A good place for a day out with a small to medium group (we went for a picnic and we were 14ppl). It is situated at the side of Ganga, in Batanagar (near Budge Budge). Clean premises, well behaved staffs and good quality food. A restaurant is there just beside the lawn, where people can go for dine in only. A decent sized banquet hall is there at the second floor with light and sound system (which may be attractive to the party loving people)! An open terrace is attached with the hall from where the view of main road and Ganga is prominent. We have spent a good amount of time sitting there. Bathroom conditions are ok. We had Kachuri-alur dom and Moya as sweet dish in breakfast, rice, daal, brinjal fry (beguni), Mutton, chutney, papad and Rosogolla in lunch and evening tea there. In between breakfast and lunch, they served delicious pakoras and kebabs too. As a whole a leisurely and nice place for a day out. There is a park nearby named as -"Uludanga park" which opens at 4.00 o'clock in the evening and closes at 5.30pm. You can have a visit to this park if you have time. Finally, though per head cost is on a little higher side but its worthy.

This restaurant is good enough but item quantitty is very limited and quality is poor..but item still tasty.. And needs more item because this restaurant menu is also limited.. But atmosphere is good.. And stuff behaviour is good.. Price is high then expected.. And this restaurant also offer rooms but rate is damn high its 1700 for 4 hours..

Absolutely pathetic.. Most of the food in the menu aren't available.. You'll be forced to wait for a long time. Taste of the food was horrendous. Staffs were full of attitude. Stay away from this restaurant.

Because bartala needs restaurant like yours... And bartala loves restaurants... Bartala have already two restaurant 1st rahat cafe 2nd al zaffran And both two restaurant has more than 70k- 100k sale per day its not joke its 100% true i know that because i am worked for one of this restaurant for 2 years... Bartalas this two restaurant is not good enough like you And not officials also and all staff is uneducated and behavours is bad... So you need to open a new branch at bartala and grow your business now...if you dont know where is bartala then you can search for RAHAT CAFE at google map then you can get it...
