Situated in Forum Mall, this is a great place to have drinks and a wide variety of continental food. The ambience is really good. And the whiskey glaze chicken and shrimps was by far the best one. Overall, definitely recommended.

Best place for Sunday Brunch! TGI Friday has a special brunch offer on Sundays where you pay for 1 dish and get another absolutely free. The timing is between 12-4PM. Drool-o-factor: 5/5 of this place The ambience is awesome and I have been planning to visit this place for a long time. We ordered pasta, burger, pizza and brownie obsession. lIIT AND Mojito in drinks. A definitely recommendable place with a pocket pinch of ₹1400 for two.

A great place to have drinks and continental food in the city..the ambience is great and cozy, the drinks menu is vivid and one can find beer to hard booze all the way.. exclusive vegetarian menu is also another great offering for veggie lovers, steaks and ribs are there speciality. Service and hospitality is great and prompt. In house smoking room is a great add on.. Happy hour is another great advantage for booze lovers and young groups to have a pocket friendly booze party over there.

The place was quiet and relatively empty on a Friday afternoon. We went for lunch at around 2pm. The ambience was fine. Background music was being played, but it was not overly loud. Me and my friend could still converse at a reasonable volume. They suggested we go for the options from the BOGO (Buy One Get One) menu, but upon detailed examination, we felt that the normal menu had more attractive options (unsurprisingly). We ordered chicken wings, calamari rings, pork ribs, and Caldera beer. The chicken wings were ordinary, nothing to write home about. The calamari rings were extremely cheesy and just about perfect in terms of crispiness, flavour, and quantity. The pork ribs were very tasty, and the meat fell off the bones quite easily. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The beer was great, but this compliment should go to Caldera, and not to TGI Fridays. The washroom was quite old and not very well-maintained. This is something they need to look into. The bill was quite heavy on the pocket, and we were saved because of the Dineout discount. Not a place you can visit regularly, that's for sure.

Located in the 2nd floor of Courtyard Forum near Elgin Road, a quite classy place to visit. You can do your shopping from some of the best brands here and go in for a drink and dinner to this place. The place has a great vibe, good food clubbed with best service and atmosphere. You can sit and sip drinks at the bar enjoying the matches during the happy hours for relaxing. We had a beer and Sangria(1+1 for happy hours as suggested) along with fried Calamari and Fish and chips as starters followed by a medium rare Classic beef steak and finally a caramel hot brownie with ice cream. Quantity is good and the quality of taste is great. So not to worry of the price. Anyone will return happy from this place. A great place to visit.

Decent restaurant with variety of American Cuisine options. It was my first visit to this place and felt the service was great. But felt the food was a bit overpriced and also portions were very less compared to the price. The Fish and Chips, Quesedila were decent but didn't like the others. Also the place has blaring music playing from all directions making the dining experience very uncomfortable.

decent food and great ambience but not a bang for the buck. there's a good collection of bottled beverages but i wouldn't advise anybody to order their cocktails. i am very fond of whiskey sour but their half-arsed serving was an absolute disappointment. heck they didnt serve it in a whiskey glass smh! if you wish to grab a grub in the mall itself, then TGIF is an option. otherwise, it's a big no-no.

We ordered baby pork ribs. The meat was very tender and delicious. The service was exemplary too. Highly recommended for people that want a quality time in the heart of the city.

Our previous experience was compared to this time. For TGI we had a constant order of LIIT and this time we ordered the same but the ultimate version. Unfortunately it was a disaster, the drink tasted like lemon water with added coke nothing else. There wasn't any kick or punch or that tingling sensation, nothing. The food was delicious so that's a plus point. The ambiance was not really soothing, too loud music and the DJ's playlist was horrible. My first experience at this place was really good but after this time, I'll stay away for a while.

For want of a new out of the box experience we visited the restaurant. We ordered food from the menu. We ordered chicken burger and chicken Mexican sizzler. For both the dishes the food was not really good to say the least. The burger and chips were not upto the mark. In the second item the chicken was so tough it took some effort to cut it with a steak knife. It was hard to chew too. As for the rice, it was three fourth cooked and hard to chew. Thus our experience with the two different dishes was disappointing. As with big name and fame resturant though the ambience was relatively acceptable, the background music hosted by a DJ was at around 70 to 75 db (actual measurements). The thumping of the boom box made the experience worse and we couldn't enjoy the dinner. Prices are relatively greater than better food outside. Overall we came out with a saddened experience. So going by the hype of a foreign branding, location, reviews etc..is an issue for contemplation.

Loved the food as usual and TGIF is always one of my favourite cause of the great ambience as well as super tasty foods that they serve. We were again quite happy with the welcoming atmoshphere of this place. Mr. Biswajit Sinha took care of our today's dinner and served us real well, couldn't thank him enough for being so polite, kind and easy with us. Also thanks to Mr. Monty for giving us such nice discounts on the food. Overall great experience as usual.

I would give it a 4 star only coz the menu is pricey. Otherwise it's got a great ambience. And very tasty menu. I think these bars, pubs, clubs, etc should all bring down their price a little bit so that more common people can access. So many are there who wish to but can't visit. The brownie was very very good. Lost the pic though. By the way they gave only 1 tissue. I didn't ask for it further. But I think each table should already have atleast 3,4 tissues

Omg ... The best part was their live music.. the choice of songs and the singer ... really impressive. Loved their food ...the taste of the mashed potato was unique( sounds funny) but the sizzler was a must try dish... A bit costly but worth the money.

A good Resturent to be if you like American food and beverages. Booze options are also quite larg (based on my inexperienced view) Food : must try meat lovers pizza, shrimp pasta, double burger, brownies. Ambience : if you like loud music place evening is the best time, for a cozy and peaceful time brunch is perfect! Cons : in evening sometimes music gets too loud and can be irritating for anyone.

This is located on the 2nd floor of the forum courtyard mall. One of the busiest and most popular places in the area. We went on a Sunday afternoon and as expected, the place to be crowded. Firstly the atmosphere is awesome. There was a live music performance and it was really good. The smoking room, AC and toilets all are fine. The helpers and staff (Vandana) are very polite and attentive and she cleared all our doubts regarding the menu. We ordered Chicken Quesadilla, Pepperoni Lamb and Bacon Pizza, Champion BBQ Pork Chops and Friday's Whiskey Glaze wings. For the drinks we went for beer, so we ordered Caldera Craft Beer and KF Draught Beer Megamug. Coming to the taste and quantity, to be precise they are really tasty. My only concern is the quantity vs price for the items are a mismatch especially for the pizza and wings although they were very tasty. On the top of it we had a 20% discount from Swiggy Dineout so that helped as well. Overall this is a place surely worth visiting with friends or as a couple.

TGIF is a nice restaurant in Forum Mall, Elgin Kolkata which offers a wide variety of food and beverage options. They also have a lot of combo offers and discounts making it a budget friendly pick. I very much enjoyed the Pizza and the Brownie with Icecream with a drizzle of Caramel Sauce. A good option for lunch if you’re ever in the area.

Good food. Place was empty when I visited. The Alfredo pasta was great. A few of the items on the menu were not available.

Unnecessarily expensive though ambiance was good. Service people were very courteous. But food items were less in quantity and the LIIT was not up to the price.

Food prices are a bit high but goes with the quality and quantity of the food. Cheese mozzarella and pork ribs should be a must try. Fish finger is also very good.

Serving time is another good thing about the place, you wouldn't even notice the waiting time as drinks in your hand and music in the house will have you mesmerized. My personal experience was very good and was even made better with their superb staff member named monty ( I hope, I spelled it right man).
