    Pathetic condition!! There is only one counter open at the busy time of the day for billing Though there are 12 billing counters present. No staff is there to help customers. However it is not the actual way to deal with customers. Pathetic!!!!

    All is ok. But assistency about product finding in store is very poor. Many sales assistence are working there but nobody have perfect knowledge about the item which is searched by the buyer.

    had upi transaction through pos QR code in last year November amount debited but they didn't get payment, at last with cash I completed my payment. later on I tried all the formalities for refund issue but no solution get yet. so service is so not upto that level

    Range of products can be increased, pricing of products are cheaper than normal outlets.. good shopping ambience and quality service from staffs and cashiers.
