It’s good store but there is limited choice.

The shop has a lot of choices in regards to sports shoes, Slippers and formal shoes. The prices are also affordable. Please bring your own bag to carry what you buy.

Rajesh Kumar Mukherjee don't know to talk to a customer and raise voice and point finger. He even deny the services to its customer to repair or replace the defective product

Product is good but the service in bata has become worst than any other store I have been , they don’t know how to handle their customers , the staffs fight amongst themselves infront of the customers , not only the staff but also the manager I guess the one who is bald and looks a bit old , I think the company should look after this !

There is one salesman, Shri Arun Kumar ji. He's very calm and extremely patient. He will help you until you find your desiring shoes. We keep visiting once a year and he always help us. Other staffs are also good but in front of my eyes he outstand others.

This is a shoe store. This store belongs to Bars India. Here varieties of shoes for male, female and children are available. Here rubber, leather etc material products are available.

I have been a regular customer of Bata for years now. This shop in particular need to add a variety to women's footwear. There's so little to choose that you get disappointed minutes after you enter the shop. However, their ambience, location and staff is good. Bata always keeps high quality of shoes that's affordable for the middle class family.

Nice store with really good variety of footwear. Can place order also for a particular size and home delivery is available for the order. Staff are also Co operative.

Why does same brand, same style cost more than on online platforms?

Bata is still reliable . I expect there is no Chinese products because I have very bad experience, I had bought one sports shoe from Reliance Trends , when I came back home and checked thoroughly inside the shoes it was written " made in China" and that shoe not lasted more than six months

This is the worst customer experience I ever had at any store. The store manager is not just incompetent but highly rude and inefficient. He is not at all interested in attending any customers and is highly inefficient in dealing or talking out customer problems. I had a problem with my online order which was suggested by the Bata customer care to get it exchanged at this particular BATA store but the store manager had no idea how to deal with the situation and he kept on avoiding to deal with the situation. At the end I was so annoyed with the response I was getting that I bought two shoes and even kept the shoe which was supposed to be exchanged courtesy the store manager. P.S: He use my international number to call the customer care which would have cost me double the price of the shoes I got. If he is the store manager I would be not be surprised if this store is not making any profit. Bless him and his team mates and the one who hired him

Manager Rajesh Kr Mukherjee and it's staff are very unprofessional. They are rude and don't co-operate with the defective products. Manager committed to repair the product and didn't inform that timeline will not meet. When asked to deliver the product because I have travelled twice from far place. He asked for additional humongous amount for the delivery. Manager should be replaced.
