Lovely place. I was looking forward to having burgers here. It is new, clean and has absolutely lovely staff. They are helpful and smiley. Only downside of this place is no deep-fried chicken available. Recommended.

Amazing customer service from the boys there,friendly and caring. I always order from there to be delivered and today i decided to go and eat in. I must say eating in makes the food even more nicer. It tasted so fresh...would definitely encourage people to go and eat there. The place is clean and tidy and the staffs are just amazing. The food is a 5 star as always. Large quantity and good quality all for an affordable price.

I've had to delete my old review from 4 years ago with this updated one. Because things have changed. I used to always say thay this hands down was the best Pepes branch. But thats not true anymore. We ordered 2 xl burger meals - why on earth did it take 20 mins to come out?? The lady told us 10-15 mins , after we had paid. If I knew service has slowed down so much I would have gone elsewhere, parking is only free for 20 mins! When the burgers came, they're not XL anymore. Pounded, skinny morsels of chicken and between a handful of bitter lettuce. Flavour was lacking. Not enough sauce maybe? 20 odd quid wasted tbh. I dint thinknid return anytime soon. The owner Shah used to look after this place so well. I'm wondering if has left? "Great taste worthe the wait" is what it says on the wall. It's really not.

Today I visit another branch of Pepe and didn't like their taste, but this branch have a taste, service and quality. One thing I notice GO LARGE Meal is same as Regular. I love their Chicken Tasca, Tinder strips with Hot 🔥 flavor, and their prices is very reasonable and economic. Friendly staff and environment. RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE WHO LOVES TASTY 😋 Food.

Amazing service! Have been going here since it first opened and they still have the same warm customer service and amazing food like when they first opened up. Would recommend 10/10 something different to the regular chicken and chips and a 100% more filling and homely.

Customer service is absolutely a disaster. Unprofessional and the staff is very rude too . I was served by the staff name call on the receipt Neelima . She’s too embarrassed too great with her mouth zipped 🤐. The food is used to be quality but it that’s no more the case . The piri piri chicken burger itself was dry and no sauce on it and was was cold .

If you're a fan of spicy food, then Pepe's Piri Piri restaurant at Greenwich is definitely worth a visit. From the moment you walk in, you're hit with the delicious aroma of grilled meats and spices that will make your mouth water. The menu is full of mouthwatering options, but I highly recommend the peri peri chicken rice. The chicken is marinated in a spicy peri peri sauce that is not too overpowering, but definitely packs a punch. The meat is cooked to perfection, juicy and tender on the inside with peri peri sauce on the outside. The rice had great aroma and taste as it completes the dish and leave you feeling fully satisfied. I recommend their garlic mayo sauce as well with it. Another standout dish is the chicken quesadilla, which is crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. The peri peri sauce in the quesadilla brought the taste to another notch. And again, I recommend the garlic mayo sauce with this. But what really sets Pepe's Piri Piri apart is the exceptional service. The staff is friendly, my man Vikki/Vicky cooked great food for me, showed great hospitality for me, the cashier Nemila was also polite and helped me out where needed, overall knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. They're happy to recommend dishes and provide information on the different spice levels, making sure you find something that suits your taste buds. Overall, Pepe's Piri Piri is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food, friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're a spice lover or just looking for a great meal, Pepe's Piri Piri Greenwich is definitely worth a visit. And by the way, this branch is way better than the other branches in London.

I had a great meal here. The whole chicken I ordered with spicy rice was simply too good. Purva, who took my order was another pleasant experience.

Worst service! The restaurant service was out of order and even the food was completely cold and there were items Missing. I noticed that food was ready and was being hold on hot zone for more than 15mins. And even after that drinks and sides were missing. The chicken rice we ordered was completely undercooked and the sauce we got contained only water in it. I have been the regular customer of pepes from long time and has been the fan of the food. The service at Bricklane was so amazing but the one in Greenwich had completely ruin my experience. Please have a look at the service provided by restaurant and improve it.

If I can give 0 stars I will. Myself and my partner are buying chicken there almost every Sunday, I can’t eat half so I order the 1/4 chicken, they alway give me the breast even if you ask for leg piece you’ll find dry breast in your bag. Some of the staff has changed and now we are having to deal with cheekiness and “I know it all attitude” is just terrible. Is extremely disappointing every time I come home and open my order after a long day and it used to be my favourite local shop. Don’t go there on Sunday evenings …

Well over priced for what you get. Paid over £9.00 for a Half Grill Chicken Meal, you Only get 1 free garlic/Chili source dip, if you ask for additional they charge you 40p for 1 dip. Food was just average nothing special, portion size was decent but the garlic and chill source was absolutely tasteless your better of with May/ketchup.

Open at 12:00. Flame burn chicken with spicy potato fire. You can order chicken set with half/whole chicken. No toilet available. Hands washing before eat seem impossible. All chicken cook in front of you. Wait and be patient. I didn't try the burger and dessert. I have no comment about those.

My friends and I are regular lunchtime attendants at Pepe's. Friendly staff, great selection of meals and chicken marinades are all extremely flavorsome. I always mix it up everytime and I'm never disappointed.

Been a few times and always been great. Chicken is succulent and tasty, and service is very helpful and friendly. Great menu with lots of choice and the 'extreme' option is very spicy how I like. If you collect then it's extremely good value and much cheaper than Nando's.

Good chicken wings especially mango and lime. Whole Chicken was moist full of flavour. Was a bit annoyed food took a long time but it was all worth it.

Popped in for a cheeky piece of spicy chicken. The young guy behind the till is the man! Great service thank you. Tasty chicken and the chips were perfectly fried.
