Very old. Struggled a lot to get me my mobile charged. Only one point. Bed sheets and beds in very bad shape. Even already made advance payment, i was getting calls to pay. Complementary breakfast provided was not having fresh look. I don't recommend it for to stay.

Don't fall prey for the photos that the hotel has uploaded, when you reach the hotel you can see that it is all fungus infected rooms. My father aged 60 had to sleep in such kind of room and he got such a big problem in breathing properly. Not just room but washroom, taps, switch board, handles. Every thing is unbearable at the hotel with such high prices per room it is a waste of money and the staff is highly unprofessional,they cut the phone on your face and will not even attend to your queries as they have no idea of how to keep customer at highest level of experience in terms of cleanliness or communication. DON'T BOOK THIS FUNGUS INFECTED HOTEL, YOU STAY AND MONEY SHALL GO WASTE

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen it. Staff is very rude. They are not following any kinds of manners.. no room service available. I'd never recommend to stay there. Cuz wasting of money and in the end you'll be disappointed..

Food was Good but service was lacking. We even got a hair in Bread. Wait time for service was not as per expectation. Staff can be more professional if trained properly.

The hotel looks very lavish and top notch from the exterior. But as the saying goes, Don't judge a book by it's cover. The service, the rooms and the management's attitude is very laid back. I booked two rooms in the hotel as we were on a spiritual tour across the Brij region, traveling from Govarthan to Gokul via Mathura. We had a night stay in Mathura and I wanted to book a decent 3* hotel near to Janambhoomi. REVIEW: The hotel is no where close to a 3* hotel, for starters we booked "Super Deluxe" room with one double bed and checked in around 4pm. The staff told that we will be given a room with two single beds and one room with one double bed because they have overbooked and alloted our pre-booked room to somebody else. I was livid with the gesture, so I was called in to talk to the "upper management" who were seated in a chamber behind the front desk, probably because they weren't able to comprehend their wrong doing. Fortunately, I was given two other rooms. This is where the thing got even murkier, soon after we got into the room.. the staff came in and instead of providing us with the complimentary tea and coffee, took the electric kettle away. They mentioned that it is a luxury and it is available only with the "Luxury" rooms. I was appalled by this attitude. I have never seen such miser and narrow minded hospitality. I would also like to mention that the rooms were very shabby, the carpet seemed to have seen numerous seasons without a single wash. The bedsheets and comforter covers had holes in places. The pillows were missing the covers. The windows were crying for some maintenance. And parody or to put salt on my miseries, was a mini fridge left in both the rooms, which wasn't an amenity as per the staff!! Talking about the food served in the buffet(which they couldn't takeaway as it was well mentioned in the booking as I paid for it in advance). The sandwiches were two bread slices with butter put in between them, that's it. The only thing that I liked about the breakfast was the palak ke pakode. Other than that everything was a mess (pun intended). I can go on and on about the gruesome experience. But I want to move forward and forget this obnoxious experience. I won't recommend this place to anyone, whatsoever.

The hotel is nearby the Sri Krishna Janam Bhumi Temple. Staf is polite and friendly. Good and safe parking space available. The rooms are old and not upto the price they are listing. No amenities available in room. Don't go with the pics and details available on booking sites. As it's having marriage hall also in the same place, it was noisy whole night. You can go for breakfast only if you are getting some good deal else avoid having breakfast included.

Not a very clean hotel with lots of bugs in bathroom. I expected a bit more cleanliness. The good news is that the hotel allowed us early access (8.00am) which was a big plus

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff members were quite helpful and also I liked the nature of the gate keeper, he was such a nice guy. The rooms were very comfy and amazing.

Was there with family for 2 days and the overall experience was very good. The rooms are spacious, hot water facility available, elevator available, overall clean but the best part was the food they serve. Delicious and quality food which no doubt was expensive but worth the money spent. Their restaurant staff is very courteous. Location is excellent, very near to krishna janmabhoomi. Getting rooms can be a little time consuming and I had to wait for an hour in the lobby before the room was provided.

Room feels not properly ventilated, crunch of space. Room size is just ok for 2 persons but they provide same room for booking of 3 persons also. Breakfast menu contains 3-4 items but only one item will be satisfactory. Overall below average experience.

Good hotel to stay in Mathura. Restaurant is inside the hotel and has large menu of dishes. Rooms are sufficient and clean washrooms. Ample parking for guests. Polite staff provided good service. Janmabhoomi temple is nearby about 10 min walk.

The property is located at gate 3 of mathura janmabhoomi. The staff is cordial and they do allow late check ins The breakfast is excellent, something you don't usually expect from restaurants located inside hotels. I would definitely recommend the property to people. Kudos to the team. Cheers

Worst service poor staff 4 baad incident happened in just 1 day 1) I order read and pakora in room after half an hour they send pakora in room and when I asked about tea they said apne order he nahi kiya tha 2) we orders food in restaurant gobi masala, green salad, panner and bread they served me gobi aloo sabzi (wrong item) and panner they forgot about green salad also 3) I order tea in night they said it will take half hour I was ok with it they served tea in 5 mint and it was not fresh 4 ) next day in morning I order tea, milk for kids and bread tost after one hour I call them where is my order they forgot my order Now they served only tea and milk Where is my bread tost If you are planning to come mathura don’t stay in this hotel If you stay here you will have high BP issue in just some hours

The location is bit of an hassle it's just front of main road , otherwise the rooms and service they provide is excellent .. and their best part is their food i really really loved it ,it was one of the best food I had in my journey . Plus Krishn Janm bhoomi is at walking distance and vridhavan is 9 km from that place . If u want to do earrly darshan of the vishram Ghat , dwarkadesh , bankya bihari temple and Krishna janm bhumi all are in close proximity along this hotel so in convenience also it's very good . Will surely come here again if I travelled to Mathura .

It was fine but the electricity went off in the early morning due to which sleep was disturbed. Prefer to eat food outside. Breakfast buffet is very average, it's better to explore outside. Otherwise, rooms and toilets are quite clean. I would recommend to stay here.

Super frustrated with the hotel services, as i have been into many such hotels and never seen the staff who is soo rude and importantly the breakfast,it was not fresh at all,they just keep the buffet and rest dont care about the quality im super disappointed with the service of this hotel as i booked 2 rooms and now regretting like anything…rooms are not clean and not as shown in pictures..i will never recommend any of you who are reading this or planning to book the hotel.

Property is little bit old. Rooms are not that well maintained. Washroom needs to be upgraded. Hall is well decorated. Kitchen available and only vegetarian food is served. Located on the Vrindavan road and gate no 3 of Janambhoomi temple is near to the hotel.

A nice place to stay in Mathura for a day or two..Location is on the Mathura Vrindavan road and it takes 5 mins to visit the Krishna Janam Bhumi temple in an auto.. The hotel has it's own restaurant and the food is awesome.. Rooms are average and washroom is okay...!!!

Rooms are not value for money. Little maintenance and it can be made value for money. Location is just outside Janmabhoomi Gate 3, so thats best part. Service is also fine but I feel waiters of the hotel expect more than they deliver. In the restaurant, food is best out of all places in whole of Mathura and service in the restaurant of the hotel is also amazing. Taste of food mainly depends on by what attitude it is cooked and served. Amazing service in the restaurant. One should surely try the food here.

Rooms are spacious and staff is nice. They have proper parking facility which is tuff to fi nd for hotel which is soo centrally located. Shri Krishna janm bhumi is 600 meters and dwarika dheesh temple is approx 1.5 kilometers.

Hotel is good and the location is also good, the only reason for me giving them 1 star is because they don’t respect customer’s bookings. I had booked the room almost a week back and had booked a deluxe room with one big bed, when I checked-in in the evening then they told me they have just one room with two separate beds and they didn’t had any other room. Very bad experience.

Worst experience. Highly unprofessional team including receptionists, managers and restaurant staff. Extremely poor service and way to of talking is like SBI employees. Had to wait 3 hours for check in aa their staff was having lunch from 1 to 3pm. Pathetic staff.

Didn't see the rooms. So can't comment on that. Just used the restaurant. Food was tasty. Good quality and good quantity. Staff is also polite. Location not far from Krishna Janmashtan mandir. One can stay in the hotel as keeping it the centre and see the city. Most of the temple in mathur have car parking issues.

awesome place to stay in mathura. rooms were nice and clean. food quality was awesome. the whole experience was good. hotel was at just walkable distance to krishna janambhoomi, dwarikadish temple. near to vrindavan also.

This was quite a good hotel. We visited here for a friend's wedding celebration. The rooms are pretty nice, well equipped and comfy. Food was good, staff's behaviour was okay too. The hotel is also located in a very prime spot and a lot of Mathura's attractions are at walking distance from this place. Not too far from Mathura railway station. All and all a good place to stay. They can try and up the ante in terms of adding some more services to their guests during the stay.

The only good things is location, rest everything is pain. Worst is the staff & the resto men. hard to resist to mention a staff Mr. Deshraj, who was visibly rude even to the kids & ladies. Night time receptionist & helper was drunk. Dear owner , if u really want to run ur hotel, staff needs complete overhaul.
