I was here for two days to attend the wedding of a close friend. Undoubtedly, the place stood out in its demeanor, service, hospitality and breathtaking view of the rising and setting sun. The staff was very cordial and everything right from food to room service to the function halls, everything was a sure 9/10. I am going to carry the memories of this place and the wedding with me forever.

We had Buffet Dinner on a weekday, here. Spread was minimum, specially Starter and Dessert section. Non-Veg side dish was totally missing, but was promptly served on request. Similarly, Ice Cream was also served on request. Spread included Continental, Chinese, Indian cuisine. Pricing was Quite Reasonable. Ambience was Good. Service deserves Kudos.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fortune Park Panchwati during my visit to Kolkata, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I entered the hotel premises, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in the peaceful neighborhood of Panchwati. It offers a serene and tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet it's conveniently close to major attractions and transportation links. Whether you're a business traveler or a tourist, this location strikes the perfect balance. The rooms at Fortune Park Panchwati are spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. My room had a comfortable bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and all the necessary facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail were exceptional, and the housekeeping staff ensured that everything was in pristine condition throughout my visit.

The location of the property is beautiful, however it needs some mending and updations as the property can be much better with some cleaning and painting. Rooms are nice and sheets are clean and amazing decoration for the Christmas and new year season. The food is very good. Overall a nice place to visit with family.

A wonderful resort right in the middle of an otherwise very noisy area.... Located a couple of hundred meters off Kona express way, the place is surprisingly quiet and serene... There are 2-3 lawns inside the property, a swimming pool, conference halls, auditorium, banquet halls and of course beautiful rooms for guests to stay... In totality a lovely place/ hotel/ resort specially in the offered price....

The experience was okish. Not ideal location but ok. The hotel is not maintained at all, the pools are very dirty, the rooms are ok but the tv's set top box are literally hanging off the tvs. The table tennis board is in a random corner of the resort OUTSIDE the walls. Half the mentioned features like bicycling,spa (it was closed when I visited),etc are not present. The restraunt is great with good prices. The staff is polite and well trained. Suitable for a 1 to 2 day trip if planning to only be in the resort and not adventure outside it.

It's spoiling ITC's. The place is located in a very bad location. Road leading to the hotel isn't proper.. The property looks so bad. The facilities in room wasn't great. The front staff Khushboo was great. She helped us a lot. But other than that nothing was great about the place and stay.

The Plus Points : 1. Extremely Courteous Staff - especially Tusher and Ayush at the 24 hour restaurant who went out of their way to enquire why we hadn’t turned up for dinner when we were stuck in the traffic and made sure they could serve us some piping hot tasty pasta on our return way past normal dinner time . 2. The location is far from the hustle bustle of the city if you want to relax in house 3. The rooms are spacious and comfortable . If you are traveling with a child there is enough space for an extra mattress on the floor The minor minus points - 1. The property is shared with the adjacent Country Club and is a bit run down and definitely in need of some major upkeep and maintenance as far as the exterior is concerned although the rooms are decent 2. No in house travel desk and 4 out of 5 Ola cabs auto cancel booking requests - so commuting to the city and back can be bothersome .

Doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel because of their cleanliness. Rooms were smelly and moldy. Mosquitos in the room. Food was decent. Open parking space. Huge property but not well maintained. Service desk person tried his best to help us but they are short staffed as well I guess. Entrance road will feel like a shady one. Major setback was the room cleanliness and the MOSQUITOS!

The suite is good but the service is very bad. The TV was not recharged earlier. Once we entered the room and enquired about it, then the recharge was done. Visited a first resort/hotel that does not have a greaser in the washroom. While booking was told the room availability is tough as wedding bookings are there. Once stayed was told as there is no occupant so buffet dinner will not happen. Overall not at all worthy. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Mixed experience . Although we had prior booking, we didn’t get the kind of room we asked for. Later they did change but still it was far away from the other room we booked for family members. The room was quiet, so we didn’t mind. Food is good, staffs are courteous, however this huge property could use some overall cleanup & maintenance. Especially the bathroom needs work.The spa/ salon isn’t bad & they have facilities of massage service in your room if you’re staying with a family, which is nice. But, I would suggest a little more professional environment & therapist talking a little less, as although it sounds endearing, spa is also a place where people visit to relax. I do recommend this place though there’s plenty of room for improvement.

Highly not recommended. The F&B manager, RONIT NAG and sales manager, SURABHI of ITC Fortune Panchwati are Non- cooperative. The F&B manager forced me to take an expensive package by lying that if I book for any other package, it might get cancelled the last moment. He took advantage of my anniversary celebration which I was planning, thus threatening me with cancellation if I book any other package other than what he was forcing me to take. He was supported by the sales manager too, Surabhi who also denied me the confirmation of my package. No action has been taken on complaint till now.

Location is ok if you are in howrah , food was awesome and tasted great , non veg was superb , Also the morning buffet breakfast had a good collection, well behaved staff ,cost of stay was also low , overall a good deal at low price. If somebody cancels a booking for hospitalization and requests you to give 6 months time. You all are so thick skinned that you neither make refund nor you give 6 months time to enjoy the stay. For a hotel like you only money matters the manager should learn the decency. Would request all to avoid this property.

If you are planning to visit this hotel it is better that you book a good hotel in Kolkata or Howrah cheaper nad much better than this. This hotel feels like a OYO Hotel or any other cheap hotels available on Goibibo or some website. It isn't worth the standards of ITC or Fortune Hotels. Rooms have seepage issues and have a dampening smell. All the pictures you seeing on it's website or any other websites are old and the hotel today doesn't look like it at all. It is not maintained properly with ZERO Service. Ridiculous Services, pathetic rooms and horrible food.

I have visited fortune park multiple times. And everytime for the same thing. Location and food. Rooms are okay but nothing extraordinary. Food is the main attraction I would say. By location I mean it's very close to the main city. Not that it has beautiful surroundings. The property is huge and the swimming pool is also very big. Only thing is that the property is pretty old and you can see that in the rooms. Overall you will like for a day or two in close proximity to the city.

I was staying here along with my team on July 11 to July 13. Me and my team came here to cover the 25th anniversary event that was happening here on those dates. We have booked our rooms separately and with our own money and it was our own client's anniversary. Our client specially requested us to have all kinds of food here but the fortune staff who were in the buffet counters didn't allow us to touch the plates and also not even the snacks. They cited the reason that since you are a photographer, you are not allowed to touch the foods. We then asked our client as to whether we are allowed to have foods here and to which they told us that we have already told you to have food along with us and not outside since we treat you as our guests. Even after telling the counter staff that the client told us to have food here, they still refused to serve us. Please teach your buffet counter staff how to behave with guests who have their own rooms booked even if they are a part of the event. Please teach them that they need to be well informed from beforehand that whom the clients have allowed to have foods or not. Its disgusting behaviour from the fortune staff. It was disrespectful and it was like the clients considered us as guests but the fortune staff segregated us as event workers and only they had some problems with our team in letting our team have food here. We have been to ITC FORTUNE Durgapur and also to ITC Royal Bengal, but there the staff behavior is very good. It was an awful experience for 3 days at ITC FORTUNE PANCHWATI.

They are fraud developers. I have given entire amount of 25 lacs for 3 plots in November end 2020 itself. They have not yet registered the plot. Every time I asked them they give some lame excuses . It has been more than 4 months and now they don't return money also. I am going to file FIR against them. They would have earned more than 75000 interest money on my payment and making excuses now . Most they will do is keep your money and after 6-9 months of holding them and earning interest on them , they might return you back. Your money will be stuck for these months. let alone stress you will go through all these months. Whatever good reviews you see here are either their employees or their managers or their staffs. I personally know many of them. They are promising while taking the advance or full amount and then they start making excuses. You will surely fall into their trap, if you have not seen my review. It has become new norm of business for these so called builders and real estate developers, that they will promise to give you some land which is disputed and after taking the money, they will make you dance for all the pending work and eventually they will return your money in best case scenario. Earning interest on them for these months is their main business.

We went there for a staycation. In terms of location it’s pretty nice not very far away from the main road it’s just opposite the satragachi bus terminal. The overall service is pretty good the food was decent. However the rooms are not well prepared. We had 3 rooms and in none of the rooms the ac was working. They came and fixed it in 2 rooms and for the 3rd we had to change the room itself. This is not what I expected when I spent 5K for a room. Rest of things were okay. The pool is pretty big and nice.

I just loved the place. The food was very good.The staff was courteous too. The only problem I found was the way to reach the place I.e. the road outside the hotel is not well maintained and there is no fencing between the hotel pool area and the lake outside of hotel.

In the recent days, seeing the crowd everywhere decided to have a break from the hectic schedule and it was our prudent decision to choose Fortune park. We stayed for 1 day and it was awesome. Choose the fortune park only. This place is having 3 sections. The original itc fortune park hotel is left inside so be careful. Other two are average and low budget. Its a 5 star property with pool and all amenities. Book with lunch and dinner will be cost effective. Good staff. Too many things in menu to eat. Good one for 1 to 2 days outing.

I went to attend a marriage ceremony. I found there a number of such functions were being held here and there over a big area, but no display was at the main entrance. No security officials could provide information. After visiting some of the functions I found the right one, where the names of bride and groom are written at its entrance. But while leaving, the security guarding main gate just stopped my car just to salute and showing a gesture of begging.

It's basically okay type. They should take proper maintenance for the ground floor rooms, these are fully damaged and untidy. But the rooms in 3rd floor are pretty good. Overall the outer environment of the property is good.

Don't go by the rosy pictures of google added on the site . Its on the back side of Howrah Country Club and both the properties are using same entrance. The property is more than 12 years old and maintenance seems to be not happening on regular basis . We stayed on 6th Feb 22 and what we saw they have charged like a five star hotel however basic amenities were missing inside room like tooth (paste, brush) , sandals , hand wash , shampoo everything which are mostly required during a stay in a Hotel like this .I booked a room with 3.6 K + GST = 4031 per night and they charged me 5.1 k with GST including extra bed not sure why ? They did not even provide any extra bed on my room . I was accompanying with my wife and 2 yr old son . Food was OK however cost is too much . There site seems to be not working correctly even though I booked for 2 person after successful booking its shows 1 person room booked. Over all it was not a pleasant stay however every person on the property was helpful .

We wanted a quiet vacation away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and we got that. The best things about this place are the following four points. One, the food is excellent. The variety might not be as much as some other hotels but the taste is comparable and even better than some four star hotels in the heart of the city. The south Indian breakfast needs special mention. Two, the behavior of the staff is impeccable. They are courteous and concerned. Three, the greenery soothes the eye. Hotels in the heart of the city will only provide a concrete landscape but the swimming pool, the lawn, the tropical plants gives a calming effect. Four, covid protocols were followed and all our luggage and room was properly sanitized. Now let's come to the negative points. The hotel needs some serious maintenance with regard to damp patches, cobwebs, curtains and carpeted corridors. Why we turned a blind eye to these things is purely because of the covid situation because of which the hospitality industry is under serious stress and probably needs our patronage to turn around again. Another point is the approach road which is bumpy due to road construction work going on but then that will probably be finished in a few months time. We would love to visit this hotel again.
