This is one of the oldest and well-established restaurants in Kolkata, particularly famous for it's biryanis. Although it has lost it's original charm due to intense competition from other similar restaurants, yet you can be assured of some good quality foods at moderate prices. The restaurant's ambience is not too royal, but the behaviour of the staffs is very pleasant. There is also an AC cabin inside, to give you respite from the summer heat. Recommended. 👍

Located at 56, Mullick Bazar, AJC Bose Road, Park Circus, South, Kolkata, West Bengal 700017, Rahmania is a Mughlai cuisine restaurant. It has AC and non-AC compartments. One of the oldest biryani restaurants in Kolkata, it has lost it's original charm due to intense competition from other similar restaurants. The ambience and staff behaviour are mediocre. The food (biryani and kababs) are tasty and worth a visit.

One of the best value for money mughlai restaurant .Quite famous for the Biriyani & Kababs they serve.I always order mutton biriyani from this restaurant ,which is quite good ,though not comparable with aminia or Arsalan .The mutton piece they provide in biriyani is big enough .I also tried their Chicken Resmi & Tikka kabab .They both were of good taste. Conclusion- A restaurant worth ur money.

One of the oldest and well-established restaurants in Kolkata predominantly famous for it's biryanis. One can be assured of getting some good quality foods at moderate prices. The ambience is not that cozy, but the service of the staffs is excellent. There is also an AC cabin inside, to give you respite from the summer heat. Strongly Recommended for day out..

The next time I will visit only if it's the last biriyani house in Kolkata. My local restaurant biriyani tastes much better than it.200 for the biriyani was not worth it.The oil amount was decent, but the chicken didn't taste so well and was bit hard. I also had their so called Mutton Kassa. It had substantial amount of ghee, but the taste was missing again along with the meat pieces.....yes the pieces were so small for 220 per plate(5pc). The only good thing was the paratha....oil-less...but tasted good....but 30 piece was expensive.

One of the worst biryanis i have eved had in my wildest dreams. The biryani was dead. Just selling their name and taking advantage of the prime location. Would never ever recommend rahmania to anyone. Please rectify your mistakes, you have the ability of doing so.

Enjoyed the Kebabs, though I would think that the quantity should be more. The nan and the chicken was delightful. The location is fabulous. Must visit.

Worst resturant i visited on my life , poor me they con me for just 2 mutton biryani?. Now let me elaborate , one fine afternoon i went to buy 2 plate biryani , i paid them and waited, now after 10min this fat looking man come from inside the kitchen area and did little chit chat with the counter person, which i cannot hear, all i could hear was the person sitting at the counter angrily asked him to bring parcel. At last my parcel came , i came home when i unbox all i could find was oily rice rice and rice and rice and rice. To my surprise no sign of mutton or potato. Great going you people. Simple word for you guys, how could you cheat people like this. No moral you all have.

Quality below average. They surely have lost their touch. Biriyani was not tasty and tandoori was overburnt

Open late night. Chap and roti is decent and less crowded than Shiraz nearby. Biryani is ok. Limited choices available. Go there as generally less crowded

One of the old mughlai food places in Park Circus. Used to like their mutton rezala. Quality had since dropped.

At the Mallick bazar more. Affordable family restaurant. Enough quantity and quality. Biryani and Tandoori chicken were tasty. Also availed cashback paying through phonepay.

Had chicken roll and a cup of tea today evening. The chicken roll was fantastic with the right amount of spices and a tinge of lemon. The tea however was quite disappointing of ordinary quality with lots of sugar ,it needs to be improved big time! The menu did not have coffee and would be good if included.

Better than Sabir's. Still Rahmania at Park St. Is good. Mutton Qorma is still Excellent, Lachha Paratha is still Awesome.. It's Not So Good as it was some 15 years ago. I used to visit there from Shyambazar. Thanks Rahmania.

Previously it was a famous place. But i was astonished to see the detoriated quality. It seems that they know that because when we told them they accepted it. I would not recommend anyone to go there. There are plenty of biriyani stalls nearby. Please do not waste both hard earned money and time for this place. Only good item in the menu is the chicken dishes. Biryani was too oily. Very sad to see a once famous and favorite place to turn into this.

😐 Simply come here for the atmosphere and history. Nothing should be eaten here. Cold coffee was a letdown. It was cold water that had been sweetened with a pinch of coffee. The fish kaviraji was satisfactory. Despite the fact that there is a no-smoking sign on the premises, I observed people smoking...

👍👍 Recently visited this place and trust me, it was worth every penny. The ambiance was great. We had Mutton Chello Kebab. The kebabs were very juicy and tender, I couldn't stop drooling! The egg yolk was runny and just perfect. The rice portion had a nice fresh smell and all together it was magical in...
