Very Good Customer service & very good experience

It's my 1th Experience at HDFC Bank Sector 2 Kolkata staff and Managers in the Bank are very helpful and supportive nice to see a Helpful Atmosphere and it's my 1th Credit Card which took 1th in my life so I'm happy about it but i know i request everyone if a Credit Card is good then it's bad to Use it when you need it only ...♥️ HDFC Bank Sector 2..even i have been to the HDFC Bank which is in Park Street Kolkata and out there also staff are helpful and supportive and your work is done on tym thank you HDFC Bank Ltd.

Saltlake sector 2 branch employee namely Minakshi Das created fixed deposit Booking without my concern 18 th January 2022 .incident after i have visited the Hdfc bank and talked to branch manager saptarshi ghosh and saptarshi ghosh promised take strict actions against minakshi das. But ,this is a fake promise ,Still now they are no action take against the empoloyee. I will request everyone please safe distance following branch employee. List of Fraudulent Persons namely ; 1.Minakshi Das (Personal Banker) 2.saptarshi Ghosh (Branch Manager) 3.Arpita Dhar (operation Manager) 4.Sk.safijuddin (Personal Banker) 5.Suman Dutta 6.Banhisikha Ghosh 7.Safia Khatoon Don't visit this branch purpose investment,.....

Went in for credit card application. The guy sitting near the cash counter wearing specs is an unprofessional and unsure guy. Not only did he force me to open a savings account to process my credit card application but also gave false claims on credit card eligibility. I wonder how HDFC Bank checks on the guys facing potential customers. Of course i walked out because i don't want to be involved with a bunch of ametures. Got my credit card done through a different branch.

Bakwas no help from staff even for Indian army

Most of the staff are not the Bank employee, they are DSA employee and extremely substandard employees, be very careful before you step into this branch

Pathetic Experience with HDFC. I had opened a salary account there and even after 15days have passed since the account opening day, I still haven't received the kit including debit card and cheque book. Already regreting the decision of choosing hdfc. According to your reply tried mailing the concern at the mentioned email id, but I was unable to send the mail. It got blocked due to access denial at the receiver's end. Kindly share a proper mail id where peaple can reach you with their concern.

I use to visit this branch regularly , I believe this branch is one of the best branch of HDFC. All staffs are very friendly ... I strongly recommend this branch.

When you ring tou get put on to an automated service that does not necessarily fulfil the requirement. As an NRI i found this service quite impersonal and a waste of time. The chat assistant is computerised and can only answer very specific issues.

This place doesn't exist. Don't navigate there to find a bank. You won't find any. Save some time. The address is correct but the gps tag on the map is wrong. Navigate to CJ ISLAND to find the exact one.

Good staffs... Too crowded

We came here on 2 sept 2019. The security discriminate the persons according to their looks. We were informed to come at 8 am to take token but later change their words and said it was only at 10 am. As we are not from this place we felt so helpless and wished they could help and treat us better.

The help desk people of this brach was helpful, and attentive towards the needs of people that comes for any help. Well maintained area of hygiene.

Worst Bank .Very poor service.The license of H.D..F.C should be cancelled immediately for extremely unprofessional attitude and harassing the customers.
