Even though their website says the specific blood test that I wanted results for within 4-5 hours - this is why I booked it - their DR said that's the timing they send the example to the lab! And I should receive the results at the end of the day. However, they sent the result the next day! If I wanted to receive the results the next day, I would go and find all the other places which are cheaper than them in Kingston!!! Frustrating. And they even charged me a little bit extra than they stated on their website. Unbelievable. I got what I was hoping to get from my test results hence I'm not logging a complaint, nevertheless, I thought I should give a heads up to everyone who is considering going there.

My booked visit to London Doctors in St Albans was a complete disaster. However, as I have today been asked by London Doctors to give feedback, I feel obliged to be helpful to potential customers. I booked at 9.11 in the morning for a 13.00 appointment, at 9.36 it was cancelled! I telephoned to rebook only to be told that no appointments were available until 2 days time. I declined. I was still getting reminders to not forget my 13.00 appointment over 2 hours later. I visited the St Albans office to ask what was going on. The office was shabby and did not inspire confidence for a medical appointment, the receptionist was unhelpful. Now I find it will take me 2 weeks to receive a refund for the money taken from my account! The blessing was that I managed to reschedule my appointment with another Private GP not 400 yards away. It all went well, the location was professional, as were the staff. The GP was first class and I am receiving excellent treatment.

The GP, Dr Akita Patel was empathetic and warm and really knows how to put her patients at ease whilst also offering a thorough assessment of the condition(s) presented. I would certainly hope to see her again should I need future GP appointments.

I used the services of the London Doctors Clinic in Guildford, Surrey for an Immigration Medical as I am moving overseas. The booking process is simple and quick. On the day of my appointment the surgery was easy to locate and in the centre of town. It's beautifully decorated, with a friendly welcome on arrival. I was called by the doctor on time (literally to the second), amazing service, very relaxed consultation with good conversation (unrelated to the appointment). I was out again, exactly on time. Overall it was incredibly efficient, with great service and I would not hesitate to use their services again should the need arise. Even for an everyday GP consultation rather than using the NHS where you struggle to speak to someone, struggle even harder for a response or an actual consultation.

I couldn't believe how well I was treated. I was tied of hanging on the line at the local NHS clinic, so decided to give this a try. WOW just Wow, i got an appointment straight away, when i turned up the doctor was amazing and actually listened to me, rather than the NHS Dr that just types what he thinks you are saying. I got a bit more than my 15 min slot, the Dr said my health was more important than a few pound and didn't charge the extra. I will almost certainly use this service again if needed. I have already recommended this service to my friends and family as its stress free and easy.

Worst experience of service I have ever had. The address the clinic text me as a confirmation was 11 minutes down the road (according to Maps and my Uber driver), a completely incorrect address! Then after much duress in finding the location as the other part of the text confirmation says the clinic is in the Royal Garden's Hotel, when in fact it is next door and down a completely lift. Not to mention when I was lost and calling on the phone number given after initially getting through to the automated service I was then transferred to absolutely nothing, just a blank line, not even hung up on, just nothing. Being a visitor to London I had no idea where the Hotel was. When I got to the front desk I was notified they have a 5 minute wait process and I would not be seen. I had paid in full, used their directions, called to request help, been on time for the address I was text as a confirmation and no I could not be seen. And furthermore was informed I would not be able to file a complaint. This is the very worst experience of service I can remember experiencing. Not to mention I still haven't had my ailment addressed.

Absolutely awful. Booking form does not mention that you have to be over 18 to have the hayfever injection. The Dr was rude when I queried this and said it’s a marketing ploy and I may get a refund! I have emailed a complaint and heard nothing back other than a request email to write a review! Shocking

The St. Albans location was easy enough to find being a visitor from Canada, and the doctor quite professional. However, she prescribed penicillin for two arm abrasions she said were infected. I went specifically on a Thursday as I was a bit concerned I was developing an infection and knew the weekend was fast approaching and if I didn’t seek medical attention I could be in real trouble. Friday morning I awoke to red rashes starting at the ankle and going up both legs. Called the St. Albans number initially unsuccessfully; tried 8 or 9 times. When I finally spoke to someone I was told the doctor was fully booked that day, but to stop taking the penicillin. Left my contact phone number (local) and was told the doctor would call at the end of the day - she DID NOT. I ended up Uber-ing to Welwyn City Garden, Urgent Care, that evening, where I received excellent care.

I was travelling from Australia and I found it difficult to get an appointment to see a doctor until I rang London Doctors Clinic. The reception staff and Doctor was very helpful and I felt that they genuinely cared about me. Fixed me up!

Booking and later changing that scheduled time were fuss free. Receptionist was delightful and welcoming. Dr efficient and listened to my needs. My ONLY complaint was the lack of choice regarding gender in the booking app. 21st Century not everyone is either male or female

Love this service which was an option for me through Vitality healthcare insurance. The doctor I saw was so engaging and really offered some good advice. Bloods were taken and I received the results that evening in a very informative report as well as some comments from the Doctor I saw. I will definitely make use of this service again!!

Easy to book. Dr at LDC in Kensington was on time, charming, very professional and considerate. Would certainly recommend this service on the back of this albeit first time experience.

I got off to a good start with a swift appointment, the doctor was on time and was thorough with blood tests. However, that doctor then went on holiday the day after our appointment, and had advised in his feedback i needed more tests, which could be done from the sample i had already provided, if i rang your 'help line' and another doctor could assist. I rang the clinic multiple times, and the receptionist couldn't raise an invoice without another doctor telling her the cost - i rang 5 times in one afternoon as i was in so much pain - i was actually crying on the call from my symptoms, and no one rang me back and 24 hours on - after she insisted someone would call me before 8pm to take my payment for the extra test on the sample i had already provided, and no one has rang me. This is disgraceful. The sample now cannot be used and it could have been tested for two different reasons - and now i will have to pay more to go back. I had to go to A&E today from the pain and because no one from this practice bothered to take over from the doctor who went on holiday- despite my results showing abnormalities. I am very upset and feel you took my money with no follow up or explanation of anything else. Disgusting service

Booked at the St Albans clinic, very easy to book, very easy to find, and Dr. Patel was very easy to talk to, engaging and compassionate. I will definitely use this service again.

The receptionists are friendy and efficient. The doctor was very helpful and discussed the result in a clear way. Overall a very positive experience.

I had an appointment March 22 at the Kingston location and the entire experience was wonderful. Booking online was easy for a tourist from out of town, the executive suite/co-working space where the office is located (The Smith Building) has helpful reception staff with a comfortable waiting area, and the doctor was competent and compassionate. 5 stars from me.

I had a very lovely experience with Dr Preethi Daniel in St Albans branch who was very professional and efficient. I had some blood investigations done and I was given a script to get my counts back up along with some guidance for an ear infection I developed. Thanks again Doc keep up the good work

I was stuck in traffic on M25, kept calling the phone number I was given but could not get through, they even ask you to call the same number if you have Covid symptoms and you can't make it but what's the point if you can't get through? They need to improve their customer relations and increase staff if they intend to take back to back bookings.

Took my son for a blood test. Booked online. The service was ontime proffessional and customer focused delivered in a calm friendly environment. The Dr was spot on. Test results delivered on time and simpky put. Thanks Doc

Not impressed, not at all my usual experience of private health care. Buzzed in and told via intercom to take a seat at the top of the stars. Doctor was less than welcoming. The consultation notes emailed after the appointment mentioned a condition which had not been raised face to face and which I would have wanted to discuss. Would not go back.

Everything went well but I still think this is clearly a "business"... £165 for a 24h PCR test it's a bit too much. I'm not suggesting free tests but at least a symbolic/fair amount would allow more people to do tests.

Obtained same day appointment at St Albans clinic. Receptionist was kind and thoughtful. Dr Tatiana Soares was professional thorough knowledgable and again extremely kind and thoughtful. Very reassuring and helpful when I could not get the help I needed via the NHS.

1 star because I could not post with with zero. Awful all round. 1) Rang the day before to ask about parking they had no real idea. 2) Doctor did not turn up so I had a wasted journey 3) The receptionist said I would have seen a locum - which I most certainly did not what I wanted as any follow up appointment I would have wanted with the same doctor. This is a question that should be asked on booking.

Very grateful for superb professional service from London Doctors Clinic. The appointment resolved my issues within a day, with all investigations and treatment organised immediately. Very impressed and highly recommended.
