The communications from Paul & Liz were frequent and always kept us informed. We always knew what stage we were at and what we could do to nudge things along. If we emailed, we would always get a prompt response, but talking to the team was always a quick option to. An amazing letting agent who will go above and beyond to make sure you get the right tenant. I recently used the Country Property ‘Tenant Find’ service to let my 1 bedroom house as a first time landlord. I found Country Property extremely competitive in price and they provide a 5 star service. From the initial meeting with Heather we knew they had the landlords and tenants interests in mind. Heather spent a few hours talking to us to make sure we got the right tenant and that we complied with regulations. Heather and Yasmin diligently carried out in excess of 15 viewings over 2 weekends and even with every prospective tenant wanting to let, I never felt pressured to make my mind up there and then.
