my
husband
ever
had
so
far.
Online
said
item
was
in
stock,
called
and
confirmed
that
item
***was
in
stock.***
Drove
over
an
hour
because
they
claimed
to
have
this
specific
item.
We
urgently
needed
this
item
to
help
mitigate
further
damage
to
our
home,
so
we
did
what
we
could
and
traveled.
Arrived,
couldn’t
find
item
on
shelf,
asked
from
help
from
an
associate
and
they
completely
ignored
my
husband.
The
associate
walked
away
as
fast
as
they
could.
We
tried
to
get
their
attention
thinking
they
didn’t
hear
us
but
to
no
avail,
they
looked
at
us
and
continued
to
fast
walk
away
from
us,
completely
ignoring
us.
So-
we
had
to
find
another
associate,
and
they
weren’t
able
to
help.
So
they
called
another
associate.
While
they
were
helping
search
for
the
item
(said
5+
in
stock),
another
customer
interrupted
us,
and
both
associates
just
walked
away
to
help
the
other
customers,
leaving
my
husband
with
absolutely
no
assistance.
Like,
what
in
the
world?
Needless
to
say,
we
will
never
be
returning
to
this
location
ever
again.
I’ve
previously
worked
for
The
Home
Depot
at
another
location
and
am
appalled
by
how
we
were
treated,
especially
my
husband.
If
you
can
find
another
HD,
make
sure
to
go
there.
This
place
is
an
absolute
mess
and
the
lack
of
assistance
in
a
SUPERSTORE
is
beyond
frustrating
and
disappointing.
I’m
glad
we
don’t
ever
have
to
frequent
this
one.
As
someone
who
is
physically
disabled,
It
was
an
absolute
nightmare
to
navigate
as
well.
