It's a very old temple dating back a few centuries. The temple complex has a very peaceful ambience during the non-festive days. However, during the festive season the complex is choc-a-block with devotees from all around the region.

If you are a devotee of Shiv Jee, must visit this place. Specially in July and August this place is crowded with so many devotees of Vole Baba. These devotees came form different part of India, specially from north Bengal wearing saffron colour dress. In July and August the place become very crowded. If you come with women be careful as most of the teenagers visits being high by Ganja and alcohols here.

Ancient Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva located 8 km away from Mainaguri. The temple complex is huge. I particularly loved the way the purohit chanted the pushpanjali mantra. It was soothing.
