This is one of the best hospitals in howrah. They have 2 branches. This branch is named Narayana Multispeciality Hospital. This is near Chunavati Andul rd. They provide quality treatment to the patient. Doctors are very good. They look after their patient very well and they care for them so much. Thank you.

No rule...no value of timing... Unprofessional receptionist... Worst than Govt Hospital. No Responsibility whatsoever... stop calling yourself MultiSpeciality... Start giving the basic facilities first... and train the uncultured impolite reception Madam's to control their attitude...you are getting paid for the service...Be responsible.

Worst service ever received Anyone will grow old to wait and receive treatment... During report delivery we had to wait for hours inspite of the given time... And the management is least bothered about a patient. They dont even understand the value of time such a non sense service. Just hated it....

Too costly. Malaria test costs more than 1000/. Is this London?? Dengue test is 1850/. Doctor consultation is 1050.. And we wait 3 days for test results. They can't even Send reports online. I had to travel 5km with high fever to get my report. Private hospitals looting people's money in the name of health. Don't ever Go here.. They will charge u for everything with hefty bills Pathetic Service.

I have a horrible experience with this hospital .before admitting patient they didn't inform us they haven't MRI facilities. Without any treatment they charges 35000 for a day . Staff's behaviour was also rude. They took a long time for everything . Worst hospital . For no reason they transfer our patient from general bed to HDU bed just to grab money. I m requesting people not to visit there.

I am warning anybody thinking of visiting dr. Sumana dutta. Please don't. She is there to prescribe you 100 different test that will cost you 1000's of rs and she won't give a f and check upto that. She is just a pathetic doctor. I really wanna file a complaint against her. Don't fall for her sweet talks.

I have recently experienced exceptional care at Narayana. The facilities were top-notch, the staff exhibited kindness and professionalism, and the treatment I received was outstanding. My overall experience surpassed expectations, and I highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking quality healthcare.

Very bad experience in this hospital, following problem i faced in this hospital 1> None medical staffs are not up to the mark , Behavior is too bad . even they will give you wrong information and mislead you , more over they non professional, always they are busy with mobile and group cheat chat , I never expected this from NH Howrah multi. but I expected service like how they served in Bangalore unit , really i appreciate south Indian people , how they are humble and they do hospitality with patient . 2> Nurse and housekeeping : They are are like government hospital , they are very much rude 3> Billing counter : Too horrible, you cant imagine that for billing you have to be in queue for long hrs 40min, event most of them don't know how to swipe the card , again you have to go nearest ATM and get the cash and pay the hospital bill , 3> Car parking : Hospital dont have car parking , we have to keep road side and for that that also we have to pay Rs 20 per hrs . No one is eligible for their work here in NH , may be they are not well trained or very badly managing the hospital , I would like to enlighten abobe issues to the top management , kindly look in it , and give better service like Bangalore unit

Customer service desk is quite frustrating, 4 active counters available but inactive with no staffs in 3 desks. One single handedly managing all the queries, phone calls, guiding interns etc. For a simple query regarding tests, waited almost 54 minutes.

Very good hospital with caring and helpful staff. Good Doctors and specialists available here. A lot of facilities and schemes available for patients. Services like Out patients dept(OPD)., IPD, pathological tests, Radiology, mother and child care units, ICU, Operation Theaters, Critical units, Surgeries, Dental care, Dialysis, Emergency .... Treatment cost is not high.

My uncle is admitted in narayana Multispeciality, chunabati since 28th July due to covid19. Suddenly for last 3 days dr. Is not interacting with us and today told my uncle to take discharge while he is not well. Noone called our family about the health nor provided any report. We are still trying to figure out what exactly happened. Ridiculous.

Worst service I found in NH hospital. I will suggest everyone to avoid this hospital specially two in Howrah. I have to 1hr 15min for a health check-up billing. I asked them to make it first, they it will take time, if we have to complain contact OPD in charge. I tried to reach that person 3times but there was no one. Then I complained to the customer care, they have taken my complain. After 20 mins I received a call with this solution: OPD in charge came back, you can reach there to complain. Hope all can understand the service. Also wonderful thing I observed first time in private hospital is patient party have to take care of wheelchair, no ward boy. In case of IPD, no comment is better. They have admitted my 8months child in general ICU as they don't have PICU and no treatment was done. When asked for transfer, they have taken 2hr to complete discharge process for a emergency patient.

Very Bad experience of getting COVID treatment of one of my friend's father. Staff members were not looking after patient. In night no one is around to check needs of patient. Patient got depressed and critical under there treatment and they only made bugs out of it. Ultimately have to shift patient to other hospital in critical condition. Would suggest don't admit our loved ones in this blood sucking organization.

Irresponsible to the patients, money earning is the main priority, . Our govt. of west bengal, must look after to the private hospital like these , where patient parties are being framed up, by the authorities, to expense excess money as they are bound to do so! i was suppose to give negative ratings, unfortunately no options available, I don’t believe doctors are the avatar of God because they being for their profession, so at least respect to the effort how people earns and expense to save their loved ones, [as their hope]

The hospital knows nothing except money. They are sending for corona test unnecessaryly before doing other tests and not giving any discount against health card for corona test. And the staff who was doing corona test reached 1 hr late at the hospital while some patients were extremely ill. Such irresponsible behaviour not expected.

The hospital quality has deteriorated from earlier times. My wife was admitted for delivery. The food quality has been pathetic compared to earlier times. Even the uniforms are not in proper conditions to be worne. It is surprising how can a hospital with such brand name do not maintain the quality of the rooms as well as the amenities. Thanks to the doctors who are really great and kind hearted which helps in keeping the trust on the treatment.

Front desk service is very poor. Need extra skilled staff. Patient has to wait more. They should know that this is hospital, not bank or any other govt ofc. People come here with a hurry, not to wait in front of receiption for their lazy & poor service.

Really a frustrating situation. It's responsibility and service reduced manifold. They arrange doctor for pathological test or usg after getting reasonable patients. No time table. No puntuality. Patients have to wait for long. Very unfortunate. Of late, thrice, I came to hospital for USG test and every time I have to wait for at least one hour. They mention to come at 2pm but no time table of arriving Doctor.

I could give 5 star but a few things where the management should work. 1. There is some bad smell in the Ground floor OPD section. 2. I had my baby and wife admitted for 4 days and some of the sisters are very careless and less active. The main issue with the night time, as per my wife she keep pressing the bell but the sisters are not responding or coming to help property. I admitted my wife in general bed and as per the initial discussion the difference is 6 people will have 1 toilet and for twins 2 people will be using 1 toilet. But looks like the sisters mostly engaged with the patients who are admitted in twins or private. Now if I would khow the difference in sister service with respect to the bed type I would go for twin bed. So this kind of things need to be more clear when patient party discussing with Admin. 3. The Nursary charge is totally in profit for the hospital. My baby was under observation for a single day and the night times hardly. They bring the baby to mother in the early morning the hardly take the baby to Nursary. The main concern is when patient is asking for any help related to baby the sisters use to say, this is your baby and you need to learn. I don't think patient admitted in hospital to learn how to handle baby for the whole day. Yes they can learn the important things but that should not be an excuse from the sister's end. Sometimes my wife use to inform that my baby is not satisfied with breast milk and need to feed but hardly someone cares. Most of babies are crying all the night but not sure if there was someone actively taking care of. I my wife was admitted in the day care of Narayana Super Speciality and the staffs activity behaviour is much more better than multispeciality that I have experienced. Other than the above mentioned things no other complains and the gift for the baby that I got at the time of discharge was pretty good. Thanks to ward manager madam. Beside that the Corporate desk was very helpful to take care of my mediclaim.

Worst service and very costly. Looting people. Only showoff with a brand like Narayana. They don't even have an SMS service to inform patients about rtpcr test results. I was down with high fever nd body pain. I had to come 7 km to collect report. These people need some serious improvement in service. After reading this review, they will beg for apologies and ask to share MRN no. Bunch of Idiots. Don't ever go there.

Everyone seems fine to me except the corporate desk team members. Corporate desk staff are condescending, rude, and arrogant at the same time. They should have learn how to deal with the patient's family. They are forcefully extorting Rs 200 from every Swasthya Sathi card holder with their stupid, absurd and unreasonable reasoning. Specifically, the 2 male attendants at the said desk behave as if all the cardholders live below the poverty line and they are the two highest. They should know that the patients are not getting free treatment at all, rather their entire cost is borne by the government. I think the hospital authorities should look into the matter and take appropriate action against them. Thank you.

Employees behaviour is not good at all... The corporate desk employees are the worst... Visited to the hospital for chemotherapy of my uncle under swasthya sathi scheme... The corporate desk employees behaved very badly... Had to wait till 7:30 pm to collect back swastha sathi card , the employees made us wait unnecessarily. Though The doctors are very good and well mannered but the corporate desk employees are worst we want hospital corporation to take strict steps against them... Making a ca lung patient wait till 8 pm is nit worthit

The Dialysis dept.of Narayana hospital, chunavati. The staffs maintain the hygiene and the behaviour is friendly and polite enough. They take good care in every aspect of a patient. As we, the Dialysis patients spend most of the time here ,it has become a second home to us. And the members, the staff , the nurses, technicianhave become like our own family members .

Advertisement on packages are visible. But no notice about OPD visits and reporting about tests. I accompanied my father to Dr. P. P. SEN. Dr. Sen advised one USG Dopplar test conducted by Dr. Sarogi. Dr. Sen also apprised thar Dr. Sarogi will remain unavailable for following fortnight. Same information was seconded by the department where Dr. Sarogi works. My father got an appointment with Dr. Sarogi after twenty one days from visit to Dr. Sen. While trying to SHOW reports of Dopplar test to Dr. SEN the women in blue demanded a proper appointment through front desk as the stipulated period of reporting being one week had long been over. When I informed them about Dr. Sarogi's absence, they called someone to corroborate my info. Then they mumbled that Dr. Sarogi was absent for a day or two and asserted indirectly that I was lying. This proves absolute disruption of administration and lack of customer service acumen.

Nearest multi speciality private hospital for Howrah, Hoogly and Medinipur. Treatment and diagnosis are normal like other standard hospital in Kolkata. Doctors and other hospital staffs are very helpful toward patients. Patients are diagnosed with ultimate quality by senior doctors. Doctors are in little hurry in OPD. Regarding hospital its hygienic, clean and a little contrain of space in opd. Many patients are standing in the opd area due to non availability of space and chairs. Toilet need to be more in numbers.

The worst hospital ever. Don't ever admit ur close ones or even enemies. They have zero humanity. All they know is how to usurp money, black mail indirectly..in a way that the patient's relatives are both forced and helpless to confirm to that. Never believe their staffs. They r running a business not a hospital. They give least attention to patient and even abuses. I lost my mother to them. Would surely like to take action against if any. The guy irfan is surely the worst of all. Please don't ever go there unless you have no othr option.

Is it good or bad ? Do you ate food on time ? And Doctor Dr. Naskar oh my god he is awesome..he came to check on me after surgery & his behavior like elder brother to me, he says come on young boy let's get up you will run after two days..he grab me to help me out of bed then told me to walk and yes I was walking without any support just wearing LS belt..Even He dressing me..Also Physiotherapist doctors came on time every day to help me walk out..Washrooms are also clean..Thank You very much Narayana Multispeciality Hospital for your very good hospitality & My whole process was very smooth from admission to Discharge.. My Doctor Akhilesh Narayan Chowdhury one of the best. Behaviour of the few Admin staff is worst and harrassing. But at time of admission of my baby at 2.30 a.m. the Aadmin Guy was good and helpful. My baby was admitted for 2 days in Twin cabin. All Nurse are very caring.

Most inefficient reception ever i faced. Took hours just to pay for the appointment. Staff at reception ar too slow and they dont even care about that. They think they can make you wait for all the day. Visiting this hospital is complete waste of time.

I have been to NSH multiple time, but this Oct 2022 I went to NMH for the first time. The staff behavior is very polite and courteous. All of them, be it Reception, Admission, Sisters at OPD/Admitted are so well behaved that I was astonished. Specially the Corporate/TPA desk persons have very much patience and are very helpful, which is opposite in NSH TPA desk. Limited parking inside with one time charge of Rs. 50. Thank you NMH & General Surgeon for the treatment as well as for having a hassle free OPD, then admission, treatment and discharge.

World's most expensive hospital.... this hospital is build only for crorepati...not for common peole. So, never ever go this hospital for treatment...if you are not crorepati. Everything is 4-5 times costly in this hospital and should be taken from there.

Ambience is not so good. Last time I felt a bad odour within the reception area. Here doctors in very efficient, confident and knowledgeable in most of the departments.

One of my friend's grandmother was admitted few months ego for a laparoscopic surgery under Dr. Shashank Shukla. The surgery was really good & she was discharged two days after the surgery. It was a good experience, ward management was excellent by the coordinators. Also the supporting staffs were aslo quite good.

I have liked their service and I have given a five star rating but also I would be saying to be crystal clear with patients about tests required before OT as we were unaware and had to run here and there to do it .

Be alert CGHS beneficieries!!! ******************* Today I have visited this hospital for checking up of my pregnant wife. I showed my CGHS reference letter of permission for checking up to this hospital as it a CGHS empanneled hospital. But unfortunately the staffs of the reception clearly refuses me to give any facility related to checking up and delivery. They said this facility has been stopped by this hospital since last 2 or 3 weeks although they failed to show any kind of orders relating to it. I repeatedly request them and said our colleagues already have taken up this facility in past from this hospital but all the time they refused to entertain us in this case. Finally I request to call the gynaecologist and tell my problem but they clearly said their decission is final. They further said if I wish to consult the doctor I have to write a declaration stating that I will not take any CGHS facility relating ti delivery. But neither in CGHS website nor in the hopitals website it is written not to give any specific facility such as pregnancy. Hence experience with this hospital is very veru bad to me. I also write it health ministry and higher authorities about this kind of practice.

Cleaning & other medical facilities are good .good doctors also attached with this hospital. But here all mostly trainee nurses ,very few of them not so perfect for giving injections n all matter.its becoming to painful for a patient. I have been faced. One thing more For patients visitors & outdoor patients washroom is just like a public toilet.

Terrible Communication and Customer Service Experience I recently had a deeply frustrating and disheartening experience with Narayana Andul Road Multispeciality Hospital. The hospital's communication and customer service are severely lacking, to say the least. It has been a relentless struggle to get any form of response or assistance from their executives. First and foremost, the contact number provided on their website is consistently unreachable. It's astonishing that a supposedly reputable hospital cannot maintain a functional phone line for individuals seeking urgent updates about their loved ones. This issue showcases a severe lack of professionalism and care for their patients and their families. Even when attempting to contact the hospital through various means, their executives remain unresponsive. My attempts to inquire about the condition of my relative who was admitted to the ICU were met with neglect and indifference. The hospital failed miserably in providing even the most basic information about my relative's well-being. Furthermore, the behavior displayed by the hospital's customer service representatives was appalling. Their complete disregard for the emotional distress and anxiety experienced by concerned family members is beyond comprehension. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to provide information only added to the distress during an already challenging time. Narayana Andul Road Multispeciality Hospital needs a serious overhaul in their communication and customer service protocols. It's deeply disheartening to witness such a lack of dedication and compassion in an establishment that should prioritize patient well-being and family support. I strongly advise potential patients and their families to reconsider choosing this hospital for their medical needs, as the experiences I have endured are indicative of a profound disregard for patient care and customer service.

It is a good experience coming to this hospital. My wife was admitted here for a surgery. Their treatment, good behavior, service and supportive attitude overwhelmed me. Moreover, here ward manager Ms. Sangeeta madam has helped us all the way in this regard. I will recommend others for this hospital. Thanks Narayana Health.

Worst experience ever. The staff behavior is too bad . Specially dialysis department staff are too much irresponsible. They don't know how to behave with patients party. Their speaking way to the patient party is disgusting. I don't know how the narayana has appointed such a people. 😡😡😡.

Since last year August I have been taking dialysis here. I have always been taken excellent care and service from the Nurses. The technicians are beyond excellence and are extreme knowledgeable and experienced. My health has improved since the time I am undergoing dialysis over here. I am very much satisfied with the friendly supportive environment and had always been humble in their attitude. I would always refer a dialysis patient to undergo dialysis from this institution for one month to understand the improvement in their health conditions.

The best hospital treatment I had ever experienced so far, some major points I want to mention about the narayana chunavati branch are as: *Reception co-operation is excellent #They were so pollite. #They were very helpful. #Their dealing with the patient is remarkable. #The announcement part from the reception (ROOPSA) is very soothing to ears. *Hospital other staff co-operation were good enough. *Treatment from this hospital is so satisfying. *I would recommend this hospital to all.

Very worst experienced ever, Never recomended, Treatment is not the preference only money is the priority, NH (Howrah-3, Andul road)patient management authorised person asked money for test by the patient to his family, If any sick person admitted here for treatment The person/patient will become more mentally stress or I'll, Their management pass the test of patients as per their desire not according to patient condtion,Thats why the patient gets more psychological stress and devastated.
