Conveniently located . Just like any other Home Depot - has all good stuff . Nice service ... rental service wasn’t that good though . Parking is ok . Overall a good experience.. returns are easy and very helpful customer service . I like the paint dept and garden center. Nice sale for thanksgiving . Lots of stuff at good prices…

I’ve always loved this Home Depot location and it’s time to write a review for it. The shelves are always stocked. Bathrooms are clean enough for me to be comfortable to bring my baby into. But the sales associates and managers at this store are what really set it apart. Andre is true blessing from heaven. He is kind and patient and helps you find exactly what you need in the tool section. Daisy is a true delight in the garden section. She remembers you and will help make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Paul on the register is quick and pleasant. And then there Rob—one of the managers. I was looking for garden fencing and having the most difficult time locating it. Rob took his time to help me find exactly what I needed and my baby and I were on our way home to finish the garden. I visit this location about once a week since owning a home and now with gardening season I’m there even more. So so grateful to live so close to such a great Home Depot.

Never rent a tool from this store . They over charge you and ignore your call and message when you ask for refund . I rented a drain cleaner for 3 hours 45 mins . The problem was : I returned it around 515pm but they kept charging my debit card $100 per day and said I never returned it . 2 days later qhen I went back there , the old gentleman found the machine which I have rented . However , it has been about 2 weeks without the correct refund. I called back a few times and left messages for manager Bianca but she never responded to my message or calls , neither issued the $30 credit . Unprofessional service

Terrible customer service, the employees don’t know the computer system and constant errors lock up $150 at a time. Twice i had deposit amounts locked up on my account plus was charged $175. In all I had nearly $500 locked up for a $175 rental. Not only was the first associate dumb as a bag of rocks, the third associate took zero accountability and kept blaming problems on the first associate. I have very little to say except this location has no idea what customer service is nor do they even display the aptitude to deliver it if they even knew what serving a customer was.

A really good place to get on the home things that you need. From tools to seasonal items such as holiday trees and lights you can find it in this place. The only drawback is that it usually hard to find help. Usually have to walk to another file or two before you even find a staff person.

This store has a good stock of products but some of the employees and mangers are just downright terrible. Have a question ? You might get yelled at by an employee. Need something loaded into your truck ? Good luck getting a forklift driver in the store to help you. And if you want to talk to a manager about how bad some of the service is, you might be told they’re all in a meeting and the only manager available is the rudest, laziest good for nothing person in Home Depot

Kofi in the paint department is my GUY! He was so patient and helpful when I needed at least 10 different colors for a set build I’m working on, and remembered me when I came in for more a few days later (sorry!). The only reason this location doesn’t get 5 stars is because besides Kofi in the paint department, most of the other employees are not so great…the young man working the rental counter had AirPods in while speaking to me, and was not very friendly. It seemed like the young woman working with him was doing all the work behind that counter (she was great). The employees are not super helpful in finding things, I came in with a very specific list and it took me over an hour to find some of the items, as the employees didn’t seem to know where things were in the store. However, the location gets praise for the paint department and the few employees that are WONDERFUL.

I had placed a curb side pickup for lots of shelves bracket. After I had parked at designated spot m, I waited for more than 30 mins but no one showed up. Then I called the store and told them about it, and they said ok and hung up. Few mins later someone showed up with a cart full of brackets just throw in, with lots of scratches and paint was removed, clearly it was not handled carefully. I am very disappointed with the service
