I ordered a Dosa and a Thali. Dosa was 7 out of 10 and Thali was 3 out of 10. The panneer sabji was very bad. Raita was also very bad, Rice was not cooked properly. I told the guy who served me but he didn't fix it. They think people come to a restaurant to see how good it looks. Pricing is done at higher side.

Worst restaurant ever seen. The food taste less they don't even use salt in food. The owner was rude and did not have any sense of how to talk with the customer. I recommend not to visit this restaurant at all.

Worst service and poor hygiene… when we asked the owner, you need feedback? He said “Nahi chaiye….. Chalo bolo” so disrespectful… and staff was arrogant too. Food quality was also poor, “ no taste at all”….Service was soooo late. Save your mental peace and visit some other place. #RadheRadhe.

Not even worth a single start. Worst restaurant even seen by man kind, tourist are requested please do not come. Owner- Mr.Rude had the worst speaking skills. Message to owner- good interior won't make you did taste good or get more customers. REALL BADDDD!!!!!!

The food was not good And the owner also very rude. While I'm trying to explain what happen to food he was not responding even said directly no need to give feedback .. I don't think so you must visit here .. Good for heath and self respect ...

Worst place to visit and eat. Only show piece and nothing else, manager doesn't how to talk and a lot overpriced. You can go to any place but not this, just wastage of time and money

So, i went to classic restaurant with my mother and the food was terrible . I never thought anybody could cook normal simple Dal bad .. so we ordered Jeera Aalo , tandoori roti , Dal and Curd and all 4 items were very very bad. Their potatos were undercooked their dal makhani was undercooked. Their rootis were burned. and after everything I asked them to pack the food so I could give it to someone in need. As I was not able to eat uncooked and burned food but didnot wanted to waste it either so they gave 1 polythene to me and asked me to pack it ypurself if you want as we do not have packing option. The bill was of ₹580 and I must say the worst food of all my life.

Hotel services is very good , services of all the staff are up to the mark and cooperative... Vegetable dishes are very delicious, proper arrangement had been done in the restaurant , table service is excellent,quick and prompt Dishes served here are, Chinese, Biryani, South Indian, Multicuisine, Barbeque, North Indian, Indian, Continental, Breakfast

Very cool place! delicious food and possible make it all plane, good for people who cannot eat chilly, all kind pepper, recommend.

Food wasn't good. The raita was sour, the rotis were hard, the paneer in the paneer-curry was minimal, Sambar was tasteless, masala dosa too salty, the service was sluggish and unhelpful. Waiters were rude. There was no refill service for any item. Not recommended from my side!!

Worst Food, waiting time 30-40 min and after that got cold and stale food, and after 10 min got dinner plate and bowl. Situated at main market that's why they are arrogant. Rude staff and owner and his brother both are barbaric. If you have self respect then don't go there. They don't know how to deal with customer. They are local guys that's why they always ready to fight with customer. Really disappointed... if you want to save your respect and money both then go anywhere in mathura but never go in classic restaurant.

Worst restaurant of my life. The behaviour of owner was very bad and their customer service is worst than worst. No taste in food.

There was hair in the food, owner was silent and when I said they have very bad behaviour. Food Quality was also very bad.

The food was really awesome and delicious. Behaviour of staff & owner was very friendly. I am shocked after seeing negative reviews but my visit was very good.

I wish I had the chance to rate it as ‘Zero’. They have long length menu but has only single dal and rice to serve. Also their owner takes the order and when asked to in great their staff so that the things can be done quickly and in proper way, he will raise his voice stating aap mujhe mt sikhao khana khane aaye ho to khao nhi to jao and when we stood to leave the restaurant he raised his voice too loudly and said maalik ko bologe kaam kaise krna hai and then his son came in to create a scene and started shouting with him. They also tried to charged up on my family members not even seeing if the person they are talking to is a lady. They take unnecessary advantage of being local at Mathura and consider themselves superior as they have their restaurant exactly in front of Mathuras’ famous krishnaji’s janmabhoomi. I strongly recommend not to visit to their restaurant. Also they are not even hygienic 🤮

Overall experience - Very Bad Summary - Tasteless and unauthentic food, staff is unresponsive and rude, too expensive. Food - The food was bland and lacked the original taste the dishes were expected to have. Dal was tasteless and paneer butter masala lacked the flavor of butter. The masala too wasn't good. Naan was too tight even after several complaints. Service - The staff was unresponsive and rude. Complaints were not tackled with sensible responses. When complaints were made about the paneer they said atleast it has paneer.

Service isawesome with good behaviour of owner and servants ....They serve as we are real guest .... Awesome food taste ,delicious ,with awesome deserts,raita especially their mini thali with optimum price ........you must visit this place..........
