I had a 15 minute free consultation with Sally, the physiotherapist. Sally listened carefully and was most helpful in suggesting a way forward to deal with back and hip pain, with the option to contact her again for a full investigation if her initial suggestions did not help. Highly recommended.

First class! I saw Sally about a knee problem I've had for a few weeks now and she's been able to identify the problem and put my mind at rest that it should clear up within a few weeks. No question of recommending a course of treatment that might not actually be needed, straightforward advice and not too expensive either!

Had Tom for a 30 minute foot appointment, he was great and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I was really happy with the service and advice I received as well as the work he did on my feet in that time.

The best bespoke massage I have ever had! Felt instantly at ease and was incredibly well looked after. Felt a zillion times better when I walked out. Fantastic massage!

I have had a course of chiropractic treatments here, the therapist was very good, and a course of treatments certainly helped my back discomfort. She also gave me acupuncture on an arthritic joint, the results of this were magical, the pain would totally disappear, although it didnt last long, within 24 hours the pain was back. It was so nice to receive some respite though. The facility is always very clean, and the team are very friendly and welcoming. I have only given 4 stars as recently I booked a 1 hour bespoke massage as a treat. At other places when I have booked an hour massage, the massage itself has lasted for an hour, however here the therapist talked about diet, medications etc, and when she finished she let me know she had been talking for half an hour so we only had time for a 30 minute massage. The massage consisted of relexology, back, shoulder and arm massage, reiki, hot stone massage and sound therapy. Due to the short time frame each part was quite short, so I couldnt really relax into the massage as I had hoped. I have to admit I was very disappointed, I think it needs to be clearer on the website, that when you book a 60 minute massage, you will only actually get 30 minutes of massage time. £55.00 for a 30 minute massage is quite expensive, I would probably have gone elsewhere if I had known. Apart from this disappointment, I have always been very pleased with the service and treatments at Littlehampton Natural Health Centre. It just needs to be clearer on the website what the massage sessions involve.

Absolutely fantastic experience at the centre today, Luana is the nicest person who makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Her knowledge, experience and good advice are invaluable. This was my firs visit and I was a bit apprehensive as this was all new to me but was made to feel welcome and was made to feel at ease. Looking forward to my next appointment next week. Sin Mui Chong-Martin was very nice and at the same time very professional.
