Let
me
narrate
all
of
you
the
incident
of
these
highly
unprofessionals:
I
booked
a
domestic
trip
to
Darjeeling
and
Kalimpong
from
Nov
23-26/2019
(3N
4D)
from
Fly
High
Holidays
(AC
mkt
Ballygunge).
I
paid
Rs23,000
full
and
final
for
this
trip
on
Nov18,
2019
through
net
banking.
They
promised
me
1
day
sight
seeing
at
Darjeeling
and
Kalimpong
incl
transfers
from
Bagdogra
Airport
to
Darjeeling
and
Kalimpong
and
back
to
airport
with
2
star
hotel
accomodation.
What
went
horribly
wrong:
1.
Day1:
We
have
been
checked
into
a
sub
standard
hotel
(sweet
home
international)
at
Darjeeling
and
the
rooms
were
less
than
even
average.
2.
Day
2:
The
local
supplier
there
said
we
are
not
going
to
Tiger
Hill
in
the
morning
(Tiger
Hill
is
the
most
enchanting
spot
of
Darjeeling
with
sunrise
view).
On
being
asked
they
said
we
are
not
told
to
get
Tiger
Hill
visited
to
the
customer.
I
took
the
local
supplier
and
Mina
Sonthalia
from
Fly
High
Holidays
in
line
but
both
of
them
not
bothered
to
solve
this
issue
rather
blaming
each
other
for
this
mishap.
Anyways
Tiger
Hill
didn't
happened
and
they're
not
even
sorry
for
that.
3.
Day
3:
we
have
been
transferred
to
Kalimpong
and
sightseeing
was
ok.
Problem
happened
when
we
checked
into
the
hotel
at
Kalimpong
(revere
hotel).
According
to
a
hotel
standard
I
would
say
a
Dharamshala
would
be
better
than
that.
The
location
of
the
hotel
is
at
city
outskirts
and
a
dark
area.
The
condition
of
the
rooms
is
like
a
lodge
and
pathetic
hotel
staffs.
I
immediately
asked
Fly
High
Holidays
to
change
the
hotel.
Their
staff
Jaita
took
2
hours
to
understand
the
problem
and
then
the
blame
game
started
between
local
supplier
and
Fly
High
Holidays
and
we
being
treated
as
a
football
getting
passed
between
them.
I
called
up
Mina
Sonthalia
almost
3
hours
to
this
incident
when
I
didn't
get
any
resolution
and
she
said
we
can
arrange
to
change
the
hotel
but
we
will
not
provide
you
transport
and
why
as
because
local
supplier
is
asking
800rs
for
transport.
Just
Imagine
I
and
my
wife
being
stranded
to
this
hotel
and
these
Fly
High
holidays
unprofessionals
playing
with
us.
I
quote
the
name
Mina
Sonthalia
said
that
we
will
not
be
able
to
provide
you
any
transport
you
do
whatever
you
want
and
disconnected
the
phone.
I
called
her
numerous
times
after
that
but
she
didn't
bothered
to
pick
up
the
call.
Jaita
their
staff
telling
us
we
have
got
so
many
customers
to
deal
with
you
are
not
the
only
one.
I
literally
stunned
by
the
unprofessionalism
and
fraud
by
Fly
High
holidays.
On
7:30
PM
Kaniska
Sen
from
Fly
High
holidays
said
we
can
arrange
you
an
hotel
1
hour
distance
from
there
as
no
other
hotel
is
available
in
so
called
their
inventory.
I
denied
that
it's
not
safe
to
travel
1
hour
at
that
point
of
time
in
hills.
I
suggested
a
hotel
nearby
and
finally
they
booked
it
and
we
checked
in
at
8pm.
This
travel
agent
is
a
big
unprofessional.
You
live
or
die
after
payment
they
just
don't
care.
It
was
the
most
horrible
moment
for
me
and
my
family.
The
level
is
harassment
we
have
gone
through
is
beyond
imagination.
Mina
Sonthalia
is
a
big
unprofessional
and
treat
customers
like
animals(after
payment).
Zero
Professionalism
and
sense
of
understanding.
They
don't
provide
you
money
receipt,
bills
or
any
invoices
and
when
asked
for
it
they
say(Mina
Sonthalia
and
Jaita)
we
don't
provide
any
bills.
If
customers
insists
then
only
we
provide.
That
clearly
shows
their
responsibility
and
tax
evasion.
After
9
days
they
provided
the
bill
with
numerous
reminders
over
phone
and
email.
"Guys
I
request
you
to
beware
of
this
highly
unprofessionals
Never
book
or
travel
with
them
or
be
ready
to
face
consequences
like
we
did.
They
have
ruined
my
whole
journey.
"
I
am
taking
this
matter
legally
now
with
ISO
and
consumer
forum
I
just
wanted
to
aware
everyone
of
these
unprofessionals.
