I
approached
hotel
sonnet
in
saltlake
sector
1
to
host
my
wedding
party
in
their
venue.
My
wedding
happened
on
February
7
2022.
I
started
my
arrangements
from
January
2021
which
was
a
year
back
from
the
date
of
event
so
that
everything
can
happen
smoothly
and
I
can
have
enough
benefit
of
time.
While
doing
the
booking
in
the
initial
level
i
have
had
a
word
with
Puja
chakraborty
who
was
banquet
coordinator
and
booked
the
venue
with
40k.
While
the
date
was
nearing
I
paid
multiple
visits
to
hotel
for
the
menu
fixation
and
tasting
of
food.
At
that
point
of
time
banquet
coordinator
Mary
and
Mr
Anand
was
arranging
everything.
None
of
the
hotel
staff
followed
up
with
me
with
regards
to
the
payment
before
the
event.
I
took
the
whole
initiative
and
did
the
payment
at
the
very
last
moment
when
we
had
two
days
left
for
the
final
event.
Due
to
pandemic
we
were
all
skeptical
about
the
number
of
guests
since
people
were
hestitant
to
come
and
attend
any
functions.
We
had
a
detail
word
with
the
hotel
staff
Mary
and
asked
her
to
suggest
something.
She
told
us
to
give
the
order
a
safe
number
of
plates
since
the
food
is
always
extra
by
20
or
25
plates.
She
suggest
us
just
incase
the
guest
count
exceeds
then
the
final
settlement
will
be
done
after
the
marriage
but
food
won't
be
less
in
any
situation.
We
trusted
hotel
sonnet
being
a
4
star
hotel.
While
the
event
was
happening
Mr
Deepak
came
to
me
and
ask
me
to
trust
him
with
the
guest
since
marriage
happens
only
once
and
it's
their
responsibility
to
feed
all
of
my
guests
to
their
full
appetite.
While
the
event
was
about
to
end
I
came
accross
a
huge
commotion
happened
between
my
family
and
hotel
staffs.
I
got
to
know
that
there
was
a
delay
in
serving
the
dinner
so
some
of
my
guests
who
was
about
to
leave
early
since
they
had
to
travel
a
long
distance
became
disappointed.
The
non
veg
food
got
over
even
before
all
the
guests
had
their
last
food.
The
desert
items
were
also
not
in
sufficient
amount.
This
sort
of
unprofessional
behaviour
is
not
expected
from
a
4star
hotel
like
sonnet
who
is
charging
such
a
huge
amount
for
one
plate.
Marriage
events
can
happen
in
sonnet
many
times
but
for
every
client
their
marriage
takes
place
only
once.
If
they
couldn't
guaranteed
the
quantity
and
quality
of
food
they
shouldn't
have
done
the
commitment
to
serve
the
dinner
to
the
last
person
available
in
the
event.
It's
a
colossal
and
flagrant
practice
that
hotel
sonnet
is
doing
and
it's
wrong
to
promote
an
evil
practice
by
cheating
on
their
clients
in
this
way.
I
would
suggest
all
the
viewers
who
will
be
reading
this
should
make
a
conscious
and
informed
decision
to
approach
hotel
sonnet
in
hosting
any
of
their
life
events
since
the
service
of
hospitality
is
so
poor
and
pathetic.
Don't
make
these
hotels
screw
up
your
events
because
they
don't
care
about
your
emotional
and
financial
investments.
