Easy to park. Disability spaces available. Helpful staff. Comfy recliner seats. Clean overall. Food a bit expensive but overheads need to be paid, otherwise there would be no cinema. Tickets for film I think were good value, surprised at the price. Would definitely go back, even though it was a 1 hour drive each way. An added bonus, there are plenty of eateries for a bigger appetite. Overall a nice evening

If I didn’t get monthly free tickets then I would not go here. The Lakeside VUE is so grotty. I actually made the mistake of paying extra for the VIP seats but they were even worse than the standard seats. Every seat in the VIP rows were worn and dirty and half of the cup holder slots were missing or damaged. Not sure what was VIP about those seats. I’ve been 4 times now and 3 of the 4 screens had marks on them. Today screen 5 had a speaker on the right that kept cutting off whenever the sound got to loud. The VIP seats appear the same grotty standard in all of the screens. Everytime I get home from this place I put my clothes straight in the wash. Nasty, grotty cinema, needs a revamp due to it being clearly neglected. You’d think, considering the cinema business is struggling, they’d try to at least keep the place to a clean standard.

Great space, screens are well laid out, pricing for tickets is good BUT popcorn and drinks are crazily priced. 3 times the cost for 3 weekend buying popcorn and drinks for 2. These are snacks not a night out! Makes a day out prohibitive unless you bring your own. How does that help anyone!?? SORT OUT YOUR SNACK PRICES OR ALIENATE US ALL.

Nice cinema, would not bother with vip seats again as they were uncomfortable, cheaper seats at the front were less used so looked more comfortable. Good view from any seat we were in screen 8 which was small and comfortable. Good facilities, clean toilets friendly staff. Did not purchase food so cant comment but looked expensive.

The atmosphere and experience is a little bit dull and boring. Popcorns are typical of those that you find in most UK Cinemas, tasteless and rubbery. I love the elevated seating positions and the large cinema screens. Isles and seats are laid out in a simple format. I still have an issue with the inconsiderate minority that elected to have their phones vibrating and constantly on their phones during the films.

The staff were friendly and happy to have a chat and answered all questions with a smile, particularly a gentlemen with dark hair in a suit and ear piece. The toilets were clean and nicely decorated. The seats themselves were fairly comfortable although I'd recommend going in early to be able to clearly see the chair numbers/letters as I walked in during the trailers and was unable to read where I was sat. Wheelchair accessible with ramps and stairs. The food is pricey with little options so I'd suggest bringing your own snacks although the tickets were insanely cheap! Would come again!

It's a shame that this place is so worn down. Seats ripped and dirty and the floor sticky and covered in rubbish from the previous sitting. For a cinema that is at such a large shopping centre complex I would expect better. The staff seem barely interested in anything to the point you feel you are almost bothering them when asking for something.. however, I don't blame them when they're left to work in that kind of environment.

Good range of films. Cost £5.99 for cheapest seats. None of the automated ticket machines working so a bit of a queue to buy tickets. There were two girls selling tickets and making drinks but did this very efficiently and queue soon went down but this was lunchtime so may not be so good when busy. Good range of snacks. Comfortable seats. This was my first visit and I would recommend it.

The staff were actually very friendly! so no complaints there. However, the facility was absolutely appalling. I even paid extra for the premium 'VIP seats'. The place was in a state filled with litter, the chairs looked tired and there were parts of the chair damaged. Couldn't even really focus on the film tbh. The cinema needs a revamp and needs to be maintained properly. Also the hotdog tasted like it have been sitting there for hours on end. I literally took one bite and left the rest of it

It's just so dirty, everything was sticky. It's smelt really bad and musty. The seats were filthy and I couldn't wait to leave. Would rather pay alittle more and go elsewhere! Popcorn was stale and the food stalls were so dirty all that was missing was roaches! Paid extra for VIP seats only to have to clean them first!
