e. sweets, gift boxes, dry fruits, pastries , chocolates etc. 1st floor is the place where you can have snacks, lunch, breakfast, tea-coffee. A vegan restaurant divided in 3 sections, ground floor is sweets and snacks, 1st floor is fast food of all kinds including beverages and desserts, 2nd floor is full course meals only (desserts included😉). Tried the meal section and it was...well better than most but not the best.

So here you can get many authentic Bengali Sweets, But in this pandemic setuation they are not maintaining Health precaution, I am not found any sanitizar or temperature measurement equipment even the restaurant Boy also not ware any gloves in Haldiram. Try to do avoid this condition.

Everything is okay about location, atmosphere, seating, billing except one thing, i.e. food quality. We ordered Chana Bhatura, Phuchka and Milkshake with icecream. As far as price is concerned we felt cheated. Chana Bhatura cost is 140+tax. It was not Bhatura, actually it was like big size Puri. Puri was very ordinary and chana was very ordinary and black coloured. Thick pieces of tomato were given. Lemon was of no use. Boiled potato with few spices on top were given. Potato was of very low quality. Food in Exide Haldiram was much better. Only 6 pc small size phuchka were charged 55 bucks. I dont know who have fixed such a high rate for such a sub standard food. Chana Bhatura found in Esplanade near New Market at 50 is way way tastier and better than 140 charged in Haldiram City. This is my genuine opinion. Please take my opinion in a positive way.

Worse experience ever!!!! Gulab jamun was hard, chocolate milkshake did not have the chocolate, also, I have ordered milkshake with ice cream and there was no ice cream in it. Good food. But many of the staffs were not wearing mask and were serving food. Which is must to wear for COVID so instead of giving 5 stars giving only 2 stars as the management is not strict enough. Had been there in the Banquet hall for exam. The adjacent bathroom was pitch dark. So faced issue to avail toilets.

Worst experience of Haldiram chaat ever. Avoid guys for your safe tummy. Never had such a stale chaat. All material used to prepare is beyond its eating timelines. Sad to see trusted brand loosing its charm.
