the restaurant is now the reigning outlet as one of most popular in city to serve buffet. Recommend to keep this for those special days. Wallet will surely be lighter and your tummy will make you feel heavier. Restaurant serves delicate sushi rolls with freshly-ground wasabi. People come here for their menu classics like the ice-cream sandwich, lobster thermidor, prawn cocktail, baked Alaska and smoked hilsa {some may not be on the menu, but they will make them for you if you ask for them

ThreeSixtyThree° at The Oberoi Grand is probably the best buffet experience you can have in Kolkata. Sitting in any table you have a wonderful view of the garden and the pool . Their Restaurant team is one of the best in class , they genuinely care about your experience . The dishes ranged from bread and salad to sushi , roasted pork belly, various Indian dishes. I’m certainly not exaggerating but each and every dishes were top notch. They offer cuisines like French , Chinese, Japanese, Thai , Indian etc . I’m gonna definitely remember their dishes like roasted pork belly, mushroom sushi , Lamb soup , French Benedict, phyllo pastry and the Chai Tea cream brûlée ( the after taste was astonishing ) . Dessert section had gulab jamun , baked Sandesh , rosh malai , waffle, icecream and various complex desserts too . Biryani , chicken curry , Galouti and bhetki preparation had a warmth of homemade food . As we opted for brunch buffet with alcohol , I choose sparkling wine and red wine to go with all those dishes I tried . It would be unfair to say they offer wide variety of dishes compared to other 5 stars buffets but the dishes they serve is made with ultimate care and there wasn’t any dish I didn’t like . -Buffet cost ( with alcohol) ₹3000 for one ( tax included) -Buffet cost ( with out alcohol) ₹2000 for one ( tax included) - You can definitely opt for their a-la-carte as well . Other Information ✔️ Wheelchair Accessible ✔️Table booking absolutely recommended ✔️Valet parking available Follow this page for more updates

The Oberoi Grand - Kolkata, is a brand in itself. Enjoying food over there was my honour. It has an amazing plesant decor amd ambiance. The food and its garnishing speaks highly of its chef. The hospitality was of top quality. From beginning till end, we were made comfortable and helpped at each step by Grand's friendly and professional staff. Everything added up to a superb experience. ThreeSixThree has a food and imported liquor segments. I will definitely visit next time and will try to get a reservation in The Grand's another pride resturant Baan Thai... Let the pictures below, speak for themself, to radiate our emotion...

Is this place expensive? Yes it is! But if you consider yourself a foodie, you MUST try this place out. I went for the a la carte menu so that I could sample both the western and eastern cooking. The Ralway Chicken curry and Mutton curry from the Anglo Indian Menu was superb. Delicious but not greasy at all. My stomach did not complain about digesting them. I then had the New Zealand Lamb rack and it was excellent. I have had much expensive versions of this dish in the US but those experiences were a tight slap to the money I paid for them. Even if you think having typical Indian food at a an upscale is asking too much, at the very least, try out the lamb rack. For dessert , I had the creme caramel and the ice cream sandwich

Before we even talk about the food, let me begin by saying if you want a fine dining experience - DO NOT come here. Most servers are inexperienced/ indifferent. The decor is just about okay. The chairs are uncomfortable and you'll be seated near a buffet where people would just continuously walk around you. Coming to the food. It is quite good and different. Even though we didn't get any help from our waitress Riya who felt pretty cold and awkward. Her suggestions were "whatever you want. It depends." We had Complimentary bread with butter: 3.5/5 The butter felt cheap Meat and Seafood kebab platter: 5/5 ( comes with a side of kala daal, one Indian bread of choice, mint chutney) Smoked Boneless Hilsa: 4/5 (-1 because the server didn't use a Turner or spatula but a fork and knife and broke the delicate fish pretty badly) Sikandari Raan: 5/5 ( The portion is quite big and the tastes very unique - served with a side of 2 Indian Breads) Blueberry Cheesecake with Raspberry Sorbet: 5/5 (We wanted brown butter and bourbon gelato but they said they didn't have any) I would like to highlight that Sanjay is a server there who is the reason why I didn't give service a 1. He came to the table with the raan and some cutlery but it was a delight. This man is the sole reason why I am not completely miserable about my visit. He is a 1000/5 Wouldn't be visiting ThreeSixtyThree anytime soon. Pretty bad considering the cost of this experience. I have never been as disappointed with an establishment as much as now.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is very good, Phenomenal experience. Top notch food, atmosphere, and wait staff. Have been here multiple times, and every time is an amazing experience all around. I always take my out of town guests here, as the food is always superb. Definitely a lifetime customer. Stopped in for dinner and had a great meal. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu offering great recommendations. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. The dishes were delicious. Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. Our waiter was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh and awesome. Then we also had dessert and that was really good as well. Great atmosphere with really nice people.

Seated in one of the oldest and most well known five star hotel in town, threesixtythree° restaurant has a good menu ranging from pizzas to Indian cuisines. The staff was very helpful since we were on a strict vegetarian diet on the day. They recommended us the veg kebab platter which came with an assortment of 2 pieces each of 4 different types of veg kebabs. We also took a couple of mocktails. My personal favorites were the classic margarita pizza and the dessert. The dessert definitely made it a great end. The interior and aesthetics of the place is definitely amazing. Would love to visit again.

I had dinner at ThreeSixtyThree the other night, and the overall experience was mixed. The service was good, and the salads and gaspacho were tasty. However, the pizza had a strong aftertaste of kerosene, which was very unpleasant. Dessert was decent, but not too good. I'm not sure if the kerosene aftertaste was a one-off incident, but it definitely ruined the pizza for me. I'm also a bit disappointed that the dessert wasn't better, as it's usually one of the highlights of a meal. Overall, I would say that ThreeSixtyThree is an average restaurant. The service is good, and the food is generally okay. However, there are other restaurants in the city that offer better food and a more consistent experience. **Recommendation:** If you're looking for a nice place to have dinner with a view, ThreeSixtyThree is a good option. However, if you're looking for the best food in the city, I would recommend going elsewhere. Hope this helps 🙏

Went for the Sunday buffet lunch, costs Rs 2200 including taxes. The spread was just average, less salads and starters, very less desserts. The food was not very good, the lamb and mutton dishes were below average, with the lamb and mutton quite hard. Few of the starters were excellent, especially the vegetarian sushi. The service was really good, the waiters clearing the plates promptly without being told. Overall, the food has to be much better as we expect from Oberoi Grand.

We went for a buffet lunch at this restaurant of Grand Hotel. The lunch was at reasonable price of Rs. 1400 per head. There was a wide selection of starter, main course and desert. The main course one can have Indian with some Bengali dishes (which are rare in other restaurant), Asian and western choices. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. The desert was also of good quality and wide varieties.😊

The more I say about this place, the more you'd think I've a motive. But I don't! This is an honest review after visiting this restaurant inside The Oberoi Grand. First things first, the food. Taste-wise, nobody would say it's bad. But the quantity is such, and after charging such a hefty sum, that you'd think you're a beggar or something. The staff are hospitable yes, but the stifling hospitality reeks of a colonial elitism that somehow casts a spell over all the guests --- everyone will appear a little terrified, a little cautious, a little hush-hush in this ambience that they create. Had a weird evening. Not premium, not exclusive, but plain weird. There are numerous other places to eat better food in the world, trust me. The bottom-line: if you want value for your money, don't go. Don't let all this cultural buffoonery of "heritage" and "historical" fool you.

Day 5 here and the staff and food is top notch. Everything is always on point and perfect. I thought my French toast was ever so slightly dry and when my server noticed he asked the chef to come out and speak to me! Striving for ultimate perfection, how could you ask for more. Truly impressive. Last but not least if you happen to get Abhishek as your server, you’re in great hands.

Fell in love with the mother's day buffet spread. Oberoi Grand has been an old family favorite. But the new look of the coffee shop is so young and vibrant. Loved all the food, the choices and the finesse. The staff was very warm and they neatness and perfection was amazing. Kudos!

Couldn't resist the fifth star. If going just for food, skip it. It's good, but not worth it for food alone. Hospitality is top notch as expected from Oberoi. Must have experience. To add to it, the Ningchow Pork with Bamboo Shoots was the most tender Pork I've ever had anywhere.

Organised a family dinner for my parents. It was a lovely experience. The service was amicable there. Tried out crackling (sushi with avocado) and fell in love with it. All the other dishes served were awesome too. It’s expensive but it was worth it. And the ambience was obviously very nice.

Nice ambience, quality food, most important is the hospitality was great. Each and every staffs are decent and very much polite. Went there for breakfast, I would like to request the management if few more vegan options and some more non egg option if they can include in the European breakfast, it will be great.

Most disappointing and disturbing experience. 1. The plates had a foul smell. Even the replacement plate had the same problem. Only the 3rd replacement was acceptable. 2. The staff completely forgot to serve an order or perhaps ignored. 3. None of the staff bothered to service the table because they were too busy servicing tables that had NRIs and Foreigner guests (white skin). Even a simple order for a can of Coke took 5 minutes, while clearly tables with foreign nationals were being serviced more promptly. I don't recommend this place. Not because of points 1&2, it may still be excused but definitely because of point 3. Discrimination is not acceptable and a serious offence. At least in my eyes.

The menu at ThreeSixtyThree° offered a diverse selection of dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I opted for the chef's special, a mouthwatering grilled salmon served with roasted vegetables and a flavorful lemon butter sauce. The presentation was impeccable, and the flavors were absolutely divine. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste, and the portion size was generous.

The best if considered hospitality. Staffs were too good. We got a table reserved near poolside. The food is okay considering 5 star hotel but the ambience and services are more than welcomed, if food is your priority, you should pay visit to ITC or Hyaat or Taj maybe. They provided us with complimentary mocktail and a large size pastry as well.
