The food here is so nice i give them at 8/10 Customer service the best i have seen so far in #yerwa They have alot of things that needs improvement e.g things not being on the menu (all the restaurant i visited in Maiduguri have this problem,like why put it there if you do not have it) but certainly their manager needs some accolades and i think others should learn from them

Nice hotel, security is good, food is good but don't order goat meat peppersoups. Secured parking space is too small for hotel size, though additional parking is provided in front of the hotel. They turn off their generators at 8am and turn them back at 6pm.

The bathroom smells very bad (like sewer) and is extremely dirty with mold all around the inside of the shower cubicle. Couldn't take shower in it. Saw a dead house fly on the restaurant table. Very poorly maintained hotel that needs serious improvement.

A quiet and nice place to relax

On arrival at this hotel you tend to forget that you are in an area recently ravaged by insurgency it's clean with nice attentive staff. The rooms are well sized and have well sized bathrooms, are well kept and quiet. The restaurant menu is very appealing and compliments to the chef on the Bolognese, only draw back is the unavailability of items on this appealing menu but u can understand why. The fittings have suffered from some wear and damage but nothing that isn't fixable easily. Power was surprisingly steady with backups when needed and ample security considering the situation. All in all a good place to stay and work from
