Big Bazaar Kolkata was one of my favourite shopping market. But now it's closed for ever 😞. Instead Reliance Smart Bazaar has taken place. It's only operational in ground floor mostly for groceries and very little amount of fashion items for sale without option for trial or exchange or alteration.

Paid a visit on 30jan21 Esculators were not working . None of them actually were working . Staff is friendly and good to show you the product and describe you about the offers. Reasonable collections of things. Scope for improvement is billing counters are many but only few of them found to be functional actually. Picked up a dress from flat 50% then while Billing found it to be only 30% . Kya bolle ab Lena padhaaa. . These things aren't great . Rest scope of improvement is always there. One can always pay an visit for a quick roaming around the big bazaar.

Nice place for shopping but sometimes they behave rudely as per my experience

*Huge Store *Parking available *One can buy- -Ladies Wear, Gents Wear and Kids wear including purses, and other accessories and footwears -All kitchen related items, though it's expensive than local market but quality is decent -Iron, toasters and likewise also available -No need to mention that groceries, toys, toiletries, dairy products are also available. However I couldn't find milk packet (pouch one) * Staffs are quite polite and helpful *Because of corona and Kolkata election, there was no rush when I visited today otherwise it's very crowded. So, avoid going on weekends and especially during evening time *Escalators and Lifts are also available. *Overall a good store. 👍

Near sealdah station, it's a big Reliance Smart Bazar , but the thing is all products cost too high. How they give offers we don't know but even after applying offers the prices are too high. If we go to another shopping mall in that offer I don't think that mall prices will be low. Not for all I am talking about most , and some products costs are normal ❤️.

A very big and we'll equipped shopping mall close to sealdah station. One should definitely checkout here. There's quite a variety of items that can be found. And they have a good stock of items as well. I'm pretty happy shopping here. Things are very organised and the way that is expected to be. Have a nice time shopping here :)

Not all stores have XXL size clothes available or even if they don't have variety. It is not a clothing store but has a good collection. I am very happy. If you come to Sealda Station, visit the shop at least once

Big Bazaar is huge market. This Store is near by Sealdah station.All most everything available you need in daily life. Variety of trendy clothes available.Great huge collection of grossary item,electronic item,shoes, sun glasses, toy and many more things etc.You can find many things for your daily life and lifestyle.Good collection. Good product availability.They also offers online shopping through Big Bazar app. Home delivery also available from Here. It has won parking area.It has wheelchair accessible entrance.They receive every kind of payment method.Escalators and Lifts are also available. Food court located in 4th Floor. Good food, delicious. I got what I wanted. Stock is huge. Both online and cash payment are available. Multiple counters in different floors for the help of cutomers. Offers are always there. The staffs are very much helpful and polite.

Reliance Smart Bazar open few days ago at Lake Mall in Rash behari South kolkata area. Now all grocery, makeup, health drinks, household items available in both stairs... Garments r not seen at this branch till today....

You can say this is a perfect market where which you find all you need...such a smart Marked with everything from dress to toilet paper 🧻😄...the market is such big that you have to find exit way.

Huge collection of men, women, boy, girl & kids clothes wear are there. There also grocery items section very huge collection of grocery items. Well maintained you can find easily that what's you actually looking for. Don't trust the offer written on the board 🌚🛒. Otherwise good.

The previous one i.e. Big Bazaar was much more better than Smart Bazaar. There is a huge collections of products but staff behaviour is not satisfied as well as customer service is not also good. No other such hypermarket is there in Sealdah region, so it's the last option...

Not a good experience. Neither stocks nor variety available for food or grocery items. Same goes for crockery and utensils. No such discounts. General disregard for health and safety. I'd say 70% of employee weren't wearing masks at all. Even a lot of shoppers weren't wearing masks. No temperature check at entrance. Shopping online would be a better choice.

a very massive and we're going to geared up shopping center close to sealdah station. One should without a doubt checkout right here. there's pretty a variety of items that can be observed. and they have an awesome stock of objects as properly. i am quite satisfied shopping here. matters are very organised and the way this is anticipated to be. Have a pleasing time shopping right here :)

I visited Smart Bazaar Lake Mall a couple of days ago. Had a very bad experience. Poor customer care attitude. Waited at an empty cash counter while the cashier chit-chatted with his colleagues, made personal phone calls and then when he finally started my billing he declined to process 2 items which had some offers mentioned on the racks. (What is the point of having offers if you cannot avail them?!!) When the manager Amarjit Shaw came forward he made as excuse that their inventory was not updated. Well, infrastructure may not be set up yet but at least your customer care attitude should not be lacking. The “kuchh bhi chalta hai” attitude is unacceptable. There are a few competing grocery stores whose customer-friendly attitude is far better than yours. Learn a lesson from them.

Excellent product range. Single point marketing venue. Has a free and dedicated baggage safe with token system. Expect more support staff inside the Mart, better product arrangement, better guides, guiding lights. Special paid facility for packing of gifts is required.

The best shopping place in this locality . Everything you will get in a complex mall. Small parking but ok .

Nice place for shopping. Good affordable prices on all items. Mostly household daily usage items are available here. Overall worthy.

There is a large number of varieties in term of garments. Both branded and non-branded items are available. But for the non branded ones price tags are little bit heavy. You can also avail several essential household items from this mall. They also offer free home delivery as well. Trail rooms are available for garments trail.

It is good place and has good location just outside sealdah. It has variety of electronic, food, clothing, grocery, stationary. On 4th floor there is food court with very decent menus. Lift and escalator both are there. ( But escalator was not working when i visited.)

Very nice shopping complex, with lots of offers. The clothing section is temporarily closed but the other products are all good.

Reasonable price items are available here.all types of garments ( ladies and gents) , kids wear, household items, electronic devices are also available here. Just beside of Sealdah railway station .and next to the NRS Medical College and hospital. Staffs are also good in behaviour.

This place was previously known as Big Bazaar and later it changed its name to Reliance Smart Bazaar when the owner changed. This is a shopping place where you can buy everything from clothes to groceries to food items and makeup items. The billing counter is good and accepts cash, cards, UPI methods to pay. You also sometimes get something extra/free for a bill above a particular amount. The clothes available are stylish and branded and available for men, women, and kids.

Only 2 counter is open...it's in 4:40pm on Dhanteras..can u imagine, people are standing in queue...no people want to work...bad service....not expected

In our everyday life what we use you get everything but I am not sure about the vegetable item but you about clothing or everyday accessories in every reasonable price so, I will say you should visit smart bazar. ☺️

Please don't go there if you willing to purchase vegetables, Fruits etc. It it better for grocery only.

Good place to buy household items and apparels. Store is big enough to find your needs in one place. Location is also great, beside Sealdah railway station.

Located beside shialdah railway station. Only walking distance. Collection of product ranges cloths, cosmetics, crockery item etc.

Well in-store shopping mall. A wide variety of products from garments to grocery everything is available here with a reasonable price. Customers priority are often maintained. Covid Protocols are strictly followed here.

Just straight up hated it there, I visited there quite recently to shop clothes but literally found nothing suitable! I've been here before as well, they used to have good collection of clothes but now it is a complete waste of time going there. Talking about the ambience, it was not commendable. Would not recommend it to anyone!

Previously due some problems(not related to pandemic)... There were no stocks.. But now the Big Bazaar has everything in stocks and also new apparels have arrived.. You can go and check out.. Also there's few discount in food section...

Location wise it is the best for all people, all are coming and enjoy the shoping. If your train is late then it is an awesome chance to go over there and pass your time by buying something or explore free new items. I usually go there to buy few essential product for home used.

The collection is not that good but its location is very good as you may spend some time shopping and having snacks there if your reach the station early.

Please appoint staffs who have appropriate billing knowledge. Your customers won't wait untill your staffs complete their bill. We have many other shops to buy from!!!!!

Visited on 2nd Jan 2022. Ezone staff were very rude, floor were fully empty but nodudy were ready to attend us for product even I asked staff for product specifications nobody were care about customers. As I went over there to buy washing machine. Will never recommend to anyone. But groceries department staff were very active n helpful.

The only popular store which is having food court. Plus stock of goods is higher in comparison to other big bazaar store.

Smart bazzar lake mall is worst worst customer service no supervisor present systems not updated un cooperative workers worst experience Manager had a very carefree attitude did not resolve anything

Cramped space with limited choice for daily chores. Good thing is they try to cover all items of daily life. Unless brand specific, you will not come out empty handed

Very very very bad behavior. Your customers service so bad.they doesn’t' try to understand the customer problem. It's very ridiculous.
