I'm a beach lover soo I love sea foods very much but there's crabs are soo favourable dish. Whenever I come here, I have to taste Crabs 🦀 otherwise the trip wouldn't satisfy me 😜☺️ Although it is my most favourite place to fresh up my mind in west bengal 🧘💫 I truly love this place❤️✨

Great place with sandy Beaches and amazing sunset. Perfect for a day out with family and friends. I stayed nearby for a night and was able to catch both an awesome sunrise as well as sunset. There are some limited water sports activities and some shacks.

It is an awesome beach in East Midnapur. In the morning water remains far away from the edge ,but as the day grows sea water level comes to the edge. We enjoyed bathing in the sea. Also watched sunrise and sunset from sea shore.

This sea beach is not that crowed and the view is really awesome , during weekend you can visit this place . The vibe and ambiance is really enjoyable . The hotels are really close by to the sea shore and the small food stall around the sea beach are really great . The sea food is great , vibe is awesome , great for enjoying the sea shore.

It is almost 180 km from Kolkata Airport on the Kolkata - Digha route. Red crabs crawling around the 13 km long beach is a special attraction of Mandarmani. It was argued to be the longest driveable (drive in) beach in India.It is located under Contai Sub division area. Geomorphologically, this area has relatively low waves than nearer tourist beach of Digha. However still this beach is deposition with formation of neo dunes in several areas specially around Dadanpatrabar.

Onw night trip to this place from Kolkata is good where most of the hotels are near the beach

Awesome places huge difference between digha and Mandarmani. To me mandarmani is dream place before I didn't love sea so much but after seeing mandarmani i fall in love with this place it's awesome with the beauty of nature and sea goddess. There is a time where the sea current hits the resort and sitting in front of the resort and seeing it enjoying a lot. The place is not so much full of people thou tourist are visiting this place there are few shops in the mandarmani market the most important thing about mandarmani is that maximum resort hotel cottage are infront of the sea so we don't have to walk far for the same. It's a huge beach with full of red crabs which making this beach beautiful last i want to say I Love you Mandarmani.

Best place to visit with family and friends. Mandarmani is less populated than famous Digha beach. Maximum resorts and hotels are near the sea beach. During high tide the water level comes to the edge and water remains far away from the edge when it is low tide. The beach are clean and beautiful. It is a ideal place to spend your quality time watching the sea from your hotel. Food quality is good, resorts are very good. Sunrise and sunset is awesome. Wonderful experience, go and enjoy your life. To reach here best option is by a car. You can avail the bus facilities from Kolkata or Howrah and your stop is Chaulkhola bus stop, from here take a auto rickshaw towards Mandarmani. 180 km. from Kolkata city. Digha to Mandarmani distance 30 km. only.

Mandermani Beach is present in East Midanapur. It is almost 180 km away from Kolkata. The scene of sunrise and sunset is just marvelous to watch from the beach. There are lots of resorts available in the beach area. You have great opportunity to take taste of lots of sea foods. The beach area is totally calm and cool as there is less crowding. Overall, trip to Mandermani Beach is relatively cheap & it's a great place to enjoy with your friends and family members during vacation.

The best beach in Bengal. It's not as crowded as Digha. It's not as solitary as Tajpur. The beach is clean, so is the sea. The sea literally comes up to the resorts at high tide. Many small shacks are there on the beach where you can get yummy, freshly cooked food at a very decent price. Phone and internet network is also smooth.

This is one of the best place where i have spent my some precious calming time. It's a wonderful place which heals you from inside.

Had a beautiful time here. Beach is shallow. Great for swims. During low tide u can walk for long stretches towards the sea. Better to take a swim during high tide as beach is very shallow. It's a pleasure to watch so many star fishes, Sea anemones , Red crabs & baby fishes.

Very peaceful, best for day or two off escape from busy life schedule. Hotels and resorts and food prices go up and down time to time but it's affordable for all categories. Tides are not big but the beach area is huge, you can catch the view of fishing boats and fishermen at dawn and in the evening. (Cons: authorities should try to keep the beach clean or maybe when next time you and your family or friends visit, please don't through litter in the beach or sea) don't forget to try some fresh sea food ( mostly fish) from the shops near beach area. You can also try ATV bikes, speedboats, archery and if you are visiting with group of friends ask your hotel or resort staffs if they have cricket bat and ball (most of them have) and have a fun cricket match at the beach (it's awesome, trust me)

Mamdarmani sea beach is nice place to spent holidays and weekend.The environment of this beach is very calm and secluded. It is a wonderful place to spend time alone with family and loved ones. It is also a good beach for bathing in the sea. There are several food stalls on the beach where you can sit and enjoy the sea. There is a market near the main beach where there are shops selling oysters, conch shells, bags, swings, toys, various foods, tea etc. There is a temple near the beach. There are rows of hotels and resorts along the beach, each with different types of rooms, most of which are private cottage rooms, almost all facing the sea, and the specialty of the resorts and hotels here is that they are located on the beach side. You can go on beach from resort room Or private cottage.

It's a long stretch of beach situated in Purba Medinipur district. Not congested like Digha. Can find ample amount of crabs playing hide and seek with you in the sand. Beach side shacks are their to provide you the needfuls.

The calm weather and the sea sound is just energetic as a sea beach must have. The crowd is not much here and you can easily dribe to the location. Many hotels and resorts are available. Public transport system is also easily accessible out here.

Dirty beach and very spilled with obscenity

The journey from and to Kolkata is amazing. I didn’t face much bumps and was able to complete to and fro with my i10 Grand Asta with my Family and pet dog. This took about 12-14 hours. Including the beach time and lunch and breakfast. Tips# carry an umbrella and sun lotion and go to the beach directly. Road inside mandarmani is devastating.

Lonely experience by visiting this long beach in lockdown. Good place for all age group, also child friendly. Different types of fish are available in this beach. You may collect fish from fishermen to cook. Horse riding is available here.

It is very beautiful and calm place, but a bit costlier than Digha. Currently, to book hotel on spot they need either 2nd dose covid certificate or RTPCR negative test of maximum members mandatorily.

Visit, Enjoy, Come back home. Roads are narrow and single lane. Some rough patches may damage your cars under body. Local people let their pets roam on the roads abandoned. Speeding here may cause serious damage. Sharp turns to reach here from chowlkhola. Proper sign boards are available. Sea beach is wide and plane. Guide and lifeguards are available for a certain period of time. Some water sports are available and of reasonable price. Foods and beverages stalls are not available here.

Best place to visit with your family and friends. It is less populated than digha but is very beautiful. About 30km from digha. One can take buses to reach the nearby bus stand that is there at chaulkhola. Lot of resorts and hotels of different price ranges are available. There is also a nearby parking lot for people who visit here with four wheeler.

I have visited almost every beach situated under West Bengal territory. I didn't liked the most famous digha beach for its crowd,and i loved tajpur,shankarpur beach for its solitude. Mandarmani beach lies in between them. This beach is not too much crowdy but not very much lonely too. Beach is very long and i walked through it for hour. I think the beach where the small market and manasa mandir is situated is very much busy and this portion of beach is wide, where shops providing food and other services to relax, you can do speet boat ride here. After that towards tajpur this beach become narrow but as it less crowdy so it's more beautiful but at the mohona this beach gets wide again and there is again some sea side stall built to provide sea food,drinks and more. Overall it was a good stay here.
