Wonderful place .After the opening of ITC Royal Bengal it still holds it's own charm

The decor might be a little stark but the quality of food and the exotic dishes balances out the starkness Its am ideal place for a leisurely dinner . The service is good . Maybe, if you are in a hurry, this is not the ideal place

Great food, sub-par service. We went to ITC's West View for a wedding anniversary dinner. The staff was great initially as they were able to accommodate a few special requests. The table looked gorgeous. However, throughout dinner, even though the restaurant was empty, they were not attentive and not at a 5-star hotel level of professionalism. The food was generally good, and we tried a lot since we all got the unlimited grill option, but some items were mediocre. Overall, if it were not for the special treats, this would be a 1 or 2 stars review. Shameful for such a great establishment where I had great dinners before!

Good cuisines with live in one word awesome experience. This restaurant has low sitting capacity and wheelchair parking. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible restaurant. Was invited here during the Italian Week for a special lunch. The ambience is soothing, service good and food decent.

Loved the ambiance, went to attend the Italian Food Festival. Food was excellent.

It was great experience to dine in West view Bwt during Christmas time. The set menu was tasty and worth with the value of money. The combination of menu was excellent from appetizer to dessert. It was unforgetable moment.

The West View is a perfect designed restaurant and bar. The food is worldclass in taste and quality. The service and the stuff is similar to all the other 5 star restaurants in the world. A must for every foodlover!

No icecreams except Mother Diary cones. A bit disappointed. Varieties of cake, pastry, muffins & cookies available
