I can’t forget the day i came to have out dinner here. India-Pakistan match was on that day. Just can’t say how much we enjoyed our dinner. I would like to mention one name- “ALEX”. The guy is soo cool and soo nice. He helped us from choosing menu to getting the items in time. Really nice people are there. And the ambience. Just mind blowing. Thanks for such a great experience.

The best part of my visit was the dessert. It was my second visit and though a bit pricey I had a great experience overall.

HRC is famous for its food quality and I can’t agree more. Absolutely delicious foods, but keep in mind about the large portion because of their American style dine in. Drinks are also great, the staffs are very very polite and will help you to choose the dishes. Highly recommended

It's just a WOW. I went on a Sunday. It was a good place in park Street to have a good quality lunch. It just gave me the best experience 1 haven't had to wait a lot 2 it has one of the best food quality & quantity wise 3 have the best drink options The boys greeded well they served very nicely and the most important part they're very polite. One of the best after a long term that I saw in park Street restaurant that they want to unnecessarily give you the bill and say get out of the restaurant. Live music at it's best, the singer put rock in everything they could imagine and even sang ghazals too from 9 pm to 11 pm which was followed by DJ. Food is not something to be lauded for drinks are as food as it gets.

I have no other option but to change the rating from 4 to 1 star...the place has fallen completely...a bunch of young college kids are kept to serve, they talk as if they are talking with their juniors in college, they try to coax you by putting arm around your shoulder while trying to deny basic things like tap water. The quality of service has fallen completely. Moreover the prices are absolutely ridiculous, there is no point going to such a boring place for such prices. Very bad ambience now.

Went there for a lunch meet with school friends. The staff were really nice with changing our tables when we felt the ac in our area was not cooling enough. We had mocktails and sangria. The sangria was my favorite of the day. Jumbo Non veg platters, finger chips, quesadilla,fish fingers and spicy shrimp was ordered by us. The food was on point.

Found the cocktails a tad bit expensive for the price, the glass was jam-packed with ice leaving little space for the liquid. Nevertheless the ambience is good and service too. Live music is for a specific time of the day i guess cause it wasn't there when we visited.

I went on Christmas...and I loved the service and the behaviour of all the staffs. Specially coz we forgot to use the coupons but they adjusted it. And I loved Cosmopolitan. But I wish they had a larger smoking zone.

It's a paradise for rock music lovers. But you would feel irritated if you don't like rock music. They have special performances on mid weeks and weekends. Booking a table in advance will be a good idea if some good band/DJ is performing... Food quality and quantity was good. Rates are higher than normal restaurant.

Was my first time in HRC Kolkata and being a huge fan of HRC, I was highly impressed by the courteous staff and the classy ambience coupled by the foot tapping dance tracks. Coming to the food items... The platter is a must try whether its veg or non veg, it serves 2 to 3 people and suffices you with both quality, variety and quantity. Also do try the diced fish item from bar bites section.Yummy ! Even the boneless chicken strips we ordered was very tasty and succulent :) Next time need to try the burgers... Sorry, no review on alcohol from me(You see I left drinking) :p If you are new to Kolkata or have never been here, give it a try :) Won't regret it for sure :) PS - Alex was of huge help. Ordered food from maharaja on swiggy.....mixed fried rice...the prawns smelt foul....horribe it was...the chilli chicken had just the outer coating of the batter fried with no chicken inside... Never again

The place was really good. Specially the services and the performance of the organisation was above average. The price was reasonable too. Do try the hot fudge chocolate ice cream. And also the place is best for a non veg lover as there are not much items for a vegetarian group of people. So better check out the menu. And also if you want to visit the place then it's highly recommended. You'll have great pictures too. Also I've tried all the vegetarian food and for Flatbreads(pizza) the grilled garden will be best of you're homely to veggies.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! The food was great. The ambience spooky. Yes, spooky because they were decorated with Halloween themed items. The stewards were dressed like that as well. Hard Rock Cafe is probably one of the oldest bars in Park St. Its ambience is a vibe. The drinks are low to high priced but much lesser than other bars. The food is good but not too great but is highly priced and they take service charges for the ambience.

Few days back visited hard rock cafe which is at park street. Location wise its 5 minutes walking distance from park street metro station. Ambience is great. The name itself very much signifying with its Ambience . Background rock music with great food just made our day. We tried different dishes including some drinks. Pineapple lemonade (mocktail) was very much refreshing and awesome in taste. Other than that few items I need to mention that I totally loved and they are classic nachos, BBQ bacon cheese burger, original legendary burger, chicken lollilypop and chicken tikka. Every item was pretty good . I am not a huge fan of burger but BBQ Burger was top class. Lastly we tried their hot fudge brownie and this is probably one of the finest brownie I had in recent times. So overall my experience was great. I Would love to recommend this place to all.

Loved the ambience. The staff were extremely couteous. The food and beverage were all nicely upto the mark. Went on a weekday. So missed the live performances. There quite a few things :- 1. We had to wait for more than 1/2 hour as it was valentine's day. I understand the situation however there was only intakes but no place to stand also to wait for our turn. 2. Service was good no doubt. That was not a problem at all. 3. The highlight problem was the food. We ordered Armistari fish and chip which was tasted like just a pakodi and there were some spices which i will definately not have in fish. Disappointed. 4. Then we ordered chicken wings which were dipped in vinegar i beleive. It was too way salty and not at all tasting how chicken wings should. It didnt had BBQ sauce and salt was too much. Ambience, crowd, staff and rest everything was good. No problem at all but when food is not up to the mark you dont feel good right. I hope this explains ny experience. No hard feeling its only because of the food. I would definately come wnd visit the place but would order hot brownie which was the best part for the night. Cheers!!!

Ambience was really good. Food was also good. Overpriced for sure. Don't forget to collect the coupons if you purchase redeemable vouchers. I've been harassed and had a terrible experience last night. They forgot to give the coupons in the gate and in upstairs, got into issue for that.

Now, coming to the food we have ordered, we have ordered three things..but pardon me as I can't remember the names because the names are too difficult (no worries, will post the pictures,so that you guys can see!) But I can give an idea of we have ordered- 1) Mocktail 2) Some chicken kabab sort of thing as a starter 3) For main course we had a preparation of 'Bhetki fish' serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables and it was super yummy..all these costs us ₹1800/- *Highly recommended*

music is nice, playing on a loop though. felt like a more expensive version of chili's. a kebab platter (in photos) costs almost ₹2k (taxes (and service charge) included). We went for a quick visit so had only a couple of items and they were quite good. Nice ambience with options for live music. They have happy hours as well. We ordered chicken nachos and chicken tandoori flatbread along with strawberry and mango mocktails. All items tasted nice. A good experience overall.

in the beginning they're playing popular songs at a medium vokume that was great then live performance starts and the band went in. the band was wayyy too loud, we had trouble communicating to the waiters standing next to us. the french fries we're crispy at all, rest of it was good.

They charge a premium but deliver every bit of the money's worth. The cocktails are amazing, the food is sumptuous and delectable, but the winner is the ambience. Location: Beside 'Starbucks' on Park St, beside Free School St crossing. Service: Was quite bad and below average. Nobody served me drinking water even after serving the main course. I had to ask for it finally. Nobody was around the table, every time I wanted to order something I had to search for a waiter and wave my hands to call him. Ordered: Baileys Irish Coffee: served in a small glass, did not have any taste of liqueur. Not good at all, especially considering the steep price. Pulled Pork and Pineapple Quesadillas: this was excellent. Tender pork and spices pineapple cubes, spicy taste. Side of sour cream, salad. Apple Cobbler: quite a large piece of apple pie, with caramel topping and ice-cream. Was warm and delicious. Overall, very high priced, but the food was really good. However, the service needs a big improvement. Recommended if price is not a factor.

Good place for American cuisine . The band performances are really great at night. The lighting could be better as all the pictures we were taking were too dark. Overall i would say it's overhyped and the food didn't floor me.

Live music, nice cocktails and good food. This place is kind of nice with a great vibe and a good place to chill with friends. I came twice both on a weekend and both to catch my friend perform so it was pretty nice. This time I took the American sliders which had Cole slaw in them. A bit weird but it tasted pretty nice. The service was pretty fast and the staff is very friendly.

The atmosphere was okay okay as we went on a weekday. The drinks were not that great even the food. If you are planning to visit the cafe, plan it on a weekend.
