This place is in between Pantaloons and Pizza Hut. This place is a bit congested. We had to wait for 5-10mins to have a table as we were four. The place is not very large compared to other KFCs. But the service were quite good and fast. Despite having a lot of customer, they were very quick and we didn't have to wait. As usual the taste of the foods were very good. But that day we tried a special new burger named "Chicken Tandoori Burger" and we were not satisfied at all. Though the piece of the chicken was big but there was very small amount of mayonnaise and the buns were very dry. And a Burger without mayonnaise is not a burger at all.

Unique taste of all type chicken items.

So recently , I visited the KFC outlet in Uttarpara. We ordered: - 1 hot and crispy rice bowl - 2 chicken wings - 1 French fry - 2 dip sauce and 1large pepsi along with a pillsbury cookie cake As usual, the food was very tasty . The chicken was crisp on the outside and very moist from the inside . All these items were under 500/- which is very much convenient and affordable. I wish to visit this place again .

The food was good. What surprised me was I found the serving plates were washed from the Public restroom which was most unhygienic and unhealthy. I happened to be the last customer and found this malpractice. I will surely give a thought to seat and eat in the restaurant from next time

Not sure why KFC tastes so bad here . I am disappointed as it is so close to my house. I ate KFC in US, UK, and China and other restaurants in India but doesn't understand why it is not good in Uttarpara. Either it tastes too salty or fried too much of less. I had stomach issue twice as well. I wish I can get same satisfaction here one day like other places

I have visited in 14th Feb.2023, with my family, i have been notice that on any occasion the food quality not up to mark, might be heavy rush, so further i have decided not to go in any special occasion, because this is my bitter experience of food not cooked properly, the chicken cutlet inside the burger felt like chicken sausage. my family also observed after taken the burger. and not so delicious chicken which provided before.

Food is excellent. Takeout or delivery as you wish. However, either the air conditioning is often not functioning at this place or they keep it switched off to save up on their bills even when customers are dining in. More staff required as I once went inside and found no one inside. Absolutely not a single soul. Restaurant was open and yet nobody behind the counter. I came out and went somewhere else. So better staff required and better service is expected. However, it is best if you take delivery as that way you can easily enjoy their quality food at home.

I had a very bad experience from Uttarpara KFC. Chicken stripes had hair in it. The food delivered was very cold and soft right after delivery. It is not expected from KFC. Very bad hygiene.

A nice cheaper option when you are spending your budget on the attractions.The chicken itself was typical KFC; the 10 piece strips are crispy being tender and tasty. I am a regular online customer of this branch of KFC and for the 1st time thought to visit and dine in. The service is pathetic and very casual. Least bothered and absence minded. There was hardly 1-2 customer today and they took 10 mins to give me a glass of water. I feel its better to order only, why waste time to visit.

Yesterday I went into kfc uttrapara. The service was very poor. I ordered Wednesday special on 8.05pm and I got my food on 8.40 pm. Is this is the way kfc run. And the stuff was very arrogant. When ever I asked him sir 2 min ho jayega. But his 3 mins came after 35 mins. Really disappointed.
