It’s a very expensive cafe to be honest. For hang out it’s very expensive and if you want to go on a date with someone then I can avail it. Food was nice but the place is very small. I won’t recommend it for everyone because the one who got cash cash and cash in their pocket a lot they may avail it every day but Other than just think twice.

This is my second time here and it has been a good experience. We tried the Philadelphia creme cheese dimsum which was cheesy and very heavy. Its a steamed dimsum with lot of cream cheese which makes for a weird texture but great with the side spicy sauce. Maybe some thinly sliced, slightly pickled ginger would really accentuate the taste by bringing more character to the dimsum . The charcoal roast pork was good with a well balanced flavor. The one that stood out for me was the slow simmered bhetki, it was spicy, flavorful and came with a side of sticky rice which hit all the right spots in my taste bud. I also liked the kimchi sticky rice and I recommend that. The healthy chicken , that's the name I believe was tasty but I would not categorize that as healthy. Overall this is a nice place with a huge spread, large portion sizes and friendly staff.

We tried the Samurai lobster, Philadelphia cream cheese dim sum, Soft shell crab bao, Pear poached in wine. All the food were very tasty. The ambiance was nice. But this place is a little overpriced.

Pings is my go to in Kolkata and delhi. You can be guaranteed excellent cocktails, excellent service and brilliant food. I would advise their appetizers and short eats more than the main course. Their Peking duck is excellent and a hearty portion for 4. Prawn hargao is my favourite anywhere. Go ahead treat yourself whether it be a date, a special celebration or a catch-up with a group of friends.

The food here is excellent, and I one of the best duck dishes in the city here. However the portion sizes are tiny, especially given the price, and not every dish is worth it.

The ambience was really appealing. Presentation of the dishes were pretty nice, though the taste and quality was average. Nasi Goreng was very salty, and the chicken a bit dry and overcooked. We really loved the dessert. Overall experience was not bad.

Visited recently, there were some new deal goin on mocktails may be, we went for it on the guidance of the helper, but later got to know that those drinks which they apparently state as mood drink is actually way costlier than the actual mocktails, which were not even informed about. The taste of mocktails were pretty average aswell. Coming to food we tried a few dim sums they were good, a roasted chicken, that was good aswell. No much complaints about food, it's good, but can be better, nothing outstanding about it to be very honest. The service was really good though, the ambience is soothing and beautiful, nice place to go on a date, and even hangout with some friends. The location of the place is also quite good. But their food needs to be a bit better and the mocktails require a lots and lots of improvement. The suggestions were improper and we were left back with no other option than finishing what we ordered. But definitely it's a must visit as one of the most beautiful cafe's in Kolkata

We visited this place by sheer luck as other restaurants around were quite crowded. This place had a good vibe. We ordered the following: butter prawn dim sums - 4/5 chicken teriyaki baos - 5/5 pad thai with duck - 4/5 Service was impeccable. Serving time could be reduced a bit. However, overall a very good experience of Asian Cuisine.

Ping's Cafe Orient was in my wishlist for the longest of time as I can remember and the place did not disappoint even a bit. The decor is amazing and so are the staffs. The food is heavenly to say the least. We ordered the following dishes and drinks and all of them were unique and tasted awesome. 1. Charcoal Roast Pork Skewers - The name pretty much explaoms the dish. The smoky flavour in the perfectly cooked pork was amazing. A must try! 2. Prawn Garlic Butter Dimsum - very smooth favour, the dimsum outer layer was also thin, did not taste very unique but it tasted pretty good. 3. Pork Char Siu Bao - The Char Siu Pork inside the Bao was great. The bao bun was also good but I am a bit biased towards the bao bun of Momo i am, so in comparison, MIA wins in my opinion. But this one is another must try from ping's! 4. Lamb Rendang Curry and Steam Rice - The Rendang currt comes with a paratha but we ordered steamed rice seperately. The curry was one of the best one I have had till date. It had a rich coconut and kaffir lime flavour and I cannot emphasise how much I loved it. 100% a must try dish! 5. Chocolate Marquise - We ended our meal with Chocolate Marquise. The dessert was very smooth and was a perfect end to a perfect meal. For drinks we had ordered the cocktails Gin & Tea, Moscow Mule and Lemon Drop and both the drinks were very refreshing. On a different day I had also had Tenderloin Laksa home delivered from Ping's and it was heavenly. Do give it a try atleast once to know how amazing it tastes! I would definitely visit again to try out all the other great dishes that they offer. A highly recommended place!

The most amazing discovery of ours in Kolkata for pan-Asian. So much so we went twice within a weekend. The richest and yet most delicate of flavors, the dip and sauces out of the world, the soups and main courses never failing to deliver just that right punch. To top it all, the hospitality is warm and the environment comforting and soothing - laidback. The staff came across as knowledgeable as to the ingredients and preparations to our eager questions, and were helpful to cater to requests to customize per preferences. A big thanks to Animesh who made the experience worthwhile both days. The pricing, though on the higher side, seems reasonable given the quality of it all. Loyalists!

Excellent Asian food. Grilled charcoal roasted pork, pork belly dish, asian betki grill , lamb gravy (in some Thai style sauce with parota) all were excellent, Service was also good. They serve liquor but our group had taken beer only.

A relatively new entrant in Park St serving authentic Asian food. Prompt service, good quality but a bit expensive wrt portion size. Good variety of starters like Chicken Yakitori, Wok tossed dynamite shrimp, Brocoli Almond Truffle oil dim sum are extremely tasty. The Lemongrass cooler or Vietnamese Iced Coffee are very refreshing mocktsils, worth trying.

Finally made it to Pings Kolkata, this place is pure vibes. We dropped in for a quick couple of cocktails and a bite. The Highballs we had was incredible refreshing, great flavours without overpowering the drink. We also had stirred aged rum, tea and absinthe drink which reminded us of a tropical Sazerac.

An amazing afternoon with the delicacies. We had Bailey's Irish Cream (4.5/5) Thai Lemongrass cooler ( really refreshing ,4.5/5) Dimsums: chicken Peking(4/5) and butter prawn(4.5/5) And lastly the dessert, Chocolate Marquise, is a heaven. (100/5) A pricy, yet a cosy cafe ♥️

It's a terrible eatery to say the least... The waiters and staffs were rude, the food they served was rotten and smelly. After requesting several times they replaced my nasi goreng with an even more smelly rice... Extremely overpriced, very dark ambience, barely could see the food... Not visiting this place anymore... Never suggesting it to anyone!

The food was so delectable. They have variety of dishes and I personally liked the ramen.

The food is appetizing, especially the Philadelphia Cheese Dim Sum, they are filled with flavour and cheese! Laksa and Ramen were equally delicious, and the quantity is definitely worth the price. The place has a nice youthful vibe, and the staff is co-operative and their service is quick.

Comfy and Estatic environment with eye pleasing and rich texture foods pairs up perfectly. Not all foods given in the picture but The Philadelphia creamy cheese dimsum with water chestnut, corns definitely pleads for attraction even for a non veg lover like me. Chicken spinach tempura Bao certainly had a very unique taste among the Baos I had till today. Rice and Chicken side dish shown for portion (satisfactory even if shared). The chocolate Marquise was definitely the show stealer, perfectly carries the recommended badge in the menu. The appetizers portion could be a bit more compared to value. Mocktails varieties are limited.

Located amidst some of Calcutta's beloved restaurants, Ping's had to have their game on point from the get go, and they rightfully have! A beautiful blend of rustic interiors and well planned menu has made them one of best reviewed new establishments. A special nod to their vast cocktail selection and attention to detail with regards to dish plating. The only front they could slightly improve is a bit more staff training.

It was a wonderful experience. I visited this cafe for the first time and tried chinese food. It was oh-so-good. Loved the authentic taste of each and every item we ordered. I believe they should increase the quantity a little. Apart from that everything was just perfect👍

It's an amazing time at Ping's Cafe Orient. They serve authentic Chinese cuisine. We tried some of their menu & those were just awesome in taste. Price is a bit high according to the quantity. We had- 🥢Prawn Sui Mai 🥢Chicken Mee Goreng 🥢Chicken Drunken Noodles They have wide range of variety over Chinese dishes. If you are a Chinese cuisine lover this place may impress you. Counting more to visit again.

The vibes are nice, the service is good, and the food is just heavenly. You might find the service a bit slow, but it will be definitely worth the wait. The Ramen is really tasty, so I would definitely recommend that.

The cafe's good, nice hospitality and unique styles of decor. Liked the bulb signaling to call for service. There are not large varieties in mocktail section (well I don't drink cocktails) but I liked the Apple Ginger Mix, should try.

👍👍 Recently visited this place and trust me, it was worth every penny. The ambiance was great. We had Mutton Chello Kebab. The kebabs were very juicy and tender, I couldn't stop drooling! The egg yolk was runny and just perfect. The rice portion had a nice fresh smell and all together it was magical in...

😐 Simply come here for the atmosphere and history. Nothing should be eaten here. Cold coffee was a letdown. It was cold water that had been sweetened with a pinch of coffee. The fish kaviraji was satisfactory. Despite the fact that there is a no-smoking sign on the premises, I observed people smoking...
