I am not satisfied with the service. My phone gone to hang on logo state . I went to this centre and they told me if i change the motherboard the phone will be fine. So i did it which cost about ₹6300. After 10 -15 days of changing the motherboard i had face some problem in screen . The problem was that when i was using any app ,the app sudenly close down and touch didnot work on that moment.. so i went there again , and they did software update . But that's not solve my problem . I had face that problem so many time and i went there but they do nothing... yesterday i again went there( i think this was the 6 th time)after sitting for 2 hours they told me to change the display...Literally i am saying that i was surprised at that moment.. when i change the motherboard there was no problem on the display. But how's that possible after 10 days of changing the board my display face that problemm.. And some staffs behavior was not good.. I dont recommend someone to go in this centre. .........

Not knows about technicalities. I repaired my phone outside. However, they informed me and forced to replace the motherboard. Which would have been costs at around 5000/-. From local shop, I repired my handset with 250/-. My Handset Details - Samsung F41 Issue - phone was not booting up and got stuck on a certain screen, where brainding was displayed!

Unlike other services centers, this didn't make us wait for an unnecessarily long time. It was quicker than I expected. The mobile that I took there to fix was hanging a lot. They fixed the issue swiftly. It took a maximum of 45 minutes.

The working professionals are not reliable. Mostly avoid work and have a tendency to misguide customers. If you visit some other Samsung service centre you will receive completely different and realistic opinion.

Took my fold 3 to get the screen fixed, mere words won't express how satisfied I am with their service. The Kolkata based service centers should learn a thing or two from them. I'll sum it up here 1) quick resolution 2) really good behaviour 3) attention to detail 4) proper knowledge and trained workforce and most of all, they cater to the customers above everything.

I serviced my phone multiple times. Also I went there with my friends. My experience is awesome. Especially the behaviour of their staff is very good. They solved my mobile's problem as soon as they can. I am fully satisfied of their services.

This place is easily reachable from the station.It is near barrackpore-barasat road. 7 minutes of walk from the station.The centre is built over a large area.Plenty of space to wait in queue.Upon entering some details of the customer are taken and a token number is provided.Later they are called by the token number and attended in couple of counters. They mostly try to fix the devices as early as possible but sometimes spares are not available.In that case a customer has to fill in a consent form regarding the billing of any unforeseen issues that may be found upon full inspection. But these service centres generally charge more for fixing smartphones.Still samsung service is better than most other brands.

I went to service center with samsung m30. My phone had charging problem. So they said direct motherboard change. And I did that work from outside with normal 480 rupees. So I wonder if they can do something! Or just sit to take money?

This is a samsung service center at barrackpore , all types of samsung mobile are checked here . This is closed at 7 pm . We response from here quickly . As the map you can go . If you walk 10 minutes from the station out of platform no.1 , you can reach here .

They work professionally no doubt. But they have lot of formalities which consume time, they took 2 hour for a 40 min work due to this formalities. But they work with transparency.

Very efficient servicing of mobile is available here. Also the executives/staffs are very polite and helpful. Would recommend this place to every samsung users out there.

Good, but due to cover from all side a person sound eco. Feel like a fish market. But staff are helpful & service engineers are experienced. They give you correct info & price for service or repair of Samsung phone.

All staffs are helpful. Take 2-3 hours in hand if it is for same day delivery. My issue solved after 2 days. Detailed printed report(63 tests) they had shown me. Good service centre.

Too many people gathered on a single day. Service was pretty slow but somehow they managed. It took 3hours to end the process. Behavior was good. Covid protocols were followed.

They usually don't have the parts but if you order them you can get it within a week.

Reading all those negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive visiting this place. But to my surprise the front desk staffs were really polite & friendly. The owner himself was looking that everyone is attended ASAP. Despite the rush they completed my job in 1.5 hrs dot. Payment accepted both cash & cashless. Only con, for a fairly big hall only 1 AC is running, a bit uncomfortable.

They don't have any solution for the Green Line issue. Everything else is good.

The staff themselves are unaware of the cost that one may have to bear for service. I would recommend that you visit some other well established samsung service centre (viz. The unit in E-mall).

First of all this service center is slower than turtle. I have visit the service center to repair my phone for a little problem but they took 1.30 hour to call and another 2.30 hours to check the phone, one more thing they haven't a proper parking area maximum 8 to 10 two wheelers may park and if you have four wheeler then no parking for you.

It's really bad. They always want to suck. Samsung smart phone quality is very bad& boost of that I have to just through my A70S phone into dustbin

Worse service centre. After opening my phone they didn't put all the screws not only this now the outer case of my phone became loose and it's coming out my phone is samsung s20 ultra. I am disappointed

Service center not working on proper manner one person at the door he is giving improper info to customer related price and services very costly item and instruments high price asking ..place is ok but need more improvement and also required quality and price check by Samsung internal check to all employees

They process quickly but before that you have to wait too long (2-3hrs) for your turn, however staff behaved nicely. Don't make other plans on the sameday when you are coming here.

Took extra ₹5000 to repair the phone even though it was under warrenty period. Still that did not fix the issue and had to get it repaired again in a month from another Samsung Service center in Kolkata. Worst experience ever.

The service is very bad over there. There are some reasons for that there are as follows :- 1. The security guard talks very rudely. 2. The lady of 6 number counter is very bad. 3. The problem with I face is that my mobil back pannel was broken and to repair that the lady is saying that you have to change the display also because there is a damage but I don't want to make that then why should I. For that they are saying that then will not repair it . So I request you to go to the ulthadangha Samsung service Center there you will get perfect service.

No so bad # maintaining covid protocol and door step sanitizer. #1 to 8 place for customer help service. # crowd well maintained by token and security guard. #air condition and fan available for people. #Covid protocol waiting room present. *May have to wait much more time. *Absence of water bottle, customer toilet room.

Service centre is good. Technicians are excellent. But as per company policies you can't repair phones more than 4/5 years old. They stopped manufacturing old parts so that customers compelled to buy new phone. So remember before purchase. Whether you are investing more or less, you can use max 4/5 years.

It's takes so much time . I repaired my laptop and the day I went to the shop to get it , I waited here for 2 hours just only recive my laptop , Customer care service people just sat there and taking lunch break, very poor experience while receiving my laptop..
