Received treatment at Laser Clinic Croydon since January and the service has always been great. The laser Technicians are amazing, Portia and the other laser technicians (apologies don’t recall their names) are very helpful. Recommended the clinic to friends and family!

I had 10 sessions on my arms and underarms and, in theory, I should have a 10% reduction every time. After 2 months from my last session, I can say that I still have at least 80% of my hair (and increasing) on both areas. I was told that results varies depending on a lot of different things like hormones etc but 1. I wish I was told this during my free consultation before I invested in 10 sessions so at least I was clear on expectations and 2. I felt that the service was really inconsistent depending on which person was doing the session. Almost every time I had to remind them of areas they were missing. I feel that the lack of results is also due to the sloppiness. I had a follow up session with a manager (the same who did my consultation and did not mention anything about needing more than 10 sessions )where I discussed my concerns regarding the results and I was told that for some people it takes 20/30 sessions or more and that I should "go vegan" to fix my hormones. Not sure if the problem is the clinic or the Laser in general but I unfortunately feel I have wasted my money here.

The employees are friendly and caring, but I had appointments for 10 sessions of half face, but there was no decrease in my hair above my lips. We sent an e-mail, but they said it was a hormonal disorder and they did not help me further. Even though I told him that I only had problems on the lips, he said it was hormonal.

Really lovely staff and very quick with the treatment. The therapist also explain the treatment and what’s best for your skins etc. Saw results after my first master treatment NEVER going back to waxing.

Monthly affordable treat for Maxine. Looks like she’s working her way through the packages. Next trip is for a microdermabrasion facial. She’s only gone and booked her mum in (lol) 2 happy ladies means 1 happy man
